Recently did an home inspection for a house I am buying. Appointment was at 8am and as I arrived he was already on the roof checking everything. Was very thorough with everything. Explaining what was wrong and right as he went through. Cost was cheaper than competitive companies and was more local than others. The report went through a well laid out check list with photos and highlights of problems. Would highly recommend and use again.
Edit. After going through the house there were a few issues that probably should have been caught. Windows that were behind covers that were broken, part of the addition to the house that settled and had cracks in the wall and ceiling.

Triple B Home Inspection did a fantastic job on a home inspection for me, very thorough and took the time to explain everything we came across in the home. The report provided to me was detailed and complete for each area of the home. Even showed me how to operate some of the systems in the home I was unfamiliar with. Overall, an outstanding company.

Had him “Inspect” a house a was buying and within a week multiple items broke in the house that should have been noticed. As one example a garage door that broke the first time opening it when moving In. You can clearly see it was poorly repaired at one time. Would Highly suggest to look elsewhere for a thorough Inspecton.

I actually learned of Tim/Triple B a couple years back. I happened to come across his inspection from a home I was interested in making an offer on.
