Have a 36 year old outdoor wooden stairway, leaving the back of my house with a 4 x 3 ft landing, then making a 90 turn and going down along the house, one level, to my back yard. The landing starting sinking on the far side and pulling away from the house and was causing the steps to start leaning to one side as well. I was afraid to use the stairs. Mike Moser gave me a reasonable bid to replace the 4 x 4 uprights with 6 x 6 uprights, install new ceramic footers, jack up and level the sinking landing and add additional support for both the landing and existing stairs. They were able to fit me in within several weeks before Christmas. I was thrilled. 3 men showed up on Dec. 23rd at 7:30 am (early because traffic was light) and completed the job by lunchtime. The landing looks great and is much stronger than it was originally. I highly recommend Moser Construction and will contact them again for additional work.

Moser Construction did a great job building a loft in my pole barn. They performed the job exactly as quoted and in a professional and workmanlike manner. They do quality work at a great price. I highly recommend them.

Mosser put a new porch on my home. They were very helpful. They helped me pick the perfect color and building materials. The gentlemen that did the work were very kind and kept me completely informed about the whole process. I would highly recommend getting work done from this company. Hopefully we will have them do a lot more work in our older home.

We were looking for a company to complete a trex deck rebuild and build a roof over half of the patio also. Out of about 8 estimates Moser gave us the best price (by more than 4K). We signed the contract and he was able to start within a month.

His foreman and workers were dedicated to the project and worked hard everyday. They made sure to communicate whenever a decision needed to be made and always asked my opinion on different options. When they ran into an issue with my house siding and venting they even took care of it with no additional cost.

My wife and I were very specific during the process and wanted everything to look just as we had picked out. The workers delivered to a T.

They completed the job within a week and half and we could not be any happier with the communication, price, and quality of their work. We love our patio and roof so much!!! I would recommend them to anyone and experienced no issues at all with Moser.

Building & maintaining a positive reputation is vital, especially in today’s day and age. It is no longer the “norm” for the employee to uphold a business’s high standards of giving a customer an outstanding experience. My husband and I needed a deck. We had numerous company’s that gave us quotes, if they showed up. Then we called Mike Moser, little did we know that was just the beginning of what we now know as an exemplary experience.
Mike met with us on a Sunday and spent so much time with us, patiently answering our questions. He wrote the quote the same day he met with us and we hired him. He wrote the contract, never straying away from putting his word & promises in writing.
Then the day came to start the deck. John, the foreman, and his crew were so respectful. In fact, John had given us other design options, based on his experience. Since we’ve NEVER designed a deck before, it was incredibly helpful to get someone’s opinion & point of view that has first hand experience. He even showed us pictures of different designs from other customers decks that he and his crew built. As stated previously, it was incredibly helpful, well received and appreciated.
There was not one time that we experienced rude, aloof, cold or dismissive behavior from ANYONE with Moser Construction. HANDS DOWN DO NOT HESITATE to contact this company. Our deck turned out AWESOME!
We are looking to hire Moser Construction, again, for some interior work that needs done in our basement. To find a company with EXCELLENT standards and employees that share and practice such high standards is rare. Both my husband and I feel we hit the jackpot with this company.

Moser Construction built a deck for us on the back of our home in Dec. 2022, as well as new steps off one of our porches. The crew was very professional and efficient with their time. They communicated with us often to make sure they understood our wishes. They listened to what we wanted and made it happen. We were very pleased with their attention to detail. We would recommend them to anyone looking to have a deck built!

I reached out to Michael for a quote on a deck for a new property I was trying to purchase and he was super responsive and helpful.

They replaced my original wood deck with Trex and new stairs. The workmanship was top notch and workers were hardworking, respectful, answered all of our questions, and on-time. The deck looks fantastic!

Spoke on the phone and then via text message about our issue and we set up a date for them to come give an estimate. Sent a text the day before confirming appt to no response. Never showed up and never called/texted explaining why. I sent a message the day of appt asking why they did not show up, the text was read but never responded. Mike was nice enough on the phone, but would have been nice to get a heads up if they weren't planning on coming.

We hired Moser Construction to make repairs to our second floor deck that was damaged by a falling tree. Several railings were damaged and needed to be replaced. We got 3 quotes and we thought Moser had presented their plan very professionally with emphasis on customer-centricity and satisfaction. Corey's team was easy to work with and flexible and adhered to our requirements while they were working on the project. All our questions were answered and they never made us feel like we were getting in the way. The entire team was very professional and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the work before they left the job site. They even took care of a couple small extras, no charge. All in all it was a very positive experience in a world when many beginning relationships are fraught with poor communication and tardiness. We highly recommend this company.

Hired Mike to repair my enclosed back porch. Part of the work was good. When I pointed out issues I was not happy with Mike said the contract specifically stated he would just repair the ceiling and flooring. I thought he should have made this clear when I hired him. I thought my $10,500 was to repair the entire porch not just parts of it! He walked away angry and told me to take him to court.
He wasn’t professional at all which shocked me. I’m a senior citizen with limited funds.
Please make sure everything is writt in your contract before hiring!

Moser Construction replaced a large portion of our wrap-around deck that had suffered weather damage over 40 years. We are very happy with the finished product. The workmanship is excellent, and Chris, the foreman, and the crew were a pleasure to work with. As a bonus, the price was very reasonable. We highly recommend this company.

We just had the deck replaced at our home. The owner came and gave the best price compared to 3 others and insisted on upgrading support and stairs. Workers came on time every day and were as nice as the other reviews, if not more. The job was done in poor winter weather, but done so well, you would never know. It made all the difference to our house and back porch, and I could not recommend this company enough. thanks Moser construction.

My wife and I were looking to add some covering over our existing deck. With high winds in the area the only real option was building a structural roof. Mike came in with a good bid for the work. The job started on time and the guys were professional and courteous to the whole family. They put a slant roof over the entire deck, soffit under, with lighting. The existing deck and steps were resurfaced with composite decking and vinyl railing. The whole deck surface was picture framed and looks amazing. Each step was picture framed so the edges are clean and looking down at them they look professional. Lighting was added into the steps all the way up and make the entire deck pop. The lighting under the roof was put on a dimmer to creat a perfect hang out atmosphere. Mike has been great to work with and listened to our wants and ensure to discuss all options and outcomes with us. Recommend wholeheartedly.

Moser Construction did an great job in repairing half of our deck. We had a large amount of rotten wood which was removed and replaced with Trex. The five man crew did all the work in three days. They were proffesional and very heplful. I highly recomend this company.

Talked to him over the phone in February about drywalling an unfinished bedroom. Made an appointment for him to come inspect the room for 4/15. Left a voicemail on 4/15 asking if he was still coming out for the inspection. Never heard back from him. Apparently not interested in more business.
Updated 4/26: After posting above review, he called me and came out a couple hours later. Seemed very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Will be getting the estimate to me in a few days. Have a much better opinion of him now than previously.

We met with the owner a few times and we were excited to get our project started. At first, things went well and Mike was very responsive. Fast forward almost two months later and Mike has disappeared. I have tried to reach him several times via email and phone. He told me 3 weeks ago he would get back to me the next day and he did not. Mike never had the decency to return any of my messages. Shop cautiously.

If I could give a negative star review, I would. I was left hanging with no shows twice. I tried to give Mike the benefit of the doubt and heard his disheveled excuse for not showing the first time. I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt with the craziness of the times. He showed me that it was a mistake to try and give him my money for a new deck, and I will make sure to forewarn my home owning friends that he had no regard for my time and isn’t worth even a call to see just what happened today that made him unavailable for my second no show.

Thank you for wasting my time Moser, good luck with this business model.

Mark , Chris and the crew did a wonderful job on install a railing and removing my deck. They were professional, pleasant and good workers that did quality work. Plan on using them again for another deck project. Definitely recommend!

Mike was very professional and did a wonderful job with rebuilding a new back porch for us. He gave a very fair price and was always in contact throughout the process and went above and beyond with the "little additions" we had. His crew was also a joy to work with and got our old porch torn down and new one built in just 3 days after an initial estimate of one week. Mike and crew were always on time and did a good clean up too. Five stars and would definitely recommend Moser to anyone.

I happened upon Mike's website while looking for someone to repair my deck. I am so glad I did! He was prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. My deck was repaired and everything cleaned up within a few hours. I will definitely call again if I have other repairs.
