Highly recommend! - Jim made the whole process easy from day one. Everyone we worked with, both in person and over the phone, was super helpful and patient with all of our questions. Project was scheduled and completed quickly and the pricing was very reasonable.

I had soffit/fascia and gutters installed by Tri-Link about 3 years ago.

The install process was painful to say the least. There were times when there were no English speaking workers on site. I had to stop their work several times because they were not performing things as I had discussed before signing the contract and I had to call and wait for the owner to come out. These were things that should have been communicated to the crew by the owner. The finished product was ok but not what I would call exceptional.

Fast forward to 2025.......I recently had issues with one of the down spouts completely failing during bad weather and contacted the owner with pictures and questions regarding the warranty. He responded that it was unusual for that to fail like it did and was going to forward everything to his project manager and they would contact me. Surprise....I was never contacted and I guess the warranty is just a lot of hot air. I had the issue addressed by another source because things were urgent. Upon evaluation we found out that they never put any type of fasteners into the elbows and straight downspouts and they didn't sufficiently anchor the downspout to the building so it pretty much just fell apart in the bad weather. If the work was done properly the failure would never have occurred.

I have yet to hear back from the project manager or anyone else at Tri-Link regarding the warranty inquiry. One star is all I can give.

I will update when and if I get a response to my actual inquiry about the warranty.....

TRI-LINK pricing was great, the quality of work was excellent, the job was completed very quick without delay. The work crew did a great job including clean up. Give this company a call; you will not be disappointed.

I had some unusual difficulties getting the roofing project coordinated with other companies. Paul did an excellent job finding a great contractor who was able to deal with my solar issues at a reasonable price. Weather, 4 companies, and dumpsters was a lot to navigate and TriLink personnel were so accommodating. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof or repairs.

Had a great experience with Jim at Tri- Link. They did an excellent job with the new roof installation, pricing was fair, they were very quick so we had no inconvenience and everything was cleaned up properly when the job was finished.

We are so happy with our new siding! TriLink was great to work with. They responded quickly to our call after storm damage and scheduling was easy. They kept us updated on the process and the siding installers were professional, hardworking, and friendly! Their work looks amazing!

Worked with Jim at TriLink on roof damage from a bad storm. They came out same day which was New Year,s Eve to put a temporary repair to avoid further water damage. Jim also worked with our insurance company to get them to cover further damage that their adjuster did not see. Will continue to work with them in the future when needed.

In our 48 yrs of marriage having to deal with all kinds of sales people, Jim was someone you wanted to invite back into your house. He was very respectful and courteous straight to the point, no bs. Tri-link shows up on time and does the work they say they are going to do. Roofing issues are an absolute nightmare so having someone in my corner is really helpful.

Had multiple roofs done with this company and they are great. Just beware they said that they are allowed to up charge u a random amount without letting u know or getting ur approval until the final bill comes. I am happy to pay the hidden fees cuz I'm also a contractor that knows sometimes there are unforeseen damages that has to be take care of but at least I would run it by with the customer and get their approval first. Lost my complete trust.

This company was amazing! I went with them, because not only were they veteran owned, but they offered a quality service at a competitive price. Lowest price, but understand the warranty they advertise is worthless. Rain has been running over the gutters they installed since the day have installed it, two years ago. I've called repeatedly and still waiting for someone to actually act on the issue.

There were countless issues with the actual install of the roof and the gutters because there's no supervision. You get what you pay for.

Edit: They get two stars back. After being ghosted for eons, David came out when he said he would, looked at the issue, and we think we have a resolution.

Jim's team removed the old shingles and installed a new roof on our home. It looks amazing. Their job clean-up was exceptional. We were so impressed with their work ethic and communication that we also hired them to replace a roof on a Victorian home we have as rental property. I highly recommend TRI-LINK contracting services for quality and value and would use them again.

At the beginning of the process, Nate Sed met with me on a Saturday morning and explained the scope of the project and promptly followed up with a price quote. He checked in periodically to see if he we had any questions.
In addition, Jim Sed (owner) touched base with me to see what they could do to earn our business. Once we chose Tri-Link for our project, Joyce Sed was very helpful in outlining our shingle color options. She even met with us on a Saturday morning at their showroom to review shingle samples.
We were pleasantly surprised that our roof replacement project was completed in a single day! The crew was hard working and respectful. To cap things off, Jim and Joyce stopped by that evening to ensure our satisfaction. We are glad that we chose to work with Tri-Link!

From the first phone call. Everyone I had contact with was phenomenal. They are very thorough and go over everything in great detail. Explain any questions pertaining to insurance/and or general questions. I was kept in contact with from the day of the estimate to the day the roof was installed. Professional work done on time and on budget (actually somewhat below budget). When we had a few touch-ups requested, Tri-Link had someone at the house bright and early the next day to take care of them. Overall very happy with the job done and found Jim and Joyce a pleasure to do business with.

Tri-Link is awesome the crew did a great job cleaned up each day. Have a very large roof so I did have some concerns. Jim the owner checked daily to monitor progress and answered my many questions.

Early in November I signed a contract to have my roof replaced. Day workers showed up in December when the temperature was below the recommended installation temperature. They were still working on the roof at 5:00 when it got dark. I called and objected to this. Jim said he would take care of it. They continued working for 2 hours, did a fast clean-up and left never to return.
When I called Jim about a portion not lying flat and much debris remaining, he insisted the installation was fine. For months he continued to refuse to recognize problems that needed remedying even though no one from the company had gone on the roof and inspected it. In the Spring I hired a roofing inspector. He found gutters full of debris including nails, shingles with bent nails covered with caulk. These shingles needed replacing. The part that wouldn't lay flat was warped wood that should have been replaced according to the contract. Shingles around a vent and chimney were not installed properly. I went to small claims court to obtain the funds to hire another company to finish the job properly.
It was months of hassle and I was out several additional hundred dollars. My labor warranty became useless. In sum, more sales than supervision and service.

The heavy snow damaged my pavilion roof severely. Jim, the owner of trilink roofing, came out the same day I called and evaluated the damage. He gave me a very fair estimate compared to the other roofers that I called. Then came the lumber crisis! No lumber was available. However, Jim communicated with me and kept me abreast of the availability and got me the best prices. His team was kind, courteous, professional and respectful of my place and cleaned up after each day. The workers for each phase including demo, electrical, roofers and gutter installers were efficient and helpful with their suggestions. They all treated me like family. Nice job with roofing. Good quality materials at a good value. Owners are honest about expectations regarding timing of install. They don't over promise. They show up when they say they are going to. Overall, very satisfied. The crew did a great job. They cleaned up nicely after work. One minor point: They can improve communication on expectations the day of the install, example, roofing can be messy and dangerous, keep pets indoors etc. Overall, I would strongly recommend them to other customers.
