Bright Side Exteriors came out to convert the bay window into french door. The team exceptional job with very professional and responsive. We had worked with handful of contractors recently. They were the BEST. :D

Highly recommend Bright Side Exteriors, who just replaced the roof and four skylights in our home. From initial bid through completion, the owners answered all of our questions and were often on site! And we can't say enough for the crew, on site before 7 am, working until dusk, hard working, professional, expert. The job took two full days, finishing late Friday, and on Saturday it rained all day. Then on Sunday morning, unexpectedly, they came back to double check the yard/around the house with a metal detector to ensure they had removed all metal debris! Just one example of their attention to detail and meticulous work. The roof and the skylights look beautiful, the price was incredibly reasonable, and our overall experience with this company was excellent!

Honest and transparent. Quick turnaround time once everything was ordered and delivered. I hired them to replace siding only on one side of my house since rain was getting past the old siding gaps. Would recommend and use them again.

Initial assessment and estimation was quick. Scott's price was lower than Home Depot but offered better warranty. Professionally walked through the entire process and explained the details so a normal Joe like myself can understand.
Installation day was quick and simple. Fast removal of the old large window and install of new window.
Gives a piece of mind to the home owner knowing no more leaks during stormy weather.

We recently had the team at Bright Side Exteriors replace our front doors on our 35 year-old home. We had a set of old metal double-doors with storm doors as well. My Windows were 21 years old and well overdue for replacement. I reached out to Bright Side Exteriors and immediately I got a response and an appointment for them to come out and take a look at the windows needing replaced. Scott and Scott were very helpful by talking me through the process and actually showed me why my windows were needing replaced. Very informative about their products but not pushy to buy the most expensive ones which was a breath of fresh air in the current sales world. Their prices are very affordable. The time it took from the deposit to the day of the replacements was very quick and their replacement team were wonderful. Great customer service, great products. 100% satisfied customer!!

We had 11 old windows we couldn't open and that let in bugs from outside. Now those old windows are gone and new ones that work smoothly and beautifully, with full screens have been installed! It took about 8 hours and was noisy for about three hours, so if you're planning on working from home, just be aware of that. Scott showed us how to open, lock, unlock, and tilt in the windows, and drop the upper sashes. The crew hauled away the old windows and picked up the trash. But the caulking! The caulking! The caulking is top notch. I wish *I* had those caulking skills. I do not anticipate any insects being able to get inside because there are no gaps. 10/10 would recommend.

The Bright Side Exteriors team provided top-notch service and quality work with great attention to detail. Their crew was extremely professional and are true craftsmen. They replaced 47 windows with capping, 2 doors, and fixed a large amount of wood root. While they were here, they also fixed some minor roof damage. They are truly a one-stop shop for quality exterior work--will definitely use them again.
