The two installers who put on my my awning .They did a good job at first. they were supposed to hang it underneath the house underbelly but they couldn’t do it there so they put it on the side on the side of the wall and it looks real great. They did a very good job. I’m very happy with it.

The team did a great job love our new awning really top notch work! they were in and out of here in 90° heat in just a couple of hours. Amazing! Would definitely use them again.

I love my new awning! It is much more enjoyable on my patio now. Trim a Seal came and quickly installed my awning. Made sure I knew everything I needed to know before they left. I will be enjoying this awning for a long time!

We love our Sun Setter. It's outside our rear door and the sun is relentless there. We couldn't even enjoy our patio. It's a world of difference now. I got a brown stripe that is very nice looking. I'm wondering if there is a way to help stabilize them so they aren't so sensitive to the wind? We have an open field across from us so we get that corner wind.

We are so pleased with how nice our patio turned out. We had it done in June 2025. It’s beautiful! The installers Tommy and Jerome did a fantastic job. Very neat and taking their time to do it just right. Our 35 year old patio looks like new. We have had a lot of compliments of how nice our patio looks. Product is phenomenal, it has transformed our lake home. Customer service was tremendous and Tim and his installation crew were prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend trim-a-seal to anyone interested in retractable awnings.

Trim a Seal customer service and response is impeccable. They did an excellent job with pricing of my sun setter awning. And when I had issue they made scheduling and getting to my residence a priority. The service technician, Isaiah, that was at my house today was knowledgeable and explained the situation throughly if I have an issue in the future I would prefer this young man, because he took time to explain and answer questions.

Install took a bit longer than we were hoping for, but our salesperson was great. He walked us through everything and was super knowledgeable on extras and add-ons, and was able to advise us as to whether or not we might need those items. The product itself is amazing and we are so happy with it.

A very nice man came out today to adjust my awing. He did a wonderful job. The awing was hitting the house when I retracted it. Issac adjusted it so it does not hit the house. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!!!

The awning salesperson was honest and gave straight forward answers, which I appreciated. The awning installers were knowledgeable and knew what they were doing They were very friendly and answered all questions. The only negative I can supply is they moved everything from the patio to the yard, but left some items in the yard instead of bringing back on the patio. This is overall very minor, but is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Overall very satisfied, but it has only been about a month in.

If you’re looking for a great job on your garage floor, these guys are the best. Very thorough and professional and they finished the job with my place cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend them.

The installers arrived on time, explained what they would be doing and even spent a few minute to listen and talk to my 4 year old grandchild. They were professional and displayed good workmanship. Once the work was finished and area was spotlessly cleaned, the awning was explained and demonstrated. They allowed time for questions. I would highly recommend this company again.

Just wanted to send a quick note thanking the entire team who helped get our Sun Setter screen up! The sun finally came out and it was incredible to sit outside and not squint the whole time. The whole team, from the initial consult with Tim to the final install with Thomas--everyone was kind and timely!

I had some extenuating circumstances with my installation. The installer needed to remove a pergola prior to installing my awning. We had an agreed upon cost, to me, for this service. Once the pergola was removed, the installer discovered some problems with my roof that was caused by the pergola. He addressed and corrected the problems with the roof before he installed the awning. He definitely went “above and beyond” in order to assure that my awning was installed correctly. I have only good things to say about this company. The salesman was knowledgeable and professional as was the installer. I highly recommend them.

The sales representative was very helpful and friendly. Walked us through the whole process. The installers were very friendly and nice to work with. All in all it was a great experience.

Trim-a-seal installed a retractable awning over our deck. They arrived as expected, went about setting up and installation in a professional manner, cleaned up, and demonstrated for us. They offered maintenance suggestions and answered all our questions.

The crew did the job ok, but arrived late and took too much time to complete the job. A couple of things the man in charge said didn't sit well with me

The delivery and installation was professional and met our expectations completely. Although the weather has not made it user friendly to sit out on the patio, we have opened it a few times in anticipation of summer and to show friends how great it it works. Trim-A-Seal came out and thoroughly covered how they would do the work on both our garage floor and front porch. The rep was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, plus responded promptly when we called with some follow up questions. We had estimates from several companies, but Trim-A- Seal's longevity in the business, excellent reviews and prices were what made us decide to go with them. They provided a trailer to put all our garage/porch items on which was very convenient. They arrived on time on a Fri, worked the entire day and because of a slight glitch which was out of their control, they came back on Sunday to finish the job. We are very happy with the results and look forward to many years of it looking like it does right now!
