Bought an RV from Delmarva and within a week had refrigerator issues. Contacted Lisa in the Service Dept and between her and the techs in the shop my issue was quickly solved.

I had many friends refer me to buy a camper from Delmarva, so I trusted their advice. Salesman Eric was very nice, quick to answer questions, and was pleasant. I made my appointment, had my walkthrough and everything seemed okay. Went to the finance office, everything was fast and super easy, never felt pressured at all. My issue comes when I went to take this camper for Maryland State inspection where it failed. It failed due to 4 severely dry rotted tires, and the inspector said “I’m surprised they let this even leave the lot.” The tires were covered in tire shine at the dealer, so it wasn’t necessarily something I noticed.
I called the dealership while I was still there, I was told someone would call me back. I called back about an hour later to find out that person was on vacation and was told the general manager would call me. Still have yet to hear from them. Disappointed to say the least.

The service department is excellent! I had an A/C issue on my new camper and they were kind enough to look at it and resolve the issue for me even though I didn't purchase from them (out of state, traveling through). This type of service is virtually unheard of these days. I am so grateful to them that I didn't have to wait several days in blistering heat in the middle of summer for my air conditioner to be repaired. I was able to get back on the road and continue on my journey, thanks to the kind and courteous service professionals at Delmarva RV Center.

Had a power issue with loosing lights and 12 volt accessories in camper. No problem while on shoreline. Turned out to be low voltage issue caused by bad ground corrected by establishing good common ground. Entire experience from scheduling evaluation, to delivering unit for tech to troubleshoot and repair. Thanks for the responsive, prompt and professional work provided on our little mode to JOY!

The team at delmarva rv are great. We traded are old camper for a new one. They treated us very fair. We did have a few manufacturers defects with the new one but Lisa and the team took excellent care of us. Lisa has been so informative and helpful. I would recommend these people to everyone.

All I'll say is if you're buying a used RV, make sure you get it inspected before purchasing. It will save you potentially thousands in future repair costs. Do your research before purchase and make a rational decision not an emotional one. Unfortunately you don't know what you don't know and the dealership isn't going to proactively give you information unless you ask the right question. They are in the sale's business.

If I could give Delmarva RV center 10 stars I would. My wife and I are traveling from California and needed our LP regulator replaced. I called their service department last Friday about a propane leak in my regulator. Their service Writer, Lisa, was fantastic to work with. She verified that they had my regulator in stock and booked me an appointment for Monday morning. We arrived a little early on Monday and they jumped right on it and got it replaced.

I was very impressed with this Dealership. I wish they were in California so I could go here for all my future work.

Delmarva RV came to our rescue. My camper was new and needed a warranty repair, the dealership I bought from had it for 7 months and couldn’t seem to fix it and was then basically dismissed by them. I stopped by Delmarva RV to inquire about repair, they welcomed me as a new customer as they just picked up the line of camper I bought. Most dealerships only work on campers they sold. Delmarva RV had my camper for a week and a half and had the issue diagnosed and repaired.
They kept me updated on what was going on and gave me an extensive explanation of the issue and the fix. On top of all that the people there have to be some of the nicest people you could ever meet. If you’re in the market for a camper this is the place to go.

Linda in the service department is exceptional and her customer service is second to none. We stopped there on the way to Rehoboth without an appointment, and Linda took care of us right away. We needed to raise the ball on our hitch, which Mike and Allen accomplished in less than five minutes. I would recommend this dealership and especially their service department to anyone with an RV or trailer. Thank you so much Lisa , Mike and Allen !!!!

I purchased my Grand Design last August from Delmarva RV Center. The salesmen were great with finding the right travel trailer that met my needs. Over the winter I had them install a 2nd AC unit in the bedroom and no complaints there with the quality of work. I recently needed two items addressed that were covered under warranty and Lisa in the service department made accommodations for me to bring it in for service on day I would be up in the area. I am one happy camper, pun intended. Thank you Delmarva RV Center.

I recently brought my RV in for service, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism I received. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided a clear explanation of the issues.

Delmarva was suggested to us by friends of ours who already purchased a new RV from them. We did not work with the same salesperson but received incredible service. They were able to find the RV we wanted, ordered it and had it delivered right to their location. We were given a great trade in value for the existing RV, as well picking up and removing it from the location. They were great at communicating with us as to the status of our RV as well as working around our schedule for pick up and delivery. Great financing options. Quick, easy and hassle free. This was our first RV purchase and they made it very easy. Shout out to Adam for helping us get through this process smoothly and without hassle! Highly recommend!

Sneaky dealership.
We bought a used 2019 Travel Trailer at Delmarva in December 2023. It was in excellent physical shape as if it had never been used. The styrofoam packing was still in the refrigerator, stove and microwave. We had it towed 2 hours away to a seasonal campground that did not open till April.
We should have known something was seriously wrong due to the refrigerator, stove and microwave never being used.
The first time we went to stay at it in April, 3 months after the purchase, I received a big electric jolt when I had one hand on the trailer and was standing on the wet ground.
We had an electrician look at it, and discovered the entire body of the trailer was a live circuit, known as a Hot Skin. Anyone could have been electrocuted if they touched the trailer.
It took 7 weeks of troubleshooting with the help of an RV electrician and an online RV Electricity specialist to isolate the problems. The end result, we lost weeks of camping and $3000 to get it fixed. Electric lines to the appliances were fried and burnt due to reversed polarity, along with a missing ground wire.
Delmarva clearly had to be aware of this problem. We spoke with them and they refused to provide any compensation. We should have taken them to small claims court, but at the time was also dealing with some health issues.

We purchased a brand new camper from Delmarva RV in February and had a very positive experience. Jeff Turpin and Adam Darling were great during the sales process. They are complete pros in this business and very knowledgeable. Like all new campers ours has a few issues but the service department (Lisa Trice) was very quick to get us in and very responsive and friendly during the scheduling process. I want to give a special shout out to Tim in the service department, who quickly resolved all of our issues, patiently answered all my questions and treated us with respect and friendliness during our visit.

We bought a Brinkley Z2900 from Delmarva RV. A lot was done over the phone because we live more than an hour away. We dealt with Seth. Everything he promised was done. They gave us more for our trade than anywhere else. They gave us a great price on the RV we bought. They went over everything with us and answered all our questions.

We purchased a used 2017 5th wheel a little over a year ago. As we understand used could mean some problems, we had issues just prior to our trip over 2 hours away. A quick phone call to the service department and spoke with Lisa. She was one of the best and got our propane issue resolved quickly and got us back on the road. Sometimes service can be a lengthy process but Lisa was always in direct contact with us giving updates as they came in.

Cody was our salesman and was always a phone call away. He was honest about the buying process and continued to ask us how the camper was even after purchase. Cross is always willing to come out and have a conversation which is outstanding from an owner of the company. You don’t see that all too often these days.

Between Cross, Lisa, and Cody they made this experience easy and enjoyable. Would recommend purchasing from Delmarva RV in the future.

Finding the trailer was the easy part. Cross posted the exact floor plan I was looking for a Facebook and we connected. He was very responsive. I was given over to Adam to handle the sale. He was super responsive as we went through the finance process. That's about where the great communication stopped. Once paperwork was signed it was a nightmare. My trailer was a left over and was supposed to come with an outdoor kitchen (griddle). I stated several times it was missing. Adam agreed to ship it to my house. (I live out of state) I have text messages to back this. Guess what was never sent? I followed up a few times and never received a response. I chalked it up as I just won't do business there again. I questioned the motor vehicle fees while I was signing and was told it was for multiple year registrations. Guess what... it wasn't. I got my renewal in the mail recently. I called and was told they would look into it. 2 business days and I have heard nothing. I was told they needed to contact Beacon. I called Thursday, today is Monday. Now they may be closed due to snow today. I tried calling and left a message. I have spent a number of years of my career working for dealerships and have worked closely with Beacon. I am also familiar with how long records are supposed to be kept so this should have been as simple at pulling the deal jacket and reviewing paperwork. I get papers can be misfiled, etc. I do understand people get busy and at this point it has been close to a year since I have owned the trailer. A call back to at least let me know you're working on it or an update would be awesome. I paid to have my trailer transported for me. The dealer botched that one too. I requested to have it moved by someone who could set it up meaning hook ups and level it as it is my first trailer of this size. I was given a quote. I agreed. As it got close to the time to move the trailer I hadn't heard anything so several calls later I finally got through. I ended up working it out with a different transporter the dealer recommended and luckily he was kind enough to help. I have been so patient and understanding with this dealer but it seems to me they don't care once you sign. NEVER AGAIN. Communication is key. Return calls and do what you say you will. I get people forget and things happen but silence and zero care for the customer is joke. The positives - I love the trailer. The gentlemen who did our walk-through, I believe his name is Brian was absolutely amazing. He took his time, went through everything, answered all my questions. Pointed out some accessories we could have added. (If I had known earlier I'd have had the dealer add them before my trailer was moved. They had it for 8 weeks so there should have been time. Missed opportunity here, maybe during the sales process point out some stuff that the customer may want. That would be additional revenue for your parts and service department.) I had an issue with water when my trailer arrived and Brian was so helpful and stayed with me on the phone until I resolved it. I am really grateful for his help. (Sorry if I got the name wrong). I am very disappointed on the sales side.

UPDATE 1/14/2025
Adam has reached out. The motor vehicle fees were explained. It turns out there was a clerical charge from Beacon (outside title and tags service for out of state residents) because I am out of state I was not aware I was charged for. I completely understand this and I understand why it was passed down to me. I appreciate Adam taking the time to dig into this. Adam also had the missing item shipped to my house. I have received this. I appreciate my concerns being addressed. Brian was amazing. Give that man a raise. He did such an amazing job explaining everything and took his time going over everything so patiently. I do absolutely love the trailer. We completed our first season this past year and are looking forward to another season this year! Again, thank you for reaching out and making good on what was promised.

Went there just to look at options. We had a 2003 popup. We walked around for about 20-30 mins. Had a few people stop and check on us but not pressure us. Found a camper that my wife fell in love with. Walked in and talked with Joey. He was laid back, answered all the questions we had. And the few he didn't know, he went and found the answer instead of making something up. Financing was fast and easy. Picked up our new camper the following weekend. The walk through was highly informative and never felt rushed. If you are in the market for a new or used camper, I can not stress enough to check this place out. Nice clean campers and up front if there is an issue. The Finance guy Roadie took amazing care of us and explain the whole process and put all our fears to rest.

Less than 2 months after buying our first camper, we decided we enjoyed it immensely and wanted something bigger. We had a lot of specifications in what we were looking for and DelMarVa had exactly what we wanted.  The sales process went very smoothly and we were extremely pleased with the process.

When I picked the camper up, I was (and still am) new to the camper world.  I had a list of about 20 questions on my phone when I arrived.  By the time the tech walked around the camper and discussed everything with me I think he answered every question but maybe 1 or 2 without me even asking.

Unfortunately, on our second camping trip we broke one of the windows.  As an owner of a construction company I planned to do it myself, however DelMarVa's price was extremely reasonable so I had them take care of it.  Again, a very smooth process!

Last trip I lost one of the bars to my hitch somehow.  Today we stopped in to see about getting a bar and they were extremely kind and gave us an extra one that they had.  I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Purchased 29 Wildwood View in late August. Was told work would be done before delivery while other parts were on order. Went back after 3 weeks for an update and was told that I would get a call on Monday after 1 pm. Text sales person no response, called back on Thursday and Adam was too busy to take call. I would not recommend buying from this dealer. They make promises and don’t keep them. Before signing paperwork they always responded. Now that sale is completed no response.

We would like to commend Lisa in the service department and Jeff (technician) for their outstanding job on getting our RV in the service department to repair the slide underbelly of the RV. Lisa was able to coordinate and expedite the repair with Jeff so that we could get our RV back in time for our next camping trip! We were offered options for repair and given quotes for each option prior to the repair that did not increase when we picked up our RV. We are also very impressed with the quality of the repair!!

The company did not have the equipment to take on my job. However, Kiera, who I found out was a new hire, made me feel like I was going to final get the help I need. There was something in her voice and demeanor that made me give a sigh of relief. Her boss, Lisa, was at lunch, but she assured me Lisa would return my call and take care of me. Lisa returned my call, but told me they did not have the equipment to handle my job. END OF CALL, CORRECT ... not by long shot. Lisa gave me the name of a company she believed could do my job. Furthermore, she told if they could not do my job call her back. She would then reach out to a few companies and help me find someone who could do the job.

Lisa went above and beyond. Thank you Kiera and Lisa ... your kindness made my day!

Highly recommend Delmarva. Purchased used Tracer 2 years ago. Very happy with unit but needed more space. Just upgraded to a brand new Keystone Couger 30 BHS. Found unit at several different dealerships but decided to stay with Delmarva since we had a good experience with the used unit we purchased. Price was competitive and lower than many dealers. Slightly higher than a couple dealers. But I'll pay a little more for good service. Unit came in when promised and was ready to go when we picked it up. Had a couple issues with discrepancies in options which turned out to be changes Keystone made between model years. Cross at Delmarva got back to me and got me in touch with Keystone rep. Not completely happy with changes Keystone made but didn't inform me about, but that's on Keystone not Delmarva. Very happy with unit and sales force at Delmarva. Would definately recommend Delmarva. So far all is great with the Couger fingers crossed. Thank you Cross. It meant a lot that you reaching out and the Keystone rep. you hooked me up with was very informative.

Try William Blair. Regal was filthy after it supposedly was cleaned. Mouse tirds everywhere. Bracket holding up tanks was broken. So water was pouring all over the ground. Propane line has a leak somewhere. Awning won't open and supposedly you all cleaned it. If it frozen shut, how could it have been cleaned. Thats all I remember 3 years later.

My family and I have had RVs for 30 years and have dealt with at least five different dealers in Sussex county. This dealer is the absolute worst business we have encountered, in any industry. We paid $26K for a used trailer. The business completely failed to prepare our trailer. We watched ants crawling and the salesman Eric remove a trap with a dead mouse wedged under a door on our day of pickup. The salesman told us that we had to accept the trailer or face an additional delivery fee of $600. The business failed to fix trim and a broken door lock identified weeks before in a walk through. To make matters worse, employee Lisa Trice refused to provide any compensation or reparations for the business failure. She gave a litany of excuses but only acted after we filed a better business bureau complaint. We spent hours cleaning and fighting an ant infestation with no explanation or compensation from the business. Avoid this business as there are many more reputable rv businesses in the area.

Recently bought a gently used travel trailer from them, camper was prepped and they did a thorough walk-through of the camper features (Neff) with us. Took it home to pack in and get ready for camping, it had no DC power, but I knew everything had just worked. Called over to Delmarva, and brought back around to them, they had Mike look at it, and we chased the wiring for about an hour and a half, he determined that a mis-labeled fuse was the culprit. While it “shouldn’t” have been that fuse, he was very thorough and by process of elimination, it had to be that. Very personable and he took the time to explain why he was checking various fuses, wiring, batteries, inverter, solar, etc. love the camper and definitely wanted to recognize the 2 service people that helped us!

Everything seemed fine at first, but once you purchase a used camper with an extended warranty, that's when everything went wrong.

First off the Revolos warranty company is useless. The very first day we slept in the camper the microwave didn't heat. So the deductible was $100 and I bought a new microwave for $60 at Walmart, no big deal. Then the board on the water heater went and I had to have a mobile RV service come into out campground and none of the mobile services honor the extended warranties. They said it was too much red-tape nonsense to deal with. So we had to pay $500 out-of-pocket to fix that. Then we notice a patch job on the inside that I didn't see on the front slide-out where there was a leak in the past. Guess what, it still leaks and they never disclosed it at the time of sale. The outside slide out seals were shot when we bought it and as new camper owner, I didn't look for these kind of things. These guys love suckers like us.

Unless you're buying a brand new camper, I'd question this place.
That's my warning.

I spoke with Cross and he doesn't care what I have to say. Their extended warranties are bogus and so is their patch job that was done on my camper. See the attached photo. They knew it leaked and were happy to get these problem into a new owners hands who knows very little about campers. Furthermore, I only slept in the camper roughly 5 times till the leak started. Rain in the campground while we were gone showed how not leak-proof this camper was. Cross made it sound like we're too late for Delmarva RV to do anything about it. Well the campground is closed from mid October to May 1st and not knowing how to assess the leak over the winter we had to wait till May of 2024. If it was just a seal problem, that could have been an easy fix. The mobile RV service assessed it and said these rot issues didn't happen overnight or even the time we owned it. The repair for this job is $4475 on top of the $15000 I currently owe on the loan. Next stops is consumer protection, the Delaware attorney generals office, and the BBB for some direction.

UPDATE 6/7/2024:
I called Delmarva as they said to do and I got no response. I just got the news from an RV mobile service that services our campground that the front slide out has dropped 1.75" and the floor is rotted out. This is going to be significant repair costs and Delmarva didn't disclose any of this.
Sad part is we owe $15k and will have to shell out several more thousands to fix this problem. Delmarva I'm sure saw this before they sold to us and did not disclose it. I am NOT a happy camper!!!

Last year my wife and I purchased our first travel trailer after being tent campers prior. We bought an awesome tiny unit but after a year camping with it, and our kids getting bigger, we realized we needed something bigger. Outatanding service visit!
We wanted to coordinate a Service Dept visit for a recall and roof inspection on our way back home from Trap Pond.
Spoke with Lisa about 6 weeks before our trip and she ordered the required part and scheduled us.
We arrived at DelMarVa at our scheduled time and were back on the road in 45 minutes!
Jeff was on our unit and I think may have even worked into his lunch break which we totally appreciated!

This is the second camper we have purchased from Delmarva. There were some issues with the delivery of this one that did not go well. Lisa (Tice) eventually was assigned to address my issues. Lisa inherited a problem that wasn't hers but just picked it up and owned it and was great with addressing all of my concerns and getting everything fixed. Lisa has been great keeping me in the loop regarding repairs and has gone above and beyond to make sure she is in communication with me. Our camper has been back for warranty work along with maintenance and Lisa has been on top of it and a pleasure to deal with.
