They did a decent job installing my roof, but the problem is they went completely non-responsive after the installation. In my case, they submitted a permit application to my township’s building department, but a few documents were missing and they just stopped following up or returning my calls/texts. Now I have to wonder whether they can be reached should there be any need for warranty covered repairs.

Ron and his team were knowledgeable, they did it right the first time, and they got it done as promised on schedule. We are already getting roofing and siding estimates from Ron for our other properties. We highly recommend McPhail Siding & Roofing!!

The people worked to get me the color shingles I wanted even though they are hard to get. They arrived when they said they would and did a professional job. They did a great job cleaning up. The crew was very friendly and responsive to all my questions. I would recommend McPhail to anyone.

We have an 1890s Victorian. It’s three stores of challenge. We are working on bringing it back to its original beauty. We needed a ton of work done. All high up and definitely not the norm.

I had McPhail last week replace my entire roofing shingles. The entire process couldn't have gone any better. From initial estimate through delivery of shingles, to dropping the dumpster, three full days of roof shingle replacement and removal of the dumpster this morning. They also helped coordinate additional work on my chimney and deck removal and reinstallation which was over one portion of the roof. Jerry, Mike, Garett and the entire team were tremendous. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any repairs in the future.

I contacted them to get a price for my daughter's home...they were on site to give a quote in just a couple days, and did an excellent, fast job at a competitive price. Honest, reputable and very easy to deal with. The best!

They replaced the roof and all the siding, plus a lot of rot repair. They did a great job and the end price with all the added repairs was comparable to the other estimates with out the repairs. I discovered a leak in my garage roof on a Friday evening and called Ron right away. He came by the next morning and gave me a quote. His guys came on Monday, replaced the roof, removed a rotting cupola and patched the roof hole where it stood, cut in a continuous ridge vent, and replaced some rotting fascia and soffit, all in one day. You simply can’t go wrong with Ron. Very professional, trustworthy, hard working, and fair pricing.

I had been hosted by 2 roofers previously to Jerry showing up, both has been recommended. Jerry showed up & patched a hole in my roof without being asked to. And when I asked how much for that he said don’t worry about it. We hadn’t yet discussed anything about going the roof. I have a flat rubber roof attached to a traditional single roof. Yeah, here in New Hampshire…. After receiving estimate next morning he told me a week or 2 to he could start. This was Wednesday, Thursday he says he can start next week. 2 days it was done & all debris cleaned up out of my yard. Price was exactly as stated, job done on time & done well. I’m not an easy to please customer, you won’t go wrong with this guy!

Jerry managed the installation of new roof (and repairs) timely and professional. The whole crew was respectful, knowledgeable, and fast!

In 2009 McPhail Roofing installed a new roof at my house. 12 years later I spotted a roof leak dripping down in the area where he plumbing roof vent is located. I called Ron and sent him photos of the water stain in the bathroom ceiling. Ron came over to inspect the problem and found ta broken plumbing vent pipe where the water was leaking from. He told me that I needed a plumber to replace that pipe. I coordinated with Ron and my plumber to have this work done at 8 am on a Friday morning. Ron showed up as scheduled and had to remove several roof shingles and the vent boot to provide clearance for the plumbers to replace the pipe. Ron came back in the afternoon to seal the piping boot and replace the shingles. Although the water leak was a plumbing issue and not a roof issue Ron did this work at "NO CHARGE". I was surprised and impressed that he still considered me as a valued client. Ron was very professional and responsive and went over and beyond to resolve this problem. A great guy. His work is top notch and I highly recommend him for future work.

They took care of a commercial roof this summer in an office park I’m at and did such a great job. Due to their professionalism, I decided to hire them for our home as well. Great company! They did a great job, and we're very trustworthy and helpful when I had any concerns. I can't stress enough how great this company is. Definitely a trustworthy company. Difficult to get them to follow up, but likely due to them being busy I assume.

Ron and Boyd came by for a quote the same day I called. Not only were they very easy to talk to, but the quote to fix our leaking roof/ceiling was untouchable. Two days later they got to work and did a fantastic job on our house and shed. They were quick, professional, and beyond kind. Not to mention how great their post-work clean up was. I still haven’t found a nail in my yard yet. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Danny estimated the job in writing the same day. Roof I had was very unusual, asphalt shingles had been installed over slate. Nobody else wanted to do it. The crew came on time, stripped the roof, put down the underlayment installed the new shingles, edging, valleys, reflashed the chimney and put in ridge vents on my 1867 house in record time.
Two days! The workers were professional and any issues that came up we’re dealt with immediately and courteously.

I have several other properties I maintain. The guys at McPhail Roofing, Ron, Danny, Garrett and Boyd will be my first call on all of them.

Roof at the home we were buyimg failed inspection so I called McPhail off of recommendations from my local Moms group. The came out the same day and I had an emailed quote by that evening. They were able to squeeze in putting on a roof in less then a week and they day it the day before 4th of July!!! The brought a good size crew and banged it out in a day! There was no sign they were ever here except for the new roof. (Their clean up was immaculate) The owner works with many loan programs and the owner was able to work out payment at closing. I can say thanks to them my family was able to close quickly after reappraisal of the roof and we have a new roof with a warranty and our new home. Highly recommended them as every step working with them was easy and they were very polite and professional.

Very reasonable quote. Ron McPhail was prompt , polite and very informative during the entire process. He and his crew really know their business. They showed up and replaced many sheets of plywood and went beyond the code requirements. To me, this illustrates his ethics and dedication to quality work.
