From start to finish, the entire process was professional and efficient. They replaced my tar and gravel roof with TPO. The estimate was presented promptly and provided a reasonable quote. The crew showed up on time, was respectful of the property and even finished ahead of schedule. They also removed an old, rusted swamp cooler and disposed of it with no additional charge. The boss even paid a visit to the site. Special thanks to Drew Garcia who went above and beyond to insure that I was a satisfied customer.

I have a leak in a silicone roof causing much damage inside the home. I called TPC and Orlando came within a day of calling them and performed thorough testing determining exactly where the leak was. Though tpc won’t be able to do the work, He referred me to other professionals who can do the work. Great meeting him- made me feel better about the whole repair process. I would call them again if any need arises.

I have to say this was easy. Called TPC on Monday and Orlando showed up on Wednesday to inspect our 20+ year old roof. He was great. I would recommend him to anyone looking to inspect their roof. He also told us to what to expect in the next 3-4 years. He gave us a rough ball park number on what it would cost to replace this roof when that needs to be done. He was personable and knew what he was doing. In the end, since nothing had to be done, there was no charge. Just saying, when the roof does need to be replaced TPC will be my first call.

Not only did they do a great job replacing our roof, but they took care to get our solar disconnected and re-connected as part of the job. I didn't have to find a solar contractor separately to do that work. They were quick, efficient and now our roof looks wonderful again!

TPC Roofing is a first rate company. We had a roof inspection (we are the 3rd owners of our home) and wanted to understand how our steel roof was holding up. We accepted the bid and Hollie made the arrangements for Dillon to come do the work, which he did so efficiently and it was a pleasure to have him here. We even got a hand-written thank you for our business from Hollie, which we thought was awesome! There is no doubt that we will recommend this company to anyone needing roof installation or other services and thanks to Dillon and Hollie for handling everything so well.

We ended up having a few issues with a previous employee but Orlando came out, checked out our concerns, and fixed everything! Both Holly and Wyatt in the office were outstanding as well! Orlando is now our go to for any roofing concerns.

Hands down the absolute best company to do business with in Albuquerque. I was very unsure on replacing my TPO roof but from the very beginning Orlando explained with great detail what they were providing and even worked me into their very busy schedule to get the work done super quickly and efficiently! What an awesome company! Our roof was replaced two years ago by the previous owners. A leak appeared in two places after the purchase, and the original company refused to repair, saying the warranty only covered materials. So I called TPC with fingers crossed that it wasn’t going to be an expensive repair. Their tech came out and properly caulked everything which the other guys didn’t bother to do. And here’s the best part: “We’re not going to charge you for this, and if you have any more problems just give us a call, and we’ll be right out.” TPC cheerfully corrected another guy’s sloppy work, and did it free of charge. Customer service just doesn’t get any better than that. Huge thanks to you all. :-)

We contacted Orlando with TPC Roofing regarding severe hail damage to our roof. He came and did an inspection within a couple of days. He was honest and knowledgeable and he let us know what would be the best options for our roof and covered patio. We decided to work with Orlando and TPC because they were extremely fairly priced, professional, and their customer service was top notch. Hollie in the office answered any questions I had and helped make our project effortless on our end! The crew was great and cleaned up after themselves. I needed a TPO roof. This was not my first rodeo, because I had a new roof installed at a different house about eight years ago and knew I didn't want to use that company again. Like most everyone, I got several different estimates. I'm not sure how some of those companies stay in business. I ran across some advertising and called TPC Roofing. Immediately, I noticed a difference with the estimator. He was not trying to sell me something that I didn't need, he was professional, friendly and courteous. I liked what was presented to me and I decided to go with TPC Roofing, and I am so happy that I did. The crew was professional and didn't scare my wife like the other companies crew. They cleaned up and did a very good job. They also installed new skylights. I highly recommend TPC Roofing to everyone.

I don’t have many occasions to write good reviews, but TPC is your hands-down choice for a roofer in Albuquerque…timely, thorough, personable, and….honest. We have the original flat roof on a 26 year old Corrales home and had been told by another company who inspected the roof that we needed a complete roof replacement…”and soon.” I always get other bids. We called TPC based on other reviews and a recommendation from in the neighborhood. From the appointment scheduler in their office to Orlando who came to inspect our roof, everything TPC did was top notch customer service. Orlando explained that while older, our roof was perfectly intact and didn’t need replacement quite yet, showing me photos of typical trouble spots but without any current signs of concern. He was also excellent and timely in providing an estimate, and we’ll definitely be investing in a new roof come spring 2022. The great thing is, we only have to make one simple call…and that’s to Orlando at TPC. Golden customer service and no hesitation whatsoever about contracting with TPC. Outstanding. Orlando and his crew do great work. Good quality and expert advice. My TPO roof now slopes correctly so that water doesn't pool and drains properly so that the roof will last longer-term. After 27 years our 3 car garage flat roof I felt needed to be replaced. I started searching reviews of various roofing companies and after receiving a coupon card in the mail from TPC Roofing I saw their customer reviews on line and was convinced this was the company we would use. Orlando came by and inspected our roof and notified us our roof was really not that bad and we could perhaps wait another year. Being the preventative maintenance guy that I am and now that we had the money set aside for this project we decided to get it done.
After researching prices for TPO and our square footage I knew more or less what it would cost. The price which I estimated was the price Orlando gave us. I did not have to get more estimates, the price was more than fair and TPC roofing did a great job. It sure is nice to deal with a company you feel you can trust. It was a great experience working with Orlando and the TPC crew. On top of all this a great warranty!!

TPC Roofing did a great job on my roof. I was replacing 26-year-old tar and gravel with TPO and got 4 or 5 estimates. Orlando gave me a very reasonable price, is extremely knowledgeable and patiently responded to all my questions and requests immediately and at all times of day. TPC is certified by Carlisle and offered an impressive 10-year workmanship warranty as well as WeatherBond’s lifetime material warranty. In addition, since TPC is based in Corrales, I liked the idea of working with a local business. Once I signed the contract at the office—where I enjoyed meeting Hollie and their handsome, friendly bulldog—they were able to schedule the job within a couple weeks. The same crew showed up on time every day and was like a well-oiled machine, even working through a brief unexpected snowstorm one morning so they could make sure my roof was sealed. As promised, Orlando checked in regularly and was available on a moment’s notice for questions. They thoroughly cleaned up the property at the end of each day and were very helpful in making some adjustments at my request. I highly recommend TPC Roofing.

TPC is good people who know how to do all kinds of roofs, and they do it right. Orlando is the MANdo - a pleasure to work with him and his team. They replaced our 40-year old tar/gravel roof with TPO and installed new skylights. They had to deal with several significant curveballs that stretched the project timeline by a couple days, like the impromptu skylight frame-adapting carpentry needed to install the fancy skylights I ordered. Orlando honored our original price even with the obvious extra worktime beyond his original expectation, which I really appreciate.
