Tri-Star Kia

I went to Tri-Star for my second brand new Kia purchase. I knew I wanted white, red interior, and GT-line. Although they didn’t have it, Ally made sure her and her team found my car.

Purchased my Kia at Tri-Star in 2023. From the purchase to my return trips for the annual inspections, it is always a good experience. The service department has always been very professional and thorough. I recommend Tri-Star to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or to have vehicle maintenance performed.

I highly recommend! I have been taking my two vehicles here for the past 3 years for regular maintenance. The staff is kind and welcoming. The work is quality work, I have never had any issues and the price is affordable.

Just got our 2025 Sportage X-line. This is the fifth Kia we have leased from TriStar, our forth Sportage. We come back to them at the end of our lease because of the great service we get from sales and service.

They did a great job on replacing a engine in my kia for a recall. Had a little misunderstanding on a checkup a few months later but they took care of things.

My brother in law took my suv to TriStar for a recall and was very pleased with everything all the way around.

All the tri star Kia Employees were fantastic! Jimmy and erin(sp?) Were very fast and informative and there was a woman who wasn't helping us buy a vehicle but she got us waters and even set up her desk with coloring books and crayons for my 4 yo. Will definitely return here!!

Had a great experience with Aaron and Jimmy for my lease purchase of my Sorento Hybrid. I travel from Lancaster, Pa they offer great communication over phone and text to help get the Kia you are looking for. When I arrived, Aaron had all documents ready to sign to make my visit quick and worry free. I usually work with Chris that does a great job, but this visit he was out and worked with Jimmy on test drive with my Kia and showing me how everything works and any questions I had about the Sorento Hybrid. I would recommend giving them a call if you are in search of a KIA!

We had maintenance done to our vehicle. And we're very well pleased with the outcome. Caprice at the Maintenance counter. Was very pleasant and answered any question we had. Very pleasant young lady. Appreciated how helpful she was.

The girl st the front desk was very helpful and went to my car to show me a couple of things I had problems trying to figure something out!
