Bruce and his team did an excellent job on our house. The main scope of the project was to remove the old cedar siding, insulate the house, install new vinyl siding, and new windows.Timeline of the project was clearly outlined, budget was set, and quality of the work was outstanding. Any questions that I had throughout the process were clearly answered and the team always cleaned up the area after each days work. The company was even able to install a new patio to create a nice clean look in front. Overall, I would highly recommend New America Construction for your home renovation projects.

I interviewed 4 companies and Bruce was the most informative without being a pushy salesman. Bruce was able to create my vision while staying in my budget. The crew were respectful and made sure to clean up at the end of each day. I will recommend Bruce to my neighbors and friends.

Bruce’s team did a great job installing a French drain and sump pump after our basement flooded several times since moving in a few months ago. They had to cut out part of the walls and flooring, and you wouldn’t be able to tell with how well the work was done to replace them (see pics of the trench that had to be dug as well as the “after”). Erick, the foreman on the job, was great with communicating and making sure the work was done correctly. We had a couple issues that needed to be corrected along the way and Erick was super responsive and accommodating. They said the job would be done within a week and a half and they were right on time… just in time for a crazy rain the next day where we were able to see how well the pump worked. Bruce was a consummate professional throughout the whole experience. We would definitely recommend him!

New American performed a house wrap and installed new vinyl siding. I had the windows framed out in the front, which really added great curb appeal. The crew was very accommodating with every request. The project was completed in the timeframe given. Bruce was great through the whole process.

Bruce and his guys just resided my house in Montvale and I only have amazing things to say! His guys were there every morning at 8am and worked until after 6pm almost everyday. Bruce is a genuinely nice guy and straight shooter clearly putting his customer's interest over making a few extra dollars. His team was professional and cleaning up every day after their work.

I had structural siding put on my home and I also asked for an extra 1 1/2 inch of rockwool to be put underneath the siding to bolster the insulation value. Other contractors asked for 40% extra for the job just for this add-on. Bruce worked out the calculations for me on project labor cost and material cost and provided a total that was reasonable and understandable and only a fractions of what the others asked for.

I really like the fact he'll crunch the numbers for work and can explain where the cost is coming from.

My wife and I were very happy about their work and the way our home looks now. I'm planning to use him to re-do our roof next.

I am glad I decided to install new siding and front entry door with New America Construction. I am extremely happy with the quality of work. I think the most important factor in selecting the right contractor is the quality of work and I am very happy with the work. Fit and finish is absolutely the best I have seen from contractors. Every faucet and lights are nicely encased. All cables going into the house are nicely routed and sealed. Every corner and edges are perfectly finished. All windows are perfectly wrapped.

The only constructive feedback I can provide is to improve Project management & communication. Responses were sometimes slow. I had to call the company multiple times to get updates. COVID might have been the reason for slow responses but as a customer, you want timely communication after paying deposit and signing the contract. Once the construction started everything was good. They use very experienced contractors, which is the most important aspect of selecting your contractor.

I almost used a company that specializes on windows and door for the entry door but Bruce help me spec out the same door I was going to buy much cheaper and the installation went great. Bruce saved me money and can’t be happier with the quality of work.

I would definitely recommend using new America construction and I plan to use them in the future. I am that happy with the outcome. My house looks absolutely beautiful and I know they did a very quality work. I hope my review help you make your decision and experience the same positive outcome.

Great experience with Bruce, Amanda, and everyone from New America Construction. They replaced siding with vinyl, put in all new windows, added a stone veneer to our foundation, installed new gutters, and redid the front steps. The entire process was professional. Strong winds during a recent storm ripped off some siding from my house. Job on my house. They were seasoned craftsmen that did impeccable work who left the site neat and clean each day. Wilber also went out of his way to accommodate minor adjustments such as replacing a light fixture, replacing a vinyl base for a light on the patio and hanging a new mailbox. During the final walkthrough Bruce made a suggestion to call the cable company to remove some dead wiring and had his team come back to replace a siding panel and do some finishing painting to complete the job. Excellent all around. I would recommend New American for anyone looking to reside their house.

I recently hired New American Construction after the paint on our house began to chip and we decided to go with vinyl siding. Not only was the siding installed in a timely fashion and at a fair price, but the quality of work was outstanding. It looks nothing short of perfect, and any concerns/questions that we had early on were addressed in detail by their customer service expert Amanda.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience as shortly after having our siding done, we had our roof replaced by them as well . The quality was consistent with the vinyl siding job. The workers were also courteous and respectful of our property; they cleaned up everything very well, no damage or mishaps. I would definitely recommend this company for any upcoming project as they’ve proven to not only, again, provide QUALITY work, but excellent customer service.

The team that came to remove and install our roof were very thorough. They cleaned up well and the price was very reasonable.

Bruce was an incredible help to me. Unfortunately, I couldn’t use the company because I’m in NY and they are only NJ certified. That didn’t stop Bruce from spending nearly a half hour on the phone with me giving advice on the ins and outs of vinyl siding. We talked about everything from materials to what to expect from the men working. I can only hope to find someone like Bruce in NY. September 29, 2023 - I just wanted to add to my review on New America Construction. I have to say that Bruce is always available to help us in any questions or assistance needed. Bruce and his team did our siding a few years back, great job! However, we had to do some minor work and needed to add a piece of siding to our house. Bruce, once again came through and got us what was needed and had his guy come out to add the piece we needed.

Bruce and his team are great, they always come through whether to fix an issue or assist with anything they can help with, they don't leave till its done! Thank you, always!

Hired New America after seeing the siding work done on my neighbors home. Had them wrap all my trim, windows and facia-they did an excellent job. House looks terrific and the job certainly added value to my home. It was a pleasure dealing with Bruce and his workers were skilled and very neat. Would definitely recommend them.

My wife and I called a few contractors to reside our house. Their estimates were through the roof. We found New America Construction through a google search (we saw they had great reviews), so we called them. Bruce (owner of New America Construction) was able to answer our questions, and was even able to provide a quote over the phone (our home is your standard split level). When he provided the quote, we were more than ecstatic that he fit our budget! We met with him several times prior to booking him, which helped us to get better acquainted.

Aside from Bruce being friendly, his team is one of a kind. They were all pleasant to speak with, and were focused on getting the job done. They are hard workers, and have an eye for what they do. We miss this guys already, and wish the job was still underway to an extent!

A true professional. Bruce and his team do exactly what they say they are going to do. The attention to detail is real and not just a sales pitch. Color section, quality, workmanship was all there. I highly recommend him and his rockstar team.

The service was great but just wait a little longer than expected for them to come to fix the leak. It worth the wait because they have lots of projects beside mine and very honest company. Bruce let me know what he is going to do about the leak on the roof. I have three other companies came to gave me an estimate which either over price or don't know what to do about the leak. Company A ask me what I want to do about the leak. If I know, I will be a roofer. I told them I need to fix the leak. He said do I need to change the wood. I said yes because is rotten. A good roofer like Bruce tell me everything. Bruce told me I need to change the wood because is rotten. Company B came was overpriced. Company C was overpriced and he is just going to fill in the hole where it was leaking. Worth the wait and very honest company.

This team is terrific and I highly recommend them. They completed the siding on my house in a very efficient way, I even had them return this summer to complete an additional project because I was so happy with their work. Bruce tries to accomplish the work within his time estimates but I had learned through experience that no matter how hard they work there are outside factors that slow them down such as rain, wind, or extreme heat. As a physician I realized that not all is within our control and I must appreciate their tireless commitment and the fact that safety and good workmanship is their priority. The work could be done faster but the tradeoff would be good quality and attention to detail. Therefore, I understood when my project took a little bit longer than expected but the quality of the workmanship was exceptional.

I called Bruce from New America to get an estimate for siding on my house. I am a first time home owner so finding a contractor that is very knowledgeable about their specialty is very important to me. Bruce was very kind and walked me through what the entire process of replacing the siding would look like and cost. My wife and I bought a fixer-upper so we have been dealing with loads of contractors. We got several estimates from folks around the area and Bruce beat them all. The best part is the end result was fabulous. I don't think I could have gotten a better finished product if I had gone with one of the more expensive options. My fiancé and I purchased our home using a loan that allows for extra funds to be borrowed for renovations. Bruce worked with us during that process and filled out all the paperwork that the bank required. Bruce replaced our roof, replaced our asbestos siding, rebuilt two soffits, removed a stair case, and removed a door. He and his team performed all this work in the middle of winter. There were some delays due to snow, which was to be expected. At the end our house looked beautiful, and our roof was no longer leaking. Bruce greatly exceeded our expectations. We had multiple neighbors stop by and tell us how nice our house looked and ask for Bruce's information.

Recently we had a contractor remove some trees, and in the process they put two holes in our siding. It's been nearly a year and a half since we originally had the siding replaced. We called Bruce, and he replaced the damaged pieces for free. When we decide to replace our windows we will absolutely be calling Bruce. He does amazing work at an extremely reasonable price.

I was thinking of siding my house myself. The house was built in 1890 and nothing is plumb level or square. One side of the house is 4 inches lower then the other side. The walls were made with trees and go in and out inches. I soon realized there was going to be no way to make the house look decent. I called Bruce from new America and he came out the next day, took measurements and gave me an estimate. Bruce and his crew did amazing work and made the house look incredible. Better then I ever thought possible. There metal work around windows, cuts and attention to detail is far better then I thought possible. I couldn’t be happier with them!!!
