By far the most professional roofing outfit we have ever worked with. They were friendly, punctual and took the time to explain multiple solutions to our leaks. Their work was done impeccably and they even sent photos of the before and after as they were fixing our problem, so we know it was patched correctly.

I would not recommend Roofing Outfitters if you have a small job/repairs to be done. Based on everyone else's reviews about this company, we were disappointed in the extreme lack of communication from the moment we signed the contract. Every update about the project, I had to reach out and ask about - I had to call and ask about our scheduling date about 5 1/2 weeks after signing the contract because we hadn't heard anything. The schedule date came and nobody showed up at the start time (I understand that delays happen) but I had to call the office to find out the status - someone should have reached out to tell us. It was a "couple of hours delay" - 3 hours go by, still nothing. I reach out again and was told they were on their way. Another hour and a half later, somebody outside the office calls and states the worker was on their way.

Throughout all of the confusion of the day, I felt like they really didn't want our business because it was only repairs and a smaller job. The person who was sent out here seemed a little overwhelmed with what needed to be done as well, as there was a language barrier. Which again - is fine, but we as customers felt a bit lost on how to handle the situation and very much unappreciated as customers. The worker who came out did a great job based on having to do what he did by himself.

Scott, Connie and the entire team at Roofing Outfitters were excellent. Communication was exceptional as well as the work performed. Our house looks completely different in the best way. Highly recommend this company!!

We had significant hail damage to both our house and barn. Roofing Outfitters removed the damaged shingles off both buildings on the first day. Replaced drip edge, repaired damage wood & trim and reinstalled ice shield and shingles over the next 2 days. Very clean, no loose nails or shingles in the yard. We have numerous sky lights & vents - zero issues after the new shingles were installed.

We used Roofing Outfitters to reroof a condominium complex this summer. We worked with Greg and from the initial call to the end of the job the service was top notch. The quality of the work was great, along with the price . I would highly recommend using roofing outfitters. I will be calling them for my house when we need a new roof in a few years.

Recently had my total roof and gutters done by RO. Great quality job they ( Eddy Scott Connie and others) worked with me whole way as is in this day and age ..had to work thru supply issues machine issues but they kept on things and did a great job when finished, They didnt give up on my myraid of phone calls and it was well worth it, The house was very large and when ready worked VERY hard to finish quickly. Worked 12 hour days and into weekend to finish I dont see that much these days very hard working crews even when they had to incoporate some structural issues we found when tearing off old roof. Thanks again couldnt recommend them any more highly :)

They showed up right on time, walked the roof, and determined it had survived unscathed and did not need replacement or repair. The people at Roofing Outfitters were recommended by my neighbors. After I contacted them they came to inspect my roof on one of my two buildings and indicated I had some wind and hail damage. They suggested to have my second building inspected as well and discovered that it also had some severe hail damage. Using the photos and documentation Roofing Outfitters supplied I was able to get a claim approved to replace both roofs. The work was done much faster than I expected and the county inspections were passed first attempt and the work was great! I love the new look! With all the bad things you hear about other companies I was hopeful this company would be different and they really were! I can't recommend Roofing Outfitters highly enough. They gave me multiple options and did not hard sell. Help navigating insurance was a very pleasant and unexpected service. The installation was very professional and cleaned up after install. I started my project by calling several roofing companies. Roofing Outfitters were quick to respond, with Tim, Greg and Scott visiting the site and placing a bid.
The delivery was smooth and efficient with the material placed in the proper areas.
The install was flawless with Francisco, Billy, Josh and crew. They had to tear off, re flash, install ice-water-shield 100 percent with class 4 shingles. Not only did they do a premium job, but they also threw in a few extras at no charge.
I live at 9500 feet elevation with over 200 inches of snow a year. I wanted the best material and best install for peace of mind. I received both thanks to Roofing Outfitters. They were easy to work with and at the right price point. Project was completed in one day.

They came out to give me a quote for repair of some wind damage to my roof. When they found missing shingles with a snowstorm on the way, they really hustled to finish the repair before more damage could occur. Knowledgeable, efficient, and demonstrated real concern for the customer. I'll definitely use them for any future roof work.

Extremely satisfied with Roofing Outfitters as a local company in Evergreen. Our July 2021 roof replacement was done in conjunction with purchasing our home, and the Scott and the office staff were great in coordinating things between real estate agents and insurance agents. We were not present for the installation, but our project manager was helpful in sharing photos of roof structural repairs done as part of the job. Gutter and downspout installation was done by a sub-contractor, but this work was also done professionally and with good communication.

I couldn't be more pleased about the quality of service from start to finish that Roofing Outfitters provided. I had a hail damaged roof and they helped me work with the insurance company to get the roof replaced. They were easy to work with and dependable.

Customer service, customer service, customer service. Scott was great during the sales process. He took the time to explain all of our options and a cost benefit analysis for each. After we decided to move forward Scott coordinated with our general contractor on another project to align on timelines so that the roof was installed right on time as soon as the project was complete. During installation there was some minor gutter damage caused by the supplier and no questions asked, Chad and Scott coordinated to have the gutters replaced. Overall a great experience, a great new roof and the best customer service we've had from a contractor. Roofing Outfitters will be my only recommendation for roofing going forward.

They were awesome! Definitely would use them again. Roof looks great. Biggest thing for me was they came when they said they would, we’re professional throughout the process, and I wasn’t able to be home when they installed the roof but they still took care of everything. Just make sure to check your emails junk inbox for some reason all their emails went to my junk mail. Definitely would recommend!

Roofing outfitters was hired by the apartment complex to re-roof the entire complex. No small task by an stretch. On day one a worker fell through my ceiling into my apartment leaving a huge hole in my apartment and destroyed a chair. Within a short period of time Tim (the owner) was at my place with a Visa gift card for my trouble and had the hole covered immediately as well as a drywall crew at my place within 24 hours. He also took care of replacing my chair after I supplied him an invoice. The customer service from Tim was impeccable and he went above and beyond any kind of service I have ever received. We live in a home that is over 100 years old and the roof was in very poor condition. We finally were ready to replace the roof and got multiple estimates and Roofing Outfitters was by far the most knowledgeable. Their estimate came in right in the middle of all the others and they provided us information regarding the decking material beneath the shingles that the other companies could not provide. They came out and helped us choose the shingle color and went out of their way to get the color we wanted.

On the day of the install, they showed up early and got right to work and the entire team was amazing! We did not have to handle the Jefferson County permit or inspection and it passed perfectly! We absolutely will not hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to others!
