True Shield Roofing

We had a unusual roofing project for a detached garage with steel beams spanning concrete walls. We wanted a steel roof, an angled fascia, and a soffit. Ildefonso had an ingenious solution for this situation. He and his crew did a terrific job. When he was not working on the roof himself, Ildefonso would come everyday to check on the progress. We are very happy with the result.

Alfonso came out, identified, and fixed our fixed our roof leak within a few minutes. Great service and great advice and recommendations on next steps.

I’ve been meaning to write a review for True Shield Roofing but haven’t gotten around to it until now. Ildefonso came out to give an estimate because my roof had a leak around the sky lights. He gave me a fair estimate and was so kind and informative that I don’t want to work with anyone but him. As of right now, I have not gone through with the job yet but have every intention to after the summer. This is how amazing he was! Thank you Ildefonso!

Had a leak around chimney and asked for an estimate. Alfonso came and saw that the caulking around the gas stove exhaust had failed. He fixed it on the spot with caulk from his truck and did it at no charge to me. Also put down moss control powder that I had on hand, also at no charge. Thanks for a great job. Will definitely be using this company again if needed and will recommend them to anyone that needs roof service.

Had a small roof leak last weekend and they were able to come really quick and inspect it. Couple days later they are able to repair and did a great jon on communication and making sure everything is ok. Very respectful of the property and very helpful in general. Highly recommended.

I'd call Ildefonso and team back for my roofing needs in a second. They were professional, did a fine job with care and with a sense of urgency. Our roofs were completed and look beautiful. When I needed the fascia boards cleaned and painted prior to gutters Ildefonso set me up with a gentleman who with his wife did all the work needed in just a few days. They just don't miss a beat and do an amazing job. Prior to selecting them as our roofer I had 6 estimates, to get the estimates I saw varying degrees of inspection and consideration; only one other roofer dug as deep into the attic as Ildefonso did. He knew exactly what he was getting into before his bid. As much as the work is the communication; he's clear, concise and accurate.
The team seemed to enjoy working together, which they do like clockwork. Overall we had an exceptional experience with True Shield and Ildefonso Cuevas, and would highly recommend them.

I’m in the middle of a large remodel and needed some help patching a hole in the roof. I was referred to Heis roofing by another contractor who I used before but was too busy to do my job. I reached out to Ildefonso who was quick to respond and easy to schedule. Ilde arrived when he said he would and after introducing himself and looking at what I needed done went straight to work. He worked with precision and is detail oriented.
I was impressed that he took extra precaution with safety and made sure that anyone who was working nearby was notified of the work he was about to do.
A few days later our HVAC contractor needed a couple of roof caps installed so I reached back out to Ilde and once again received the same excellent customer service.
Being an electrical contractor myself I regard myself as someone who knows when they are getting good quality work. Ilde is your guy if you’re looking for a relationship with a roofing contractor who is friendly, a good communicator, and does excellent work.

Everything went smooth. Fair price and great warranty. They finished on time as planned. Overall they did great job. Very neat and professional. They cleaned the area very well while they were working and after they finished roofing. I recommend them to anyone who’s looking their roof replaced properly.

I had a small roof replacement done. They got a late start but kept me updated. Still got the roof torn off, replaced a bunch of plywood, and had it covered before days end. The job was finished the next day and they did a pretty thorough clean up. Ildelfonso was always quick to respond and took care of all the little details until it was perfect. Feels good to know they corrected all the errors my previous roofer made. Nice job for a good price, looks great. Thanks for cleaning my gutters.

I had a great experience with Heis Roofing from start to finish. Ildefonso was so friendly and responsive and the cost was reasonable after getting several estimates. I worked with Heis Roofing and remodel to get a quote for a new roof for my home back in 2020. Ildefonso and his team were responsible, responsive and trust worthy. They did a fantastic job and I am still in contact today with him for any questions. Just this last week 2 years after they installed my roof and a new solar powered skylight Ildefonso came to my home and troubleshoot the sky light when it wasn't opening (little wire got unplugged and Ildefonso saved the day). It is hard to find contractors that I feel you can trust and Ildefonso and Heis roofing and remodel is just that. Now any projects I have I contact Ildefonso to see if he can do it or if he can't if he can recommend some one to do it because I trust him and his recommendations. He is a all around good guy and great contractor. Highly recommended

Ildefonso and his crew installed a new roof on our house in South Snohomish and we couldn't be more pleased with the whole process. They were quick to show up for a bid (and very reasonable compared to others we received), the crew showed up on time every day and kept us informed of the progress. Highly recommend!!! We used Ildefonso and his crew to put on a new roof on our North Seattle home. Despite it being early February in Seattle they were able to schedule us quickly and find a day to start without rain. Ildefonso and his crew were efficient, professional, and clearly very skilled at what they do! Our new beautiful roof went on in three days, and Ildefonso even helped us fix a gutter and the interior connection to our microwave vent (which had come loose), which were both totally above and beyond. They were all extremely caring/consciencious of the rest of the yard/house and cleaned up every scrap of building material and even hosed down the siding before they left. Price was extremely competitive. Could not recommend more highly!

I am really happy with the new roof that HEIS roofing completed for me. I did get a couple quotes and am glad I ended up choosing HEIS. The process was easy and they were available to answer all my questions. I was home when they did the roof I could see all the hard work that was put into it. And once completed they cleaned up everything including running the magnet over the driveway and yard multiple times. The previous roofer had cut some corners and this time I am sure the roof will last longer. I had also used HEIS in the past for a roof repair and was happy with their service that time as well. I will be recommending them to friends and neighbors as I am very pleased with the job they have done.

They have completed several jobs for me--from repairing the damage from water leaks both in a bedroom and the chimney/living to replacing the siding on one side of my house. All the work was well done, met the estimated costs, and were just genuinely nice people to work with.

I'm very very very please with my service. My roof looks gorgeous . The work was excellent they cleaned up behind themselves and again I'm happy.

I could not be happier with the work that HEIS roofing did. It was high quality, quick and they were very professional. I contacted a few different roofing companies to give me a quote to replace my roof. HEIS was quick to reply and come out and look at my roof. They were very professional and helpful in helping me understand what needed to be done. They had the most competitive quote of all the roofers I got estimates from. They let me know they were busy and it may take a week or two to get me on the schedule but then contacted me to let me know they had a cancellation and were able to come out much sooner. They promised it would be done in 2-3 days but were able to get some extra workers and worked from 7:30 am - 8:30 pm and knocked out the job in a day. It is rare for a contractor to under promise and over deliver. The roof seems to be very well done and has ended all our leaking problems.

Alfonso and his crew did an awesome job installing two skylights for me last summer, and again with a small kitchen cabinet/microwave/vent project in Dec. He is a pleasure to work with and always happy and positive on the job. He has a wide range of skills and exhibits good attention to detail. His estimate was reasonable and he stuck to the bid. Alfonso worked overtime one evening to stabilize a leaking roof deck that was causing interior damage. He did the job well and quickly. Once the emergency was over Alfonso and his crew did the interior demolition and gave us sound advice about what needed to be repaired. We decided to replace the entire deck and Alfonso again did a great job, on time, and at a reasonable cost. He was also able to do a great job replacing drywall and linoleum inside the house, taping, painting, and clean-up.
Heis Roofing is a great Company that can take care of almost anything. If I needed more construction or repair I wouldn't hesitate to phone them.

Our experience with Ildefonzo and his entire team was nothing short of remarkable. Not only did they replace the roof on my house, but found that the fascia boards needed to be replace as well as the roof. They removed all of the gutters to be able to get to the fascia, installed the new fascia boards, painted them to match the trim color on my home, reinstalled my gutters that were only a year old and giving me problems do to not being installed with enough grade for them to work properly. I would always have a wall of water coming down over my gutters just outside of my back door. They rehung them properly and I haven't had a problem since. They also installed a new skylight. We could not be happier and I would, and actually already have recommended Heis Roofing to others that are looking to replace or repair their roofs this spring. They were always prompt, professional, pleasant to work with and the clean up was amazing, you would never know they were there except for the fact that we now have a beautiful new roof.

Ildefonso and his team are true professionals in every sense of the word! We experienced water damage due to an improperly installed shower pan by the previous owner of our house. They completely remodeled all the impacted areas - on budget and in a timely manner. He's a great communicator and keeps you up to date with where they are with everything and was also great about explaining what our options were and giving us an opportunity to provide input/feedback along the way. He's also a heck of a nice guy in general and was very enjoyable to work with.
