Thumbs up for Paradise Construction, a construction group owned by the father/son duo, Batista and Cleo. After talking to numerous contractors it has been refreshing to work with people who are honest, straight forward, and interested in providing quality work.

Paradise has done two projects for us. The first one was a major renovation of a wall, which involved the installation of five windows and a door, as well as a full bathroom replacement. The second was a smaller project, repairing windows, sills and wood siding.

With clear and open communication, Batista and Cleo provide guidance and suggestions while also responding well to questions and concerns. They are trustworthy and provide excellent value for the money. Rather than a ‘one and done’ attitude that is so pervasive, their business philosophy appears to be a desire to build long term relationships with their clients. It is a philosophy that serves them and their clients well: we are now working with them on a complete kitchen renovation and continue to be impressed.

Paradise Group Construction just completed a top quality structural reinforcement of my deck, with beautiful finish carpentry work for the new support columns. They added additional footings and completely replaced an out-of-code laminated beam on two sides of my deck. Both the structural carpentry and the finish carpentry are top quality. There are many contractors, but very few true craftsman. Batista, Cleo and the entire Paradise Team are serious craftsman, with a commitment to sound construction, quality work, attention to detail and aesthetics. Their pricing is fair, and they commit to timelines that they can meet or exceed. I will definitely use them again, and give them my highest recommendation for your next project!

Paradise came through for us when we had serious water damage in our house. They worked with our insurance company to make sure that our home was returned to its original condition… Actually, it’s better now than it was! They were responsive to our concerns and offered very helpful suggestions in the process of getting our house back into a habitable condition. Due to the quality of the work they did on our house, we will be using them for smaller projects going forward. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

Extremely satisfied with the work done on our house. We updated our back deck. So happy how it turned out. Also, after that we updated a bathroom, enlarging the shower and bathroom area. Couldn't be happier with how everything came together. The contractors made it very easy to work with. Kept us totally informed during this whole project. Looking forward to the next update.

Paradise Group Construction is the best! We just completed a small addition, residing and sealing work and the team was great - we are very satisfied. I am delighted to have found Paraiso Homes. We did a major renovation with Paraiso including kitchen, added porch, finished basement, residing, and all new windows. Despite finding a few unexpected issues in our 60 year old home (the side of the house where the original porch attached was totally rotted through, we had asbestos tile under the visible tile in the kitchen) and deciding to increase our scope significantly mid-project (new windows and finished basement). Batista and Cleo were always a pleasure to work with and were very transparent and fair with pricing. They are also just really nice guys that my whole family (including young kids) feels comfortable around. We would recommend them to anyone.

I had never done construction on my home and was nervous. I have a Cape style home and we did a shed dormer out the back adding a full bathroom. New roof and new siding.
