I called Lewis at TruePro on a Saturday at noon in dire need of his help. My daughter and son-in-law in Harpers Ferry, WV started a project of laying a new wood floor in their entire 1-level house the day before. No small job. On Friday night they were notified of a family medical emergency up in Maryland. My son-in-law immediately drove up to help his family. The flooring job came to a screeching halt. When I spoke with Lewis on Saturday, I explained that I couldn’t have my 5 and 2 year old grandchildren living in a house full of broken tiles and half-pulled carpeting. He reassured me that everything in the house would be ok. Within an hour he put a team of top quality workmen together. They were at my daughter’s house in Harpers Ferry at 8:30 on Monday morning as agreed. All work was completed in little more than 24 hours. Think about that. We first spoke on Saturday at noon, and the work was finished on Tuesday morning. Amazing!! Everything was beautiful! We were all so happy with all aspects of the job; before, during, and after. I heartily recommend TruPro Renovations for any home remodel or repair. Lewis told me what they could do to help, and then they did what he said they would do. I respect that. Thank you Lewis
