These guys were supposed to take a video of my chimney and quote me for repairs they might think were necessary. I did not call them to come, they came by on their own while “working in my neighborhood” and I told them they could take a look. Moments later, I hear them banging on my chimney, ripping pieces of it off, and then telling me I need to fix my chimney NOW. What salesmen! Make a mess and then offer to fix it for thousands of dollars? Name a better business practice.
