We had the back stairs replaced/rebuilt which led from the porch to the back patio. Very satisfied with the work and Nova Construction Pros provided both professional workmanship and quality material. Once the permit was issued (which took 3 months) the entire job was completed in a couple of weeks. I would definitely use Nova Construction Pros in the future.

Ram and his team have built a patio and then expanded the patio. I was surprised at the expansion as they were able to blend into the existing patio to make it look like it's one big patio rather than have a grout line on the initial patio. I would not hesitate to recommend use if this company. I contracted them to resurface my front concrete stairs and rebuild a stone garden retainer wall. I chose them after comparing proposals with several other companies. They were most responsive and professional, came in with the best price and performed the job within schedule and budget. We were faced with a very difficult problem of having water accumulate on our garage floor every time it rained. There were cracks inside the garage floor, and there was the obvious and very expensive solution of ripping apart the whole floor and re-doing the whole thing. Nova Construction came up with a very innovative and cost saving idea of keeping the water away from this area; as they worked through it, they located several cracks that they repaired. The work was done within a day, following which we have several days of rain. The garage has remained dry since, affirming the success of their idea and workmanship. Their final bill was less than their initial estimate since they did skip one of the steps. We are very happy with Nova, and plan to use them for our future work. I hired Nova Construction Pro to demolish, remove and replace an existing concrete and slate walkway that was about 50 years old and 4 - 6 inches thick, and replace it with a new oversized concrete walkway and steps. Additionally, to re-parge the walls of my 65-year-old basement stairwell entrance. They were competively priced and I am extremely pleased with all phases of the work and the final result. The work crew were professional and neat during the project and final clean up was perfect. I hired Ram and the Nova Construction Pro team for two projects this year: repairing masonry on my front porch and replacing an old brick patio. Ram was responsive, which I always value in a contractor. He stuck to his timetables. The crew he sent out (the same for both projects) was professional and skilled. Ram and his team did a great job on several of our home projects they repaired our crumbling brick, replaced several old windows, and replaced a rotting ceiling in my office. Ram made several good suggestions along the way. Best of all they are highly responsive and offer an affordable price (those two things can be hard enough to find!).

Needed a bathroom remodel after living in my condo for 7 years. Bath/shower area was Green to white with blue accent tile. Floor was also green with odd pattern, now white tile. Had a minor bump with vanity but was resolved quickly. Good communication with Ram.
