Man, I have nothing but great words about the tech angel! He knew what he was doing with replacing a reverse valve. And those can be very difficult! Only down fall I had with company was getting quote and scheduled right away. But It was during peak hot season so I understand! I do recommend!

I called Rhodes Plumbing at 3:30 Friday Feb 9 we have the ROADRUNNER. MOBILHOME. PARK. 71 Residents. 12 had water turned off!! It was an Emergency! Stacy. And Deena at the office were very polite and extremely helpful! They got a technician dispatched to our Business asap. He was here by 4:15 and we had the water main break fixed in a few hours! I would recommend RHODES. PLUMBING FOR ALL YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS ANYTIME !! Very. Professional quick response time and efficient workmanship

You truly get what you pay for. After months of trying to find someone to install a new swamp cooler, Rhoads to the rescue. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. And the house is coooooool!

Called them again and they were so nice. The guy checked everything I was worried about and didn't make me feel stupid which was extra! Will always call Rhoads first

I have lived here in the same home for 10 yrs. When our AC goes out we always called someone that was referred by a friend. This time he could not make it so we called a different company they came out told us our AC was fine and it was just the heat. I broke down and called Rhoads and I wish I would have called them sooner. Raymond came and find out the fan was upside down, the compositor was weak, and the coils were dirty and was leaking Freon. He fixed everything in a timely manner and was very professional. I appreciate the fact that he took us step by step in what he was doing. This company has a customer for life.. Set up an appointment for the 10th of May . Christian came out and was very professional, diagnosed the problem and went to work. Though some technical difficulties happened, he kept me updated and explained everything he was doing. He got our unit working and went on his way, I had to call them back on the 11th and the dispatcher sent him back, found the problem and fixed it. Will use Rhoads again!

Terrible company. They don't answer the phone, they don't keep their appointments, they don't keep you informed of back ordered parts, took over a year of me calling them and near constant harassment to get them to fix a warranty part.
You will be charged for the tech to search his vehicle several times for a missing part, then pay their hourly rate while he goes to lunch.
Then, when you call and ask why they charged so much for something you had constantly call and beg them to fix, you get a surly, arrogant, rude, condescending office person that tells you to call back when you are calm. Laughably, I was calm until she got rude.

I took the day off to be here on the scheduled day, they tell me they will be here shortly but then give us a call saying they need to reschedule. I can't take all kinds of days off to be here when they should have been able to make their appointment. We're obviously not important enough or our business doesn't matter

Awesome man "Edgar" removed replaced hot water heater, price wasn't bad at all, came early, very professional. Give the man a cigar, raise, pat on the back. Thank you guys

Came after hours to disabled veterans house to install window unit to keep house cool until the next morning when they were able to fix the unit.

Oscar technician was very knowledgeable on his inspection .He explained the issue on my heating unit professionally.waiting for my parts to be approved by insurance.

I had the pleasure of working with Caleb and Rhoads installing minisplits in a family home. Rhoads was helpful, prompt to reply and listened to our specific concerns and budget. I highly recomend them!

I didn't get a before picture but they relocated our air handler and did a duct cleaning. We're pleased and would definitely recommend them!

I can’t remember the gentleman‘s name but he came to replace my fan motor in my AC unit because it was out. He explained everything that he was doing, he was very nice polite and if I had to have somebody come out again it would be him I’m sorry I don’t remember his name it was a very hot and long week but he was efficient did his job and I like the way he worked, And he cleaned up his mess.

Very impressed! Friendly staff, I was able to get an appointment scheduled very quickly, the price was very reasonable and they took pictures of all the work they did and emailed them to me along with an explanation of what had been done to the units. They have earned my business!

I would like to thank Rhoads Co for the customer service and flawless installation of my new ac and furnace. I shopped around and got 5-6 different estimates and ended up choosing Rhoads. The price is great and that doesn’t mean you suffer in quality. I’m very happy and would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Want to thank Rhoads and Service Manager- Randy Graves for the service I received while working on my a/c units and my Manitowoc ice machine. Randy is good to work with and has good knowledge of all types of HVAC equipment. I will continue to use them and would recommend them for HVAC and ice machine service and sales.
