I won’t ever use this company again - found out after talking to many other contractors that came to my house how we got screwed on how much we paid - not even half of what we paid they say we should of paid . Also you want to call a company who comes to your house for follow ups and not one that you call says they are coming and never shows up. Looks like they wanted the job but when you need them to come back to follow up they blow you off. Also we called Joseph for follow ups didn’t answer our calls, pretending I think when someone did answer . Call the main line if you need anything - not happy at all and will never use them on future projects . Not too mention little pieces having been falling off why??

I had my roof done by Alex and his brother almost 4 years ago, and it looks fabulous. In matter of fact it looks better each year. I have recommended Tri-State Roofing and Chimneys to all my neighbors and friends!!!!!

I hired Tri-State to replace my roof and was given a decent price, minus all the plywood that had to be replaced on my roof. I believe as a roofing company and that being your level of expertise, you should have prior knowledge how much plywood should be needed. Could you imagine you get quoted one fee for a roof, and then wind up paying almost double with all new plywood, that realistically you should be able to ballpark for your customers. That being said the workers were very hard working, worked from morning to night. Supervisors could have checked in more. I’m not happy with the aesthetics of the roof, and did ask them to fix. Still waiting. Would I recommend? No. I do have to say as with any construction some of the walls that were damaged in my upstairs apartment were fixed beautifully, and my yard was clean. The absolute worse company to deal with. From start to finish it was hell. Inexperienced, not GAF certified. Sub contractors galore. Left the place a mess. Unreliable, don’t communicate well, don’t stop by job to check on the workers. Nothing but a bunch of liars. Don’t believe the fake reviews that there friends are leaving.

They did an A+ job. Our two chimneys had major problems and it involved a lot of masonry, siding repair, shingle replacement and repainting. They had to rebuild our brick chimney from the ground up. Had gutter cleaning last week and I am satisfied with the results. Joseph and his team came on time for the estimate and job. Also the quote was reasonable.

I had water coming in the lower level of my split level home. I called quite a few contractors and they would try to sell me things I didn’t even need and provide quotes without even coming to my house. I even had one company not show up because the job wasn’t big enough. Joseph responded to my call immediately and came out right away to not only find the problem, but have it resolved the next day. Very professional, prompt, honest, and affordable. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

After giving Tri-State Roofing a 5 star review I am now editing it to a 1 star rating. We had issues with the work they had done and after being told that someone would come, no one showed. Calling again to get this resolved met with voice mail messages, text messages, and emails to Joseph with no response. This is a total lack of customer service and I would not recommend them for any job.

After dealing with multiple leaks in our basement, They came out and reinforced my basement wall. The owner of this company came out as soon as possible to give me an estimate after the last person I was dealing with took my money and then never showed up. I loved how quick he was to show up so fast even tho it was all very last minute. I expressed my concerns on upcoming rain filling my basement again and The very next day he had his guys there starting the project to insure me that I wouldn’t have to deal with that water again.

They responded to us quickly and gave us a low estimate for replacing an entire roof with mold remediation. They completed quickly and efficiently. I’m so glad I found TriState Roofing when I did! There’s a few things that really impressed me with how responsive and attentive they were,
1. We had a terrible leak we ended up having to call them around 9 PM expecting to leave a voicemail for the next day, nope! They sent someone over that night to check out our situation and discuss our options.
2. They got to work the next day and they were in and out, left no trash or rubble which I am super grateful for as my past experiences with such companies have never been this pleasant.
3. Throughout the process, they got back to me instantly! Kevin and Joe were so responsive to all of our questions and concerns, they responded to our messages right away.
I recommend them to anyone in the area, I never leave reviews but these guys made our stressful situation so smooth and easy, i’ll definitely be working with them again.

My roof was dumping water and Tri state showed up, fixed my leak and gave me a free gutter cleaning. I look forward to calling them for my new roof this coming year.

We desperately needed gutter cleaning and after putting it off during the entire pandemic, I got to the point where we started noticing our roof was getting messed up. We found this company on Google and they came within an hour after the call and got started that same day. The guy that came out was so courteous, and even suggested we get a second suggestion from another company. If we feel uncomfortable with the pricing, he gave us, but we really liked everything he was explaining to us so we decided to stay with him, and we are so grateful for all the work that he did.
