I had a great experience with Phil at True North Roofing. He was quick in getting us an estimate on replacing the shingles on our roof which was very reasonable versus other estimates we received, He was able to get us penciled in for the job in a timely manner. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Any questions I had were answered promptly.

Phil and his crew were very professional, all business and a hard-working group. Everything from start to finish and cleanup went very smooth. Phil clearly explained the work, found and showed us some damaged plywood and asked us if we wanted it replaced before moving forward with it.

The craftsmanship is top-notch. They also took great care to protect our property during the job and left everything clean afterward. Our new roof looks great.

I was very impressed with the work ethic of Phil and his crew. They worked very hard to redirect my downspouts from their old configuration and the result looks great. Phil was extremely responsive, professional and knowledgeable. He visited our house to understand our needs, provided excellent recommendation, and followed up with a prompt and detailed estimate. In addition to the roof, he took on a gutter replacement and our shaker siding replacement. He searched for siding material options and dropped off samples to help me decide on the color. His team was prompt, productive, and worked extremely well under Phil's guidance, with Phil being on site during the duration of the project. Along the way, Phil checked in with us to confirm work details and was extremely transparent. We are very satisfied and are confident that we received excellent products and installation for a very good price. The amazing part about the installation was that it only took ONE DAY!

The team was amazing to watch. I was present during the install and had to approve some additional work that was uncovered after the old roof was removed and Phil made the process very easy to understand as to why the additional work needed completed. About 15 sheets of decking had to be replaced, which would normally add alot of time in procuring / installing the materials. Phil handled it like a pro, directed his team and delivered exceptional results.

Phil did an incredible job. I will be using him for additional work in the future.
