Troost Roofing

Very professional work, Troost did an excellent job on our roof. We had hail damage and needed to replace the entire roof, they were good at communicating, holding to schedule, pricing and the job looks awesome. Thanks!

Dave and his team are an exceptional crew. I first started working with Dave in 2016 he's an amazing communicator extremely detail oriented and his crew does awesome work. If that wasn't enough although I didn't get bids from other companies I found out from neighbors that they paid $5 to $10,000 more for similar sized roofs. Not only does a roof look good but the job was completed in 3 to 4 days. He also did my elderly neighbors roof and the whole process couldn't have went better.

Dave and his team of 15 years did an awesome job replacing our 20 year old roof in June. We also had to have some significant gutter repairs which he facilitated in his quote. He also suggested some additional ice shield under the solar installation to help project long term against leaks. The quote was all inclusive, no additional charges for venting or flashing. We went with the hail resistant shingles. Overall this was the highest quality and best value we found.

Troost Roofing (Dave) is unprofessional and not a good guy. They gave me a quote a replacement of my gutter. Realizing that I am an elderly man, they tried to take advantage of me. Please do yourself the favor and go with someone else in Evergreen, any of the other contractors in Evergreen are professional/good people--the opposite of Troost Roofing in my opinion.

We had a fairly complex roofing job that involved custom carpentry to redirect drainage. I previously had two other roofing companies ghost me after coming out to see the issue. Dave has been in this business a long time and knew all the right people to help get this job completed. He took ownership of getting it done and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

They showed up when they said they would show up. They completed the job on time. The craftsmanship is top notch. The final project cost the same as what was originally proposed! The communication was thorough and responsive throughout the process.

Not only did Troost do a great job on my roof but spent a great deal of time getting a custom chimney cap to stop the disintegration of my chimney. The owner, Dave, overdelivered, and couldn't have been more detailed or professional.

Dave at Troost Roofing was absolutely fantastic! I called around to roofing companies in the area when I thought I had a leak somewhere near a short valley in our roof. Dave walked me through a number of things, patiently asking questions, until we figured out the problem was one of condensation building up inside an attic space. He had me text a number of pictures inside and outside the space. Without even being here, Dave was able to get me pinpointed to exactly where the problem was, and he wasn't even condescending about my ignorance or what turned out to be my own stupidity in figuring out the problem - a bathroom vent pipe that had become detached. It turned out I had been venting warm, moist air directly in the attic space. So after a laborious process suiting up in protective gear (tyvek, respirator, goggles, gloves), cleaning up mold, and cleaning out and replacing some wet insulation, we're good to go. Thank you, Dave, for being a consummate professional. If you all are this good on a job you're not even getting paid for, I would trust you all in a heartbeat for a real roofing job if I ever need it.
