Andy, the owner, provided us with a detailed report showing roof measurements and a cost proposal for roof shingles and gutter options. The price was more than reasonable. Andy made several recommendations for the architectural shingles, colors, and gutter size. After consultation we felt comfortable with everything discussed and decided to contract Tree Top Remodeling for our roof and gutter replacement.
Throughout the entire process Andy was always very responsive to our messages and communicated deliveries, dates, warranties, and other information in a timely manner, we felt well informed and involved every step of the way.
The installation team did a great job on our GAF roofing system and gutters. They replaced many boards that had been damaged due to the old roof leaking. At our request they removed the old turbine vent that was no longer needed and installed a side vent in my attic so we could vent the bathroom fan. The installation team went above and beyond to make sure our requests were fulfilled.
Andy came out to inspect the work to ensure we were happy with the installation. I had the pleasure of speaking with him for an hour or so and he told me about his long experience in the industry with roofs, windows, and doors. He models his business on price, efficiency, and quality. Something I can appreciate when dealing with many contractors.
The new roof and gutters look awesome and exceeded our expectations. I wouldn’t have thought that this project would have changed the appearance of our home so dramatically for the better. I would highly recommend Tree Top Remodeling to anyone who is looking to replace their roof or gutter systems.
After several days of rain, I went into the attic to connect my bathroom vent and inspect the area for any leaks. Great news is that there are now no leaks thanks to the new roof and gutters. I am a happy customer.

Andy was able to obtain any and all door brands I was looking for at a reasonable price. He was extremely responsive to any and all questions I had and usually responded within hours (the same cannot be said for other companies I was working with).
Andy's industry knowledge is outstanding, and he was able to provide me with first-hand experience about the door brands I was looking at in terms of longevity, problem areas, what to expect with after purchase support should the need arise, etc.. When installation time came around, his crew was extremely professional, courteous, and their quality of work was simply incredible!
