Dana has been a pleasure to work with! He is very responsive and does a great job at explaining every step in the process. He treats my property and new build like it is his own with great care and precision. Every time I go see my property (I live 2 hours away), he always makes it a point to stop by and explain the work he has done. I highly recommend Dana and his team for your next project!

This individual worked on a site in our neighborhood. I have never seen a foul mouth individual as he is. Especially around women. There was not a person he did not have an argument with. Please be mindful not to hire this man if you care about your neighbors. I am very surprized how he gets his clients with that type of attitude.

Initiated a conversation with this guy to get the part of our kitchen renovated. He was very rude and kept complaining that everyone is moving from boston to his area.
Further search revealed that this guy does not have a good reputation. Stay away at all costs. Or at least proceed with caution.

This is my third home that I have built and have worked in the building industry for years. Dana Decosta was like no other builder I have encountered. His attention to detail are unsurpassed. Dana and his crew took pride in their work and the craftsmanship reflects in very room, top to bottom, every nook and cranny. Dana amazed me with all of his knowledge about all aspects of the building process. He was exceptional at coming up with budget solutions consistently. Dana and his crew did a wonderful job on our basement renovation. They were efficient, maintained good communication, and did outstanding work. I highly recommend them for any project and would hire them again!

Dana did a nice job of overseeing a renovation of 2 bathrooms & a kitchen at our getaway home in Campton. He also replaced a number of doors, improved the baseboard heating, reinstalled better lighting, and cleared/ regraded our back yard to give us more lawn. He started on schedule and was able to complete the project in a reasonable amount of time, given the additional work he was asked to do. Thank you for all you did, Dana!

Dana Decosta built our dream house in Woodstock NH. A very challenging site...the basement was quarried out of solid granite! He managed all aspects of the work with the highest quality. He personally handled site work, construction, HVAC, septic, well, radiant heat, and EnergyStar certification. We are highly appreciative and give him our highest recommendation.

Decosta Construction build our house in NH. We were living in California while construction was ongoing. Having a contractor I could easily communicate with and trust was very important. Dana and his crew did great work and it is a very nice home that we have now.

They've been great. They plow and maintain the property just great but since I moved in they've done a number of construction projects and they've all gone smoothly and timely and been just what I wanted. Nice people, too.

I contacted Decosta Construction to build two care ports, one on each side of the existing garage. The crew and work was exceptional and they completed the project in minimal time with outstanding quality.
I also decided to have them remove some trees and construct a parking area for my camper on the property, again the work was promptly completed and looks great. DeCosta construction did a few repairs on the basement of my multi-family building in Tilton. They retuned my calls promptly, scheduled the work quickly, and did a great job. I would definitely use them again.

I hired Decosta Construction to clear my roof of snow and ice at the end of February 2015. Mr Decosta responded to my telephone inquiry rapidly and scheduled the removal 2 days after I phoned. The crew arrived promptly as scheduled with all the necessary equipment to accomplish the job efficiently and effectively. I was, and still am, very pleased with the service and the results. I'd hire Decosta Construction for other work without hesitation.

Dana and his company were there to help us during a recent crisis caused by vandalism and very cold weather. They provided us with an immediate temporary repair to a broken window then found and fixed bursts in our water supply as soon as possible. It is impossible to see where sheetrock had been cut and replaced on the walls and ceilings in order to access broken pipes. Dana and his team were very careful to keep the cost down by not going beyond the scope of necessary work.
