Total roofing and construction is hands down one of the better companies I’ve had the pleasure of working with. They are really knowledgeable in their field and I would definitely be doing business with them again for all my roofing needs. They recently increased the ventilation in my attic and my home has never felt better. I had the pleasure of working with Frank. He was very attentive to all me and my wife’s concerns. We had to have a complete tear off of the roof and gutters everything was well over 20+ years old. We are very glad that we chose Total Roofing to do the work. Everyone there was so kind and I am forever grateful to them all. Kevin Hite was onsite to see things from start to finish and provided excellent customer service. I left choosing the colors in his hands and we love what he picked for us! Quality work, pricing, and materials are always used and his attention to detail was outstanding. The crew did a stellar job in spite of 40 mile and hour wind gust that came out of no where on the first day. They did an excellent job with everything. The estimate, the explanation of the work, the installation and clean up after all the work was done well done! Completed work in a timely matter (quicker than I expected)

We have had no issues with the roof or gutters and everything was pitched perfectly we did not have that with the previous 20+ year old gutters so that is less stress on us all. We would highly recommend Total Roofing and Construction Services for your needs.

I had a hole in my roof and so I called TRC and they covered the hole with tarping.To repair the roof was almost the amount of my insurance deductible. So State Farm wouldn’t cover the cost.So, I paid $700 for the tarp covering.They were very courteous and professional.

This has been the easiest project for our house. The crew was great! Polite, efficient and fast. They worked hard. The project manager Brett was great! Answered all questions and checked in 2 or 3 times a day. They left the house and yard in perfect condition. I am relieved that we are in good shape.

Had a roof replace by Total Roofing & Construction . The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Kevin was a pleasure to work with and kept me informed during the whole process so there was no surprises. The crew did a great job and were very professional and safety conscious. Safety barriers and safety tape were all around my house. Extra care was taken in the cleanup and looked like they were never there. ie tarps, catch nets and magnet run around the house to pick up loose nails. A hard working crew. I’m very happy with the work and also getting estimates for future work from them.

We had damage from a bad storm, and TRC was quick and efficient about getting our roof repaired. They didn't oversell and gave us a few options.

I had some fascia torn off my garage during a storm. I called TRC for an estimate. Brett Edwards came out and gave me a rough estimate but told me they usually don't do that small of a job. I was able to have him also do some work for a neighbor the same day so there wouldn't be an extra trip charge. I was very happy with all the work that was done.

My Mother’s home was hit by a tornado this Spring. The entire roof was blown off the garage, debris was everywhere. Totally roofing came out to give us a quote for repairs and clean up.

I needed to upgrade my gutters and contacted TRC. Met with Tony Boren and told him what I wanted: wider downspouts, refigure a problem area, etc. He returned with an estimate and I gave TRC the job (after estimates from another company). On the day of the installation, he returned with installers Arturo and Jose to do the work. The job was completed in 2 days (rain delayed) and I am very pleased with the work. Frank was an exemplary professional. He made us feel like a priority customer from the moment we began talking about quoting through the follow-ups once the jobs were done. Frank answered all our questions thoroughly and quickly. It never felt like we were bugging him even when we needed to text him late into the evening when we started to experience an increased leak before the start of our project.

The construction crew was professional, quick and courteous. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. They clearly knew how to work on roofs like ours. I’d trust them to do another project today.

After a big storm came through, I reached out to Total Roofing about some vent damage on the roof. Within an hour Ray showed up and gave me a quote on repairs. I agreed to the quote, and by mid afternoon the job was completed. Thumbs up to Ray and Total Roofing for getting me out of a problem that would have gotten worse with the rain due the next day. Justin Walters and his crew including Efron was amazing! We had a leak and it came through one of the interior rooms!! We called TRC out and from jump Justin was on the case. It turned out to be storm damage and from beginning till end Justin dealt with the insurance company. They came out and tarped the problem the next day. We ran out of nice weather and Justin stayed in touch the entire time, answer 1000 questions that I had! They were always clean and professional! My house is now the nicest one on the block and I love it! We had damage to our interior, roof, siding and gutters and they took care of it all!

TRC gave a very thorough inspection of my water issues, a fair price and provided great customer service. They were great communicators throughout the process, were on time, professional and my gutter and soffit installation was excellent.

I used TRC several years ago to replace my roof. This time I had to have my front porch replaced. Total Roofing did ANOTHER amazing job on my home. The dormers had to be rebuilt and I needed a new roof. Brian Batinic, my point of contact, was prompt, explained things thoroughly and communicated regularly throughout the project from the day we first met. Brian made sure the job was done on time and within budget. The construction team worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done as soon as possible while meeting their high standards. I was impressed with the team work displayed by those physically doing the roofing. Start to finish in a single day. Justin Walters responded quickly with each question and did a stellar job in being the salesman/engineer/customer service contact. I am greatly impressed with his demeanor and customer focus. Frankly, I was initially shocked by the price but on further investigation I came to accept the price as an industry norm.

Unfortunately, we were not at the house during the Roofing, but our neighbors commented on how great it. The roofing company was and expressed that they were very professional and when we got home, everything looked fine. We’re very happy.

We contracted with Total Roofing to replace the roofing and repair siding and ventilation issues in our 30 until townhome complex. Gary Quillen was our representative and he was very helpful through the entire project and after if there were any questions. There were a couple of very minor issues that came up over the following 24 months as expected in a large project like this and Gary and Total was very attentive. I would recommend Total and Gary Quillen 100%.

Brett Edwards has been outstanding to work with. He recently took care of an issue pertaining to a shingle manufacturer product failure involving our roof. He worked with the manufacturer, providing them shingle samples and negotiated on our behalf to acquire their approval to pay for the cost of related repairs. He also recently worked with my mother's insurance company to acquire their approval to cover roof repairs associated with a tree that fell on her house. I have total trust in Brett and can count on him to handle all of our roofing related needs. I would strongly recommend TRC and Brett!

We needed a tear-off to replace a badly installed second roof. Brett and his "A-Team" of installers handled it. They were careful to protect the plantings around the house and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the installation.

Thanks TRC for doing an excellent job! They're detail orientated and follow up to correct any imperfections. Their contracting team they also work with were hard working, detailed orientated and manage the job to complete the tasks in timely manner. TRC produced an exceptionally end result!

TRC replaced a skylight that was leaking. The new skylight looks great. They matched the outside roof shingles and painted the inside trim.

TRC also came out to replace cedar siding that was damaged by a particularly persistent woodpecker. They repaired the foam board insulation underneath and painted to match.

I have been a customer of Total Roofing since 2016 . This is a company of absolute true integrity . My team manager's name is Gary Quillin . I purchased a roof from Total Roofing for a property that is a two flat building in 2016 . After being totally taken advantage of by 2 different Roofing companies, probably because I am a woman . I have spent quite a bit of money on Roofing until I found Total Roofing . Gary got it right the first time .
Gary is absolutely wonderful . He is very friendly, but professional, patient, compassionate, understanding and thorough . I have since sold that property and I have a new home . I had a issue with some openings around the chimney and at this particular time, I was a member of American Home Shield . They are a complete rip off company . They sent a company to my home and they were completely unprofessional and totally incompetent . They made a complete mess . I called Gary and he came out and diagnosed the problem and got it repaired immediately and we haven't had any more problems with the chimney . , well we began to see water spots on the ceiling throughout our home so I called Gary . This was really strange because the first time Gary came out to my house, he went up and did a full inspection of my roof and he told us that our roof was in very good shape . So when this happened, Gary came out right away and went in the attic . Bingo, there was the problem . It was some type of work that the previous owner started and they didn't complete . Anyway, Gary quickly diagnosed the problem and he got his crew out right away to finish the necessary installation that was needed and we haven't had any problems since .
Total Roofing's prices are very reasonable and the work they do is outstanding !!! You don't find companies like Total Roofing anymore . Everyone at Total Roofing from Gary on down to the people who do the actual work are just amazing . Lastly, we have begun to replace the windows in our house and yes, Gary is handling this project . The windows are just beautiful . We are not done yet but hopefully we will be soon . The thing is, we have absolutely no worries with Gary and Total Roofing . I highly recommend this company especially if Gary Quillin is on the team !!!
I have to tell you guys about Gary, my 89 years old mother and his Drone . When we began to see the mysterious water stains on our ceiling throughout our home, Gary came out immediately . This time he brought his Drone with him . We asked Gary if he was going to go on the roof to see if we had newly developed issues and he said that he would send his Drone up to check things out . Well my mom got so excited . You would have thought she was Mary Poppins . She asked Gary if she could come outside and see the Drone in action and he told her that she certainly could, and away the two of them went out the front door . You would have thought that she had 5 spoons full of sugar in her coffee that morning and Gary too because he was just as tickled as she was .
My mother has a treasure trove of joyful memories, but you can bet that this is one of them . She's called family and friends to tell them about our Roofer named Gary and his Drone .
This is the kind of guy that Gary is . He treats you like your family . The main thing about Gary Quillin and Total Roofing, is that they will never have to come out twice about anything . They get it right the first time . Thank you Gary for this memory and all the great service .
