Trustworthy crew. Came out to Kiawah to fix a gutter issue cause by ice. Did a temporary fix, which we needed quickly, and decided not to charge us because they wouldn’t be able to fix the real issue long term without a replacement gutter.

The crew arrived on time, performed the work efficiently and promptly, with Casey present at all times to make sure everything went as scheduled. The entire Transform Charleston team was excellent to work with. Because of Casey's work and effort, we are now beginning to put together a major window project with Transform for our home. Transform Charleston, Brent, and his team did a great job replacing the roof on our Mount Pleasant Clubhouse. The job was not easy as it involved shingles, flat roof, railings, pillars, chimneys, flashing, etc. The roofing contractors were extremely knowledgeable and walked us through any issues along the way.

We have lived in the IOP for 17 years and have experienced a range of experiences with contractors, roofers, builders, painters, and it has been mostly, “Why didn’t anyone show up today?”, “Where is the on-site project manager who has supposed to be here all day and not for the first ten minutes” This week we were fortunate to find Transform Charleston. Our house is beside (not “on”) a golf course and the facing side looked like a golf ball…multiple holes in the hardie plank ( and dents in the garage doors and broken windows, but that’s beside the point). Transform Charleston accepted the project to replace the damaged boards, upgrade the caulking, and perfectly match the existing paint. And except for when the project manager went to buy lunch for his crew, he was always on site. No upfront $$$ to get started. “Don’t give us a penny until you’re happy.”!!!!!! They showed up everyday on time and wouldn't leave until we were perfectly satisfied. They are selective in what they will take on so that they aren’t taking on more than they can handle. Just the best experience yet with a contractor.

I called Transform Charleston to do a roof, siding, and gutter inspection for new home construction in Charleston South Carolina. We only had a week and a half before closing, and Jordan was able to jump on the inspection and get it completed within 48 hours. The inspection identified a code violation from a national builder that could have voided the material manufacturer’s warranty. The report provided included 36 photos of the home and included verbiage on the photos demonstrating the code violation. The builder has agreed to address the issue in a timely manner. Very thorough and ethical. These guys show up when they say they will, no matter how small your project is (unlike many vendors who won’t tell you that they aren’t interested in your low-paying job). They are very knowledgeable and explain things in a way that’s easy to understand. They are diligent and follow up after the project. Recommend highly!

Transform is best roofing and siding contractor in the Charleston greater area. I live on Daniel Island, and have tried to work with four other very "reputable', highly recommended, long established roofing and siding companies who all overcharged, underdelivered, and failed to solve my problem I am a former home builder from Maryland and was awarded the 2009 National Association of Home Builder Gold Award, and have never seen anything like what is going on with Charleston siders and roofers. I still had problems with my roof, siding and gutters, and, at my wits end, with a recommendation from a friend and Daniel Island neighbor, contacted the owner of Transform, Brent Bauer. Brent showed up, on time, the next day, thoroughly evaluated the problem, and submitted a reasonable proposal. I accepted and the next day, on time, repaired my roofing and siding . The problem is now solved, permanently. When I think of the many thousands of dollars wasted and how much I would have have saved by having it done right the first time! Do yourself a favor and talk to and hire Mr. Bauer. He is experienced, hands on, honest and affordable. Which is extremely rare to find in this business.
