I dealt with roofing and chimney issues for a several months. At first, I had five contractors give estimates. I followed through on some suggestions. Yet, problems persisted. My insurance company was not helpful. I saw a friend's FB posts of work by T.R.U.S.T. Roofing. Ricardo responded quickly and was patient with all my questions and frustration. He was the only contractor to actually go into my attic and noted issues that roof inspection only did not. He explained the findings and gave all my options.
T.R.U.S.T provides "full services " with crew to do in house repairs (ceiling work) too. In the end, I had a full roof replacement. The crew took care of everything. I barely knew they had been on my property because debris was cleaned well. I Love my new roof! Kelly is a gem! She took care of scheduling, registration... anything to make the process easier on me. This company is amazing! Once we decided to go through with getting our roof replaced we signed the contract this past weekend and we were told it would be 2-3 weeks before they could fit us in. The next day I got an email from Kelly saying they could come this week to do the job. They came out today and were done with the entire roof and gutter replacement by noon. They were super efficient with the clean up and our roof looks amazing! I can not express how happy I am with this company and the job they did. Thank you so much!

This is a long review but they are so worth it! Kelly knows her stuff. She is so friendly and made scheduling our roof estimate/ installation easy, fast, and worry-free. She is super responsive to all phone calls and emails (normally within the hour)! Ricardo is very knowledgeable and doesn't try to upsell like some other companies do. He took time to explain all our roofing needs. He also gave helpful information on future home projects we have planned. The day of installation, Ricardo and his team were on time and started immediately. Those guys don't play around. They were fast, efficient, and very skilled. Ricardo updated us as the install progressed, showing us pictures of the damaged decking and showing how it was fixed. This was a blessing to us and a testiment to just how transparent they are with their customers! After removing our old metal roof and installing our new shingle roof, they were very diligent about the clean up. They took a great deal of time making sure not a single screw, or piece of anything was left behind. They also used a blower to blow any debris from our front porch. Kelly, Ricardo and their whole crew went way above and beyond on my project. And yes, it was a project. 1950's house that definitely looked like it. I knew it needed a major "facelift", and they were full of ideas to make this become a reality. We started with a new architectural shingled roof, and they worked their magic all the way down. They put new soffit, fascia board, windows, door, vinyl siding and gutters. Then they finished it off with an enclosed front porch complete with ceiling fans and electric outlets. They tore out my kitchen and completely redid it, with custom made cabinets and rearranged appliances. I have so much more storage space and, actually, more room in there as well. Our final change was to move the fence around to the side of the house, with a ramp and doggie door for my four-legged children, so now everyone can see my new, modern home. I absolutely love it. Their hard work and attention to detail is definitely 5 star.

We were needing to replace our roof, and from the first call they were very professional and friendly. They came out quick to give an estimate. Other companies did not. Ricardo was great. They gave me a great price and as a Veteran they did a little better. We asked for some extra work with the eves and the facial boards, they were ALOT cheaper than anyone else. When they arrived that day his crew was very polite and hard working truly doesn't do them justice. My home looks great they cleaned everything up as if they weren't here. I was so impressed with this company I have to write them a review. We had water leak into our bathroom during the last strong rainstorm and had another company out to assess what was going on with our roof. They found out a pipe boot was warped to the point it was allowing rainwater to flow in. We got our estimate from them and it was astronomical for ONE pipe boot!

We called several other companies who either didn't call us back or estimated quite high from what we saw the average pipe boot replacement cost. When we called T.R.U.S.T. they answered right away, gave us a quote right away and it was actually reasonable!

We set them up to come out the next day before the next round of rain and Ricardo came out exactly on time, was extremely professional and kind and got the job done quickly. He provided before and after photos of the job and took the time to educate us on the warping of pipe boots.

TRUST roofing did a superb job replacing the shingles and damaged plywood at our RC field clubhouse. Ricardo was very responsive (and patient!) as we worked through our approval processes. He was up front about any additional costs, should problems arise, and he stayed within those costs. And the price was extremely competitive. I highly recommend TRUST roofing for any future project.

From the minute Ricardo the owner stepped onto my driveway it was a pleasant experience! He was so respectful and nice. He was professional and answered all our questions thoroughly. After having major wind damage to my home, Ricardo came out to give me an honest estimate and took the time to tarp off the damages. Ricardo even met with my claims adjuster to insure I was getting a fair deal on my homeowners claim. After seeing how well they handled the damages, we decided to go for a full roof install. Excellent service. They came out to remove ivy that had taken over the front of our brick house, they trimmed our bushes nicely and prepared/winterized our large banana tree for winter. They are very professional and do a variety of services. I’m going to have them come back at some point to take care of some tree branches. Would highly recommend!

These guys were great. Had an inspection done due to leak. They came out assessed problem and found out roof installation was incorrect. They helped me get to bottom of factory mess up and helped me get repairs underway through factory.
