The past month with sizzling temperatures had to raise havoc for roofing contractor’s schedules.

I had a smaller job which didn’t warrant a full crew, but Greg Z promised he would make it happen, and he did. Every step of the way he kept me informed via text. The crew I had led by Eric were just nice, hardworking, skilled men who reviewed the job with me in advance and summarized the completed work. Jersey Roofing is worth a look!

Jersey Roofing did a great job with our new roof, Greg Z communicated great throughout the process and made sure the job was done right, especially with addressing our old tongue and grove roof decking and upgrading/ replacing as needed. The crew was great as well, communicated well and cleaned the property thoroughly after completion. Also put in two new skylights, full gutters/ gutter guards. Everything turned out great and would recommend to family and friends.

Greg and team did a wonderful job. The pricing was on point and no sales tactics or other gimmicks of I will knock off a couple of grand if you do video interview and writ review etc. He was straight forwad on the ask and the crew was also great. I can’t say enough good things about Greg Z. and Jersey Roofing. We stumbled upon them by chance when they were doing a roof down the street. We received two other quotes before bumping into them and Jersey Roofing was by far the most competitive in pricing. I had a great experience with Jersey Roofing. Greg was very helpful and detailed oriented. He was always following up with us and keeping us in the loop of the progress of the work being done with my roof...sending me pictures of what they found, what needed to be done, etc. Eric, in charge at the job site, was also fantastic. Like Greg he kept us informed. Alex was also great, walked us around the house at the end of the job and gave us a full detail of what was done. We had a lot of work that needed to be done. They removed one layer of cedar shakes, and two layers of shingles, replaced the plywood on the entire house and our garage. We love our new roof. High winds blew off a side section of the white aluminum which is installed under edge of roof covering the wood. Called them and they were at our home the next day in frigid cold to reinstall the original piece which I was able to save and still in good condition. No charge since they stand behind their warrenty. They are reliable, friendly, and trustworthy. Plus, they did a great job replacing our roof over two years ago. I highly recommend them.

Very impressed with Greg Z and his foremen and crews. Always on time and they did what they said they would do. Our house in on a steep hill with 23 steps to the front door - so not an easy job. The crew was large and hard working. They replaced the roof in one day. Another crew was here the next day to install the gutters and leaf guards. Also hard working and finished the same day. Both foreman showed us what had been done before they left. They spoke good English and answered all of our questions. Finally, excellent job with cleaning up our property e.g., making sure there were no nails on the driveway. My husband and I highly recommend Jersey Roofing. Greg and his guys did a great job. We made a phone call Greg stopped by the house with an affordable price and a few product books to choose from we made our choice set up a date and they were done in one day. He had samples with all the details needed for us to make an informed decision. Once the contract was signed their crew showed up on he time and in one day got the job done. The next day they came over and made sure the area around the house was clean and wrapped up the final touches. They are a five star outfit.

We had a Jekyll and Hyde experience with Jersey Roofing. They replaced our roof and did a nice job with that. Prior to doing the roof, Chris was very responsive, answered questions and seemed very knowledgeable and got the project started. Eric managed the team replacing the roof. He was also very good at telling us what was going on, answering our questions and updating us as the project progressed. At the end of the project, he showed us what had been done both with photos and by walking us around the house. We were very happy with this work.
Next came the much smaller job of replacing our gutters and downspouts. Everything was different. These guys showed up and just went up on our roof and got started. They didn't let us know that they were up there and what was going on. I happened to be driving out of my driveway and saw them up there. Luckily at that moment, I looked up and saw that they seemed to be putting the wrong gutter covers on (the cheaper ones). I quickly contacted Chris and he said he would take care of it. That's it. Never heard back to hear if they put on the correct gutter covers and the guys doing the job just finished and left without letting us know. No photos (we can't see the covers from the ground), no walk around the house and no communication whatsoever. Just finished and left. Complete opposite of Eric with the roof.
After they left, I texted and emailed Chris to make sure that the right covers had been installed and asked if they had any photos to show us what was installed. He didn't respond anymore. Just disappeared like a ghost after we made final payment. Multiple attempts at communication were ignored. I waited several months to write this review but still no response. I guess the moral of the story is "don't pay the balance until all your questions and concerns have been addressed". Nice job with the roof. Terrible with the gutters/downspouts.

Greg Z. came to discuss the roofing replacement, he was great to deal with. No no -sense sales pitch, answered all our questions and was able to provide an estimate on the spot.
We hire his company, his crew showed right on time and ready to work.After removing the old shingles it was determined all the wood decking was in pretty bad shape and needed to be replaced as well. Greg sent me lots of pictures of the condition of the roof so we could make an informed decision. His foreman was able to secure all the needed wood and replace it on the fly. Original roof was over 30 years old. This obviously was an extra cost but well worth it.
Through the entire process Greg Z. keep us informed via text messages and photos of progress, etc. His communication is excellent and very responsive when I texted him.
In short, we highly recommend Greg Z. and Jersey Roofing, his crew did an excellent job. The cleanup afterwards was superb!
By the way, gutters were also replaced and that crew did a great job as well.

Jersey Roofing did a great job on family home which had significant tree damage. More complicated than a strip and reroof. The plan included replacing the roof sheathing and included additional structural as well as fascia/soffit repair and full gutters.

Greg Z and team took on the complete job from start to finish including structural and interior/exterior finish work.

The crew was professional, fast and hard working. Schedule for arrival, start and completion was as expected. Greg Z was easily reached and issues were addressed and resolved quickly with a call or text.

Chris and his crew was wonderful to work with. They were timely and efficient, and Chris was always available to answer any questions and update us on the progress. They did an excellent job in a short amount of time and their site clean-up was impeccable.

Potential customers, be aware of this company. Jersey Roofing LLC visited my new construction home and provided an estimate. I signed a contract with a 30% deposit and we scheduled the installation date. On the installation day, Jersey Roofing contacted me to say they couldn't do the job and offered additional money if I allowed them to cancel the contract. Needing the roof urgently, I declined their offer, but they still texted that they were canceling the job and they would refund my deposit. Their reason was that I had siding installed, although nothing had changed since their initial inspection and estimate. Before I signed the contract, they claimed to be the best in the area, promising excellent work as one of the few Owens Corning platinum contractors. I repeatedly stressed the urgency due to frequent rain. I requested to speak with the owner but received no response. Two days has passed and there was no communication about when and how they are going to refund my money. Additionally, after canceling the job, they entered my property illegally through a locked fence without my consent, which was recorded on my security camera.

We have just had the pleasure to have our home roofing replaced by Jersey Roofing. Greg Z. Was instrumental throughout the work process. He made sure we are kept informed at every step in the process. It’s not only that the quality of the service is superior, the kindness, professionalism and commitment are also superior and across the entire team involved in the project. We chose Jersey Roofing to replace our 30-year old, 3-layered cedar shake roof based on their 40-year history, numerous testimonials, and Chris' professionalism and excellent explanation of how the work would be performed. The moment Greg Z came to give an estimate, I knew we would hire Jersey Roofing. He explained all that would be needed, upfront about what the job would entail and duration of the job.
Greg’s team arrived the following week. All the shingles were stripped off to the wood. I then received pictures of the existing roof and all the damaged wood. I needed a full replacement on both roofs. The team got all the old wood off and replaced with new the same day. I got pictures throughout the entire job, I really appreciated this.
While the team was on the upper roof they sent pictures of mydecrepit chimney, it needed to be replaced. Greg called a mason who arrived that day and replaced the brick chimney.
The next day the shingle work was completed. There are several ventilation caps placed around the house. The job looks fantastic.

I hired Jersey Roofing to replace my father's roof and couldn't be happier with the newly installed roof. It looks great! Chris B. was a pleasure to deal with. He was very responsive, gave me a fair and competitive estimate, and put the job on the schedule within two weeks. His crew came as scheduled and did a very nice job. Once the old roof was removed, Chris contacted me promptly to show me photos of the rotted wood that needed to be replaced, and we discussed the additional cost of doing that which was reasonable. Sergei was on site to supervise and answer questions that I had. Afterwards, the team was careful to pickup nails and other debris and cleaned up the entire yard beautifully. I highly recommend!

His 10 man crew led by supervisor named Louis did excellent work and was a competent and diligent group of workers. I recently had the roof on my house replaced. I got several estimates but I found Jersey Roofing to be what I considered the fairest and best. They came and did the job in one day.
