replacement. From lucy and office staff, james the estimater, jacob and crew they did a great job. They were courteous, professional and did a couple minor things that were not in the contract. The roof looks great and I will and already have recommended skyline construction. Thx john
On July 8th we had someone come out to do an estimate on fencing, doors, and insulation. We were told 2 wks for me to receive the estimate due to how busy they've been. I thought 2 weeks was too long but agreed.
I sent a reminder email a day before the 2 week mark that we were still waiting and only was told it was not done yet . No one from the company even called in the 2 wks just to keep me updated and now here it is 3 wks later and still no call, no estimate.
Very disappointed to have my potential business treated with such disregard.
I was pleased that he took the time to thoroughly investigate the issue and then fully explain the problem and how he could solve it. He wasn't arrogant about it, but knowledgeable.
