Tri-Star CDJR Blairsville

Be careful with this dealership. I traveled 500 miles to purchase a 1959 Apache pick up. I made the deal with Renard a week prior to my arrival and when I got there to see the truck it looked really nice. The problem started when the truck was not ready. The wipers, turn signals, radio, headlights and horn did not work properly. They would work one minute than stop working. The add said it was a fresh build with 12 miles, new wiring harness , 410 rear end along with other things. [It was actually a new speedometer with 12 miles on it] None of that was true. They did return $812 for my trouble. Renard told me they got the truck from an auction and it was part of a collection and they bought 5 vehicles. When I got the title I found that Tri Star did in fact get the truck from an auction but the seller was a restoration shop in Florida. I called them and they informed me that they did not do anything with the engine, rear end or wiring harness. They did a nice interior and paint job . When I talked with Renard about this he said he didn't know anything about the so called fresh build and that he would talk with his cousin [ the owner] and see if he would do anything for me. Renard said he would take the heat for the incorrect add. After a few days he said sorry, we can't do anything for you. Some of the responses I read in the reviews from Tri Star said customer satisfaction was a priority. In my case that was also un-true.

I had a transmission problem on my 2019 f150 pickup. I took it to TriStar the next day and they checked the error code.They order part on a Friday. I called TriStar on Monday morning,they had the part. I was able to set up an appointment for early next day and picked it up mid afternoon, awesome.

The service department addressed the recalls and another wiring issue in a timely manner. They ordered all the parts for a clutch replacement and scheduled an appointment when they were all in. I was able to drop my vehicle off in the morning and pick it up the same evening.

Just purchased a Kia. John was extremely knowledgeable from the start and not pushy. He explained everything in detail. Gave me a great deal. Everyone I dealt with there were very helpful and knowledgeable. Had a great experience

It's scary purchasing a 46yro vehicle over the internet but our salesman was very thorough and got us all the information, photos, and video we needed to feel safe pulling the trigger. even more important, the photos really pointed out any flaws so we went in fearing the worst and instead vehicle was in even better shape than expected. We love it the car & really appreciate Tri-Star for getting it to us.

I’ve had three visits there for three separate issues this year and really no complaints. The main service guy (sorry, I don’t know his name) communicates well and was easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to take my car there again for service.

I recently purchased a 2022 Dodge Ram 1500, I have always purchased my cars from a dealership in Greensburg. After this experience I don’t think I will be going back to Greensburg. The sales person Ally way amazing. Everyone went over and above to make things work.

Bought my jeep granted it was a 2018. While driving home my caliper exploded. Granted I called and they towed and fixed my jeep. Tom and Alley made sure I was taken of for the few days it took to fix.

My 2025 Seltos lease SUV suddenly stopped having a turn signals and dashboard went blank at 2100 miles. I called the service department and they got me in that day. They knew what replacement part was needed and sent me home with a free loaner. Made me aware part was on back order and luckily it came in 5 days early. Very friendly, professional staff.

Recently bought my Jeep Renegade from Gavin Miller, he was super helpful, answered all my questions, and made the sell extremely easy! Recommend going to him for all your cars!

Tri Star made purchasing a new vehicle painless! Most of it was done via phone the day before (we traveled a bit) so once we got there we completed a test drive, signed the papers and off we went. Steve was great to work with, very supportive with a fun sense of humor. We ran into a little hiccup (no fault of Tri Star) but they still made sure we were all squared away. Also want to acknowledge Mike in finance as he was equally great to work with. We will certainly do business with them again!

I've bought a few truck there but I live about 1hr 40m away so don't normally use my free inspection but I had some recalls so I called on Friday got in on Monday dropped truck at 8 am and left at 845 they did 2 recalls and inspection and rotated tires and didn't even charge for tire rotation awesome job Tristar

I have used the Ford service department quite a few times. They are fantastic! I got my vehicle back at promised time and service department was very knowledgeable.

Every time I go in for service or inspections the staff is friendly and courteous. My vehicle is always treated with respect. The sales person who sold me my vehicles remember me like they are a good friend I have known for years.

I decided to bring my Jeep Cherokee to Tri-Star Blairsville even though I did not buy it there (I bought it from another Jeep dealer and because of work done on my Cherokee in the past. Has led me to believe they had performed subpar maintenance). I did buy my Jeep Renegade from Tri-Star Blairsville and so I know they perform outstanding work and I am a very satisfied customer. Plus their sales department also does outstanding work. So next time I decide to buy another Jeep. It will be from Tri-Star in Blairsville.
