Joshua Bass and the Triton crew provided an excellent experience getting our roof replaced. Joshua worked harder than I could believe to help the insurance company understand the need for a new roof. He was always positive as he guided us through the sometimes-frustrating experience of proving need for a new roof. The quality of material is unsurpassed and so much better than the builder grade shingles we had. Joshua provided real-time drone photos of the roof installation as it progressed and provided documentation for the insurance company about the quality of the shingle to qualify for a reduction in HO rates. I really can't praise this company highly enough. PROFESSIONAL, responsive, compassionate and the best crew of roofers I have ever seen. They never stopped working and had our roof up, cleaned up and cleared within 6 hours. Amazing to watch them work as a coordinated team. He was an insurance adjuster in a previous life, and his experience was just what I needed. He told me he’d get a new roof for me, and that’s exactly what he did. My claim was denied again, but he just kept working on it and got an approval.

A HUGE RECOMMENDATION for Triton Roofing and Restoration (Chip & Trish)

Following a major hail storm, Triton Roofing was highly recommended to take care of all our insurance and repair needs. They were nothing short of outstanding throughout the entire process!

They met with our insurance adjuster onsite, pointing out things that otherwise may have been missed. They are insurance claim gurus using the same software program as major insurance companies, ensuring supplements were accepted and processed quickly. We were copied on all their communications with insurance regarding the supplementals. Trish and Chip communicated with us regularly through group text and always picked up their phones on the first ring. Their drone access ensured that pictures before and during the repair were forwarded to us and to insurance company as needed, proving quality of materials and completion of work. They took no chances on rain. They actually rescheduled the day of due to an unpredicted rain event, regardless that their crew of 12 (yes 12!) was here already setting up the site. Chip and Trish was here on site ensuring their management team were following all their specific orders. They were extremely careful protecting our numerous plants in a small yard with landscaping challenges. They purchased extra protective plywood and a huge screen that spanned across the front of house. In addition, they were also very cautious protecting our neighbor’s property. Due to the large crew the roof was easily completed in one day. The entire project regarding the roof, gutters, leaf guards, fence, garage door, interior/exterior painters, and numerous other repairs were extremely well organized and went through without a hitch.

Should we have these needs in the future, we will again contact Chip & Trish at Triton Roofing and we highly recommend you do the same.

The crew arrived early in the morning, started working, and finished at dusk. They corrected preexisting issues in the roof from poor work done by the builder. Excellent service.Chip and Trish, Triton Roofing, stayed with us through the entire process with the insurance company. Coordinated everything and stayed onsite with the installation. Hourly drone picture updates and extremely conscious of our property. Added insulation to our attic at the time of install and we have had a noticeable difference in maintenance of temperature. Insulation was replacing the original install. We also went with roofline vents instead of fans and creates a much cleaner look. Upgraded the shingles to class 4, Hail resistant shingles for not much cost and received a substantial savings from our insurance for the upgrade, basically paying for the upgrade. Never in all my years have we had such outstanding customer service than working with Tricia and Chip Moore of Triton Roofing and Restoration. Since 2014, they have been with us through every hailstorm and roof replacement, working with adjusters and filing supplements to ensure all damages were notated, repaired and/or replaced. The only folks who care enough to call while your family is huddled in the safe room during a tornado to confirm our safety and arrive first thing in the morning to inspect for damages. WOWZER! That about sums it up when I refer to Chip and Trish Moore as well as Triton Roofing. I have never had service when facing a near catastrophe as I did with this group. They are responsive, prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. That is a personality bundle you rarely see in customer service anymore. My personal home was severely damaged after a tremendous storm came through my area. I reached out to Chip and Trish, I was not expecting them to answer, but they did! I’m certain they were crazy busy but I would’ve never known. They treated me and my home as if I were their only client. They walked me through the entire process including dealing with my insurance company. They even spoke on my behalf with the insurance company when I wasn’t available due to work! I had my roof, gutters, exterior painting, fence repair and stain, garage door replacement and interior repairs completed… all on the schedule set forth by Chip and Trish. They were so sweet and so was the office staff, everyone was so understanding of my nervousness and anxiety. Chip and Tricia were amazing, and so helpful through the entire process of getting our roof replaced! In addition to that, they were so trustworthy, reliable and showed they really cared about us and our home. They replaced our roof today and to be frank we were thoroughly impressed with how fast it was done! The crew arrived around 6:30a and were done by about 2p. But during the whole day Chip and Tricia were sending us updates, pictures, and walking us through everything as it was occurring. After they were completed they took the time to ensure everything was picked up, including any fallen nails. Really prioritizing our health and safety since we frequent our yard with our dogs. I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone I know! And we will continue to use them for any future needs.

Every person I’ve dealt with at Triton Roofing & Restoration has been super on top of their game from start to finish. Their roofers are very good at cleaning up after a roof installation and super fast! I also noticed that they seem to have a team approach because if a your Project Manager isn’t available, you are always able to speak with the owner himself or the manager himself, and that is something you don’t have access to at most other companies. They really make you feel like you’re a part of their family and not just another job. I also appreciate how they treat everyone with respect. The owner is very honest and will tell you if you don’t need a new roof and then come out again after a new storm and do another roof inspection FOR FREE and reassess your roof! This lets me know that honesty is more important to the owner, Adam Jolley, than lining his pockets, and I wouldn’t trust my roof/house/construction needs to anyone else!!!
