We are so glad we chose to work with Trinity Roofing! Within a few days of reaching out, the Jayson came to our home to assess our roof, take photos, and gave us a quote! Jayson also took the time to educate us on the whole process of getting a new roof and explained every step of the project.

The team was on time and maintained great communication throughout the whole project! Special shoutout to Jayson and his team for doing the work on a Sunday, they stripped our house and garage shingles, replaced a lot of damaged plywood, put in a new ridge vent, new drip edges, new flashing around the chimney, installed a new bathroom vent, and got our new roof done with quality and speed! Everything was kept clean and our home and yard was fully protected with tarps while they were working.

Trinity was great to work with for my home roof repair. Jayson returned my message quickly and was able to squeeze my repair into their schedule. The crew did a great job and took the time to answer my questions. I am planning to have them back for an another project on my barn roof.

I recently had Trinity Roofing replace my roof (in Needham). I had accidentally stumbled across them online, but am really glad I did. Jayson met with me and went over every detail of the work and the materials they would use in advance. He was very patient in answering all the questions I had. The quote he gave me was about 20% less than one of the larger local roofing companies that I also met with. His price was guaranteed even though he did end up replacing a number of the pieces of plywood after the roof was stripped down. There were some additional minor recommendations made the day of the work, but he reviewed and explained those to me for my approval. The additional cost was quite reasonable.

Even though it was early December and the days are short they managed to finish the job in one day. The crew worked pretty much non-stop except for a lunch break.

It was easy to work with Trinity.As most people know, chosing colors, materials, mixing metal accents and who should do the work can be a daunting task. I would list this contractor as one that you should always have in your list of bidders; their bid was competitive and not over priced as some others. Attention was paid to all of our questions and explanations for all the parts of the process and products to be used were given ahead of time. During the project the crew not only removed and installed the new roof but took care of keeping the area around our home clean and work started as promised and finished on schedule. Our roof had one minor issue where a ridge vent lifted but Jayson came quickly to see and scheduled a quick repair visit. If there was a point to quibble with - it would not be the new roof, only the finding of a few roofing nails around the house that got overlooked and it was only a few (about a dozen or so nails in the grass, all hardscape areas were clean); again nothing to worry about considering the many hundreds of nails that were removed and replaced!
It is pleasant to find contractors of this quality - they are highly recommended in our opinion.

So the pricing was very fair, the crew showed up on time and did a quality job and they were very clean. They flashed my chimney with lead and even painted my roof pipes the same color as the shingles so everything matches nicely. We selected Trinity Roofing to replace the roof on our condo complex. Jayson's quote was half what another company quoted. Our Board did extensive research on his past projects and spoke with former clients and as a result, we selected Trinity to do the job. They arrived on time, set up protective tarps to limit any property damage, cleaned up after each day, and completed the job in the estimated time. Since then, we have asked Trinity to respond to roof area leaks in areas which were previously replaced by other roofing companies.
