With the terrible wind storms in March and. April 2025 our house had a small section of shingles missing. I called TrustMark Roofing and shared a picture of the missing shingles. They sent someone to look at what it would take to remedy the problem. By noon that same day, they had completed the job.

About 8 years ago we had a rough storm with large hail. Many houses received new roofs as did mine. When we had our recent wind and dust storm my roof took a direct hit for hours. I called TrustMark and they gave me a few options. Today they repaired my roof and you can’t tell a difference between the old and new shingles. The men were kind and professional and were great to work with. You can trust TrustMark to do a top notch job for a reasonable price. Thank you, TrustMark! I will recommend you to anyone who asks. In fact, I already have.

The March 2025 windstorm got our roof. Contacted Trustmark, Chance Estes gave us a quote & told us what it entailed, etc. I want to say what an awesome employee, Chance is. He was very knowledgeable as well as respectful & everything he told us regarding our roof replacement was done.

I would recommend Trustmark for a repair or for an entire roof replacement.

I had a bit of shingle damage after the windstorm hit in March 2025. My roof was installed 14 years ago by a local company who has now changed their name to Trustmmark. I called them and agreed on a time for an evaluation. John was timely, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He gave me his initial recommendation of a few shingles in a specific area and told me he would send a quote. I was contacted by the company and they came to do the work at a very, very reasonable price and had it done within an hour.

This type of work isn’t cheap and the chance cannot be taken that it be done shoddily. I highly recommend Trustmark for repair or replacement of your roof.

When the damage to my roof happened I thought who do I call, then I remembered a commercial on the radio about Trustmark roofing. From the very start has been awesome service. Miscommunication on my part maybe??? Though I said one thing but maybe I didn't, my first roofing experience but overall pretty stress-free Chance and Manuel were great and they really tried their hardest to make me happy. IF I had to do another roof I would have no problem recommending them. Now for major rain and wind storm to test out this new roof and stand behind what I said or be disappointed, only time will tell and will update as appropriate in the future weather events but I'm sure they will be positive. Quality difference between old roof and new roof from what I could see TrustMark has my vote and trust.

From the beginning, with Gage giving us detailed information about roofing material, how the process will go, and payment options, to the very end with Gage and Emma helping with getting all the costs in order. It was a very smooth process that makes you feel taken care of. Emiliano also came to inspect for materials and was very kind and informative on what to do the day of construction!! The team that did the roof worked very hard finishing in a day being very considerate from roof to clean up! The receptionist was fantastic with getting any information to me right away, and keeping me up to date with the process! I will definitely go back for my window and gutter needs as well!!

I am very pleased from my first contact with the helpful receptionist at Trustmark roofing which carried through all the way from the initial inspection to the completion of the repair and installation of TPO on my roof in Carlsbad. The project manager Chance Estes was very professional and quoted the project cost very accurately. It was discovered that additional roof decking needed to be replaced during demolition and I greatly appreciated the initiative to do the job right and replace it. The added decking material was given at cost, which I found to be very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the quality of workmanship and feel very satisfied with the whole roof repair process performed by Trustmark. In all consideration I will make Trustmark roofing my first choice for any future similar projects.

The outside project manager, John, came and inspected my roof, and was very helpful, explaining everything to me because I have never had to replace a roof before. The inside project manager, Anissa, was extremely helpful when I had any questions with my insurance or any other problems.

The workers came right on time and were very efficient, polite, and helpful. They did a great job, and cleaned up very well.

An example of helpful is that I was trying to relocate my doorbell, and had some problems with my electric drill so one of the young men came over with a huge smile on his face and helped me to get both screws in so I could get my doorbell relocated. Now you don’t find that often, so I highly recommend that if you need roofing, call Trustmark.

We had our roof replaced by them a little over 5 years ago. A small patch of shingles came loose with the recent high winds (otherwise, roof looked great). We were just outside our warranty, and they repaired the area free of charge. Good customer service is so hard to find these days, and this company has it! We will definitely be using them in the future when needed. Highly recommend!
