Troy did the install of my manufactured home. When they finished Troy told me that he would relevel the home after it had time to settle. I have been trying to get them out for 2 years, Maggie in the office has continually told me that she is trying to get it on the schedule. Well the only thing that I can get from this is that she is not very good at her job as a scheduler or she is not telling the truth about trying to get me on the schedule.
These people were supposed to work on my friends house. They came out and told her the frame was rusted and compromised and in need of replacement, so they couldn’t level it safely. Maggie said she would write up a report so my friend could file an insurance claim. 4 weeks later after my friend kept following up and Maggie claiming she was tied up doing taxes but was working on it, Maggie sends my friend a Denial of Service email, no report, no call back. Very dishonest. Had they just said they didn’t want to work on it, fine, but they seemingly lied all the way.
