Absolutely love the awning & the crew that installed it. Our problem was with the sales team...we ordered and paid a down payment and were supposed to receive a call beginning of March. NO phone call. I called them and expected a call within 24 hours, didn't happen. I called again and was told our initial choice was no longer available, the company quit making it. You would think someone would have notified us at the time they learned of this. They did go one grade higher (for free) - no apologies for not calling us. We continued to receive emails to give them a five star....so that is why I am now writing a review. We did receive a promise of a $50 check for a referral.....that is not ever going to happen!

We had no difficulty with the installation but unfortunately we have not had the chance to use our awning due to inclement weather and its has been rather chilly. I truly hope that come next spring if there are any difficulties with this awning Trimaseal will rectify the problems.

My awning arrived weeks earlier than expected. This was a positive in view of the heat we have been experiencing this summer. The installers arrived on time, per scheduled appointment. They were very thorough in their installation and answered all of my questions (and any questions that I didn't ask). They were very professional, courteous and friendly. They completed the installation in a little over an hour and cleaned up thoroughly of all debris. I give Trim-A-Seal 5 stars and would highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again for any future projects I may have.

From the very beginning the experience we had was the best. We purchased a Sunsetter awning and could not be more pleased with it. Here is a rare one, the installation crew arrived at the scheduled time. The installation team was professional, quick and neat during the process as well as informative after.
You can buy a Sunsetter awning at a lot of places, but you can't always get great service and installation.

Sales were very professional and nice. Installers were extremely nice and polite, worked extra hard to ensure everything functioned perfectly...Awning looks beautiful and we are delighted with the entire process.

We were thrilled that Trim-a-seal had an awning in stock in our color choice and size so we didn’t have to wait on production of the product that has been affected by COVID.

They also had an aluminum hood cover in stock which we wanted since our awning had to be roof mounted and needed protection from the weather, especially the hot sun.

I wish the price included side shades since our deck gets morning and afternoon sun and doesn’t fully shade our deck because of the sun’s projectory.

We were hesitant about having to install it on the roof because of lack of space under the eave but it turns out we gained about a foot more shade along the length of our deck.

The staff in the office were great to work with including the company owners.

I would not hesitate to buy from/hire this company again in the future!

Sales person arrived when scheduled and gave us great information. Delivery and installation took about 5-6 weeks which we expected. Product is beautiful and better than I imagined. We love the shade on our patio!

Amazing! My entryway was an old DIY screen door and ugly inner door. I wish I had an old photo to show the difference. This new door is wonderful. The installer is a perfectionist and it shows. The molding is all tight. He installed insulation (which explains the drafty entryway!). He reassembled everything he took apart to install the door. I will absolutely utilize Trim-A-Seal in the future (when I get a new back door).

The floor is BEAUTIFUL! The process was exactly as described. Vince and Fred showed up on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. They were professional and friendly. There was minimal dust and almost no smell. We loved the fact we didn’t have to wait for days before being able to drive on the floor. It’s a great product with great service and a great warranty.

I was impressed with every person I interacted with at Trim-A-Seal and we love our new awning. Cris, our sales professional, was honest, helpful, quick to respond to all of my communication, and followed up on everything without me having to check in. Trim-A-Seal was the only company that helped us find the right awning for our budget, style, and deck size.

This is the 2nd time we used Trim A Seal for new doors. Both times, Tim B came to our house to give us the estimate and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rodney installed the doors both times and did an excellent job. He is attentive to detail and takes pride in his work. He accommodated our request for a Saturday installation, which was wonderful so we didn't have to take off work. The quality of the product and the installation process are worth the price. All of the doors are custom ordered and they took longer to come in than quoted, but it wasnt a big deal. I would highly recommend Trim A Seal and we will use them again.

The sale rep Tim B was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They delivered and installed on time. The installers (team Tyler) did a great job and also very professional. One of the things that sold us on Trim A Seal was the installation method. It was far better than others we’ve seen. The awning is awesome and works great. I highly recommend this company and product.

Sales person arrived promptly, answered all my questions, product selection was quite large. Estimated installation was 6-8 weeks and was scheduled at 6 weeks. The men who installed were on time and took about an hour to install. Showed me all about the operation, explaining in detail how to use it. I am thrilled with the purchase. Trim-a-Seal was very easy to work with an delivered an excellent product.

I contacted trim a seal around the same time all the Covid chaos started, it took me quite a long time to finish my deck due to the shortage and treated lumber, they were fantastic and worked with me on several schedule changes all of which were on my end once I contacted them back and let them know I was finally done they fit me into their very busy schedule came out and did a fantastic job on my deck.
They took great patience and time in sanding and prepping the wood and did a wonderful job staining the entire deck including any cleanup and wipe down of my aluminum spindles once the staining was done it looks absolutely fantastic and even though part of the deck is several years old it came out looking like brand new if not better.
I would highly recommend your company for any deck staining or cleanup projects you have

Sales felt like a typical salesman and was pushy towards the end. Would drop the price if you made your decision at that time. Why not just give you their best deal and let you take it or not? Tried to contact him when got no where with scheduling. Never heard back from him or even after the install to see if we were happy with everything. Had to call the scheduling department 3 times to get a appointment for installation when we were told they would contact us in 4 to 6 weeks. We contacted them in 8 weeks. Finally when we got something scheduled the installation guy was on time, very professional and did a awesome job!!!! 5 star for him all the way. The sun setter awing is also a 5 star

The whole process of dealing with this company was superb! Actually they raised the standard at which I expect now from other companies with similar services. From the initial phone call to the sales process, and even the installation! I'm so excited and secure with my Sunsetter investment! Super clean and expedited installation and thoroughly explained.

We ordered a security door and windows in November 2020 - because of Covid-19 it took longer than excepted - which Trim-A-Seal could not control. Rodney is the gentleman that installed the security door in a snow storm - unbelievable - and the windows were installed 3/31/21 - the work was done professionally and they did not leave a mess for me to clean up - they truly earned a 5 Star rating - and you can believe this review - I hate everything LOL
