We had multiple quotes for siding our 4500 square-foot house and TOV Siding came in as one of the best deals for the quality of work they provided. They also gave us an option to have our house painted at a discounted price when added with Siding . They perform the work very professionally and kept up to the timelines needed for our project as well as helped us with any other problems that occurred along the way. They are a very professional company and went above and beyond the scoops of work expected. We will use them again for all of our future projects and appreciate the quality of work, they produce.

Art and his team were absolutely great! I have never worked with a better contractor, and have never been willing to recommend one until now.
Our house had water damaged cedar siding. We found no less than 5 areas of sheeting and joist rot through the whole process, and Art was able to repair every one. While the cost of the siding was fixed, we did agree to time and materials for any water damage, as that is only fair. Art did not price gouge, and that says a lot. We did expand the scope of the project to include soffits, and even with that popping up in the middle of the project, his prices were very reasonable.
The craftsmanship was top notch. It did take a bit longer than expected, but I told Art at the beginning that I'd rather them take their time and do it right, as I didn't want to ever have water damage again. There were a few surprises with the way our house was designed, and Art and his team were very open to creative solutions that both looked great and didn't increase the cost.
One thing I was very impressed with, was how they used flashing in any area that penetrated the siding. They also did a great job caulking around every seam. I'm not worried about leaks any more.
For the actual siding, Art presented us with several options, and we went with cement board planks with a rock facade along the front of the house. It was a very clean installation, and we were already getting complements on it before we even painted.
I feel the painter crew could have taken a bit more time, but it was smokey out from the forest fires and I think they were trying to cram the job into 2 days instead of overflowing into the 3rd. Whatever the reason, we showed Art some areas of trim that didn't get a solid coat, as well as some other touch-up areas, and he got everything taken care of for us at no cost.
All-in-all, we were very happy with Art and his team. When it comes time to replace our roof, we'll be calling him up with out a doubt. Also, in case anyone was wondering, I was *not* paid in any way for this review... just genuinely impressed and wanted to share.

TOV Siding did excellent job of completely residing our home. They did what they said they would do when they were supposed to do it. That is a very hard trait to find in the service industry right now. They’re attention to detail was very impeccable. I will recommend TOV siding again and again.

In 20 + years of being a homeowner, TOV Siding and Roofing was the absolute BEST company that has done work for us. In our most recent project (siding and roofing) their quote came in well below most others, but the quality of work, attention to detail, and reliability was unmatched. For example, a different company installed windows for us several years ago, and a few of them were installed incorrectly. TOV brought this to our attention and asked if they could reinstall them (free of charge), so we wouldn’t have any problems down the road. Our siding project took about two weeks, while the roof took about a week. This timeline was bit a longer than some other companies, but this was due to Alex (best siding installer in the NW) taking his time on every square inch of our house. Art (project manager) kept everything on track and his communication was superb. I highly recommend TOV Siding / Roofing. They are truly one of the best companies in the Pacific Northwest.

We can't be more pleased with the siding and painting of our home. We had several estimates done, some were higher, some were lower. We chose TOV siding because of their great communication while deciding which company to go with. (FYI we had a lot of questions).
Art and team started the job right on schedule. The workers worked hard everyday and also cleaned up at the end of each day. Art offered to make my porch column any way that I wanted and completed exactly how I had in mind.

I got my vinyl siding removed and replaced with hardie board end of June 2022. Art and his team were efficient, able to start the job within the month which is crazy fast in Seattle, and transparent with costs! For a roughly 1500sqft 2story home (basement so not all siding was above ground) it cost $26000 remove and replace siding, and paint the home and doors. This was about $8000-10000 less than 3 other quoted companies in the Seattle area. This also included the surprise removal of asphalt faux brick siding which we did not anticipate and rightly paid in labor costs. They cleaned up the yard and came back to redo the vent for our dryer when we mentioned that was amiss, and also promptly cleaned up a bag of trash that was missed. I love the way our house looks and appreciate the quality of their work! Took a total of 2 weeks (including waiting for weather)

The work they did was exceptional. They even threw in free stuff after the contract was signed. And the free stuff was no small stuff. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. We had to replace the sidings of our house with new painting, and I am so glad that we found TOV Siding. Art and his crew are simply the best. Art was a project manager who oversaw our project from the beginning to the end. He explained the project plan in details at the beginning and his estimate was very reasonable comparing with other vendors. Art is honest, responsible and very responsive to any questions and concerns that we had. Art truly cares for his customer’s satisfaction. He and his team worked so diligently and went above and beyond to deliver highly quality of work. When the project was completed, we were very pleased with the outcome. TOV Siding did an excellent job with my home renovations. Art met me at my house to talk about what they could do to modernize the whole look of the house on the outside. New siding, new windows, new paint, new front door. His estimates were very reasonable for the great quality that they offered, so it was a highly competitive proposition.

He put his time, effort, and money to get the project done as quickly as possible despite some of the external factors we faced, such as supply chain delays and bad weather. Quality professional work at a fair price. They were very communicative, and concerned with our satisfaction. They asked before making any decisions, and made the whole process as easy as it could have been.
