Had our roof replaced by Total Quality. Couldn’t ask for a more professional, respectful group. They cleaned up every evening. Jason, the owner came by multiple times a day over seeing the work being done. They went above and beyond going up on the roof of our shop and blowing the pine straw and leaves off on the last day so everything looked nice. Was a wonderful surprise. Highly recommended Jason and his crew.

Even though the work was more costly than some other estimates, we went with TQR for the promise of quality and that promise was kept. However, several issues required additional action, but follow through was delayed and/or not completed in a timely manner with no reasonable explanation, ergo the lower rating overall.

TQR put on a new roof in 2017. They did a nice job. However, We needed them to fix a couple holes we had. We first called them in Feb. 2024. No one called us back. We called a total of 3 times in an 8 months period. We were told there was only one person who does repairs and he would call us back. He never did. With the rains starting, we needed it fixed. We called another company who came and fixed it in just a couple hours. Sadly, I won’t be referring anyone to them.

The name says it all! Absolute TOTAL QUALITY Roofing! From the initial estimate, to the final inspection and follow up visit from the owner, Kevin. These guys showed up 15 min before the scheduled time on install day and actually completed my roof in one day! When they left the job the clean up was so thorough that there was no sign they had ever been there, except for the lingering smell of hard work and fresh shingles in the air... That and the obvious, a flawlessly installed new roof up on my house! Great job by a great company and even better people.

TQR installed our roof in 2012. Last month we incurred a leak around one of the pipes leading into one of the bathrooms. We got two proposals one for around $450 and one from TQR. Because TQR had originally installed our roof they made the repair at no charge as well as finding a couple of other tiles needing repair which they also did at no charge. An excellent company with a focus on customer service!

Total Quality Roofing responded immediately to my request for a quote. They gave me an extremely fair price (I received 5 quotes total). Once I accepted the quote, I was told 3 weeks until they could begin work. Three weeks later they started and finished my roof in 2 days. Recently had a tree fall on our roof and called TQR to survey the damage. They replaced a roof on our previous home about 10 years ago. Like before, they were responsive to our request and set up an appointment to check out the roof. Jason communicated via text to confirm availability and showed up on time. They determined the damage to be minimal even though he probably could have said we needed to replace some shingles, plywood, etc. and the insurance company would have covered it. I appreciate their continued professionalism, honesty and openness. Our roof on this house will eventually need to be replaced and TQR is the only company we will call.

We purchased our home a few years ago and the roof had been fairly recently installed by Total Quality Roofing. Since then, we have had two instances of nails popping out, causing small leaks, and Kevin has sent people right over to fix the issues. Yesterday we called after finding a small spot in the ceiling. Kevin arrived shortly, repaired the nail pop, repainted the ceiling, and then he and Matt spent hours working on an unrelated flashing concern they found at the chimney. All part of the warranty given to the prior homeowners that transferred to us when we bought the house. They are total professionals with great attitudes and gave us the highest level of customer service we could ever expect. Thank you, Kevin and Matt!!

I called the company and they went to my house to check the roof and provide the estimate for the cost. The gentleman went to the top of the roof and checked the current status. He told me that actually the current roof is still in pretty good conditions and we can use it for two years or more. This is very professional and I really like what he said, and I will use their service in the future when we need.

We were incredibly pleased with the Total Quality Roofing for the reroofing of our house. After receiving multiple estimates, they provided the most value for the price paid; from the GAF shingles used, and the manufacturer and workmanship warranty, to the professionalism and quality of work provided by the team. Jason was very communicative from the time I placed my inquiry for an estimate to the last step of obtaining an invoice and inspection and wind mitigation reports. He was very timely with email, text, and phone responses. The team of 8 people were so friendly and incredibly hard working. They arrived early on the first day of work, started promptly at 8 am; worked until 7 pm and came back the next morning to start again at 8 am and finished at 10:30 am. We were so impressed at the efficiency, attention to detail in the work and cleanup. The entire team, from beginning to end, did an outstanding job! Total Quality Roofing installed a new roof on our house about 5-6 years ago. During some heavy rains we noticed a roof leak and called Total Quality Roofing the next day. Jason was able to come out that day and take a look at it and identify the leak, he put a temporary fix on the roof and told us we would get on the work list to get a permanent fix in place. He explained everything they would need to do to fix the problem and today a work crew can a put the permanent fix in place. This is an awesome company. I would recommend them any day. They did a beautiful job on my roof and Jason was very patient with me, delivering several samples, as I chose the color. He even got on his hands and knees in a storm to clear drain pipes that caught water running off the roof and were jammed with debris.
I was actually out of town when the roof was installed. But, Jason sent me pictures all along the way. It was so nice of him and gave me much confidence. I returned home to a beautiful roof and there was no debris left at all. Not even a nail!

This week I had a leak in my family room that I thought was coming from the roof. Jason came right out late in the day because he knew I was nervous about it. Turns out it was an AC problem which he discovered while inspecting things in the attic.
He even did what he could to correct the problem and the leak was stopped until the AC company came the next morning.

In 2014 we decided our 20-year old roof on our 2-story house needed to be replaced. Total Quality Roofing gave us the lowest cost estimate by far, including 50-year shingles. We were pleasantly surprised by how fast they reroofed our whole house in only two days, and very pleased at how thoroughly they cleaned up around the house. They even took photos of the roofing details which we gave to our homeowners insurance company to receive a significant wind mitigation discount on our insurance premium.

THEN, 8 years later in 2022 we saw that some of the shingles covering a peak vent on a very steep peak had cracked. We called Total Quality Roofing to see if they could replace those few shingles, and they came out and reroofed the entire peak. One month later when I reminded them that I had not received their invoice for the repair, they told me it was done at no cost to us! If there were more than 5 stars in this rating system, we would give all of them to Total Quality Roofing.

After our gutter maintenance person informed us that our new roof was installed improperly, he contacted Jason with Total Quality Roofing to give us a second opinion. Jason was so incredibly helpful and honest. He went on our roof as a courtesy, took photos, and has followed up with us without even asking for payment. We are so thankful for his help and will absolutely recommend his services to anyone needing an honest roofer.

I called about a roof leak I was having in my retail store. Jason responded very promptly and diagnosed the problem as a clogged AC condensate line and not a roof leak. Also provided a video of the clogged line. This was right after AC people claimed there was nothing wrong with their system. Total Quality Roofing has all my business going forward. This is the first time I have replaced a roof. I have always heard horror stories of companies that try to screw you over and do bad work. I picked Total Quality Roofing based on their Google review and a recommendation from my dad who was in construction for 40+ years. I couldn't be more happy. My dad told me great things about the owner but the person I dealt with was Jason Gold. He never tried to BS me. He told me exactly when they would be able to get to my roof and was accurate on timing and price. His crew did an unbelievable job. This may sound weird but what impressed me the most was how they intentionally tried to keep my yard free of nails. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that with three kids who like to go barefoot. When they tore the old roof off they had huge tarps all over the yard to catch the nails etc. After each day installing the new roof they went through the whole yard with giant magnets trying to find any nails. They went the extra mile. When you have little ones....that means more to you than anything. Most important for me is I never felt like Jason Gold was trying to BS me.....he was a straight shooter which is rare these days.

By the way the roof looks fantastic and they replaced boards that needed to be replaced.

Total Quality Roofing (TQR) replaced the roof on my house six years ago, just before I bought the home. I recently noticed the roof over my sunroom appeared as if it was slowly sliding off the side, so I called TQR, and Jason immediately came to inspect it. He determined the problem was with the shingle product that was installed and fortunately was under warranty. He was incredibly professional and helpful with handling the claim with the manufacturer and taking care of the entire repair and replacement of that portion of my roof. It took time and persistence to fully communicate all the details with the manufacturer, and Jason hung in there and saw it through to the end. I will definitely call on him and Total Quality Roofing again for any future roofing needs and will recommend them to friends and family every chance I get. Five stars 100%!

Total Quality Roofing replaced the roof on my house back in February of 2015, which was about 15 months before we purchased the house. A few days ago I noticed what appeared to be a roof leak in the kitchen area over the refrigerator. Feeling certain that it was a roof leak, I called Jason regarding the issue. He called me back a little later and I explained the situation to him and how the leak was affecting my ceiling.
Jason showed up promptly at my house the next morning to check out the leak. He spent about an hour and a half going over every inch of the roof and attic to determine where the leak was coming from! He was extremely thorough and meticulous in trying to resolve the problem.
Long story short, it turned out that the problem was not the roof at all. The problem was a bizarre, high pressure leak that was coming from the water feed to the icemaker on top of the refrigerator! The refrigerator repair man had never seen that happen before!
I want to commend Jason for his professionalism and unwavering efforts to figure out what was causing the water leaking from my ceiling. I would definitely call Jason, and recommend Total Quality Roofing for any roofing issues in the future.

Following major repairs to our home in 2018/2019 after Hurricane Michael a leak developed inside our home when it rained. Total Quality Roofing responded immediately and made repairs that did not fix the problem but they returned after the next two rain events, finally fixing the problem for good on the third try. Amazing! Stop looking for a great roofer — you just found one!! I called at the last minute to get a consult on a sagging roof. I had no appointment so I was not expecting to meet with anyone on a Friday morning. Jason showed up within in the hour, gave a detailed consult, and made a couple of quick repairs he noted while inspecting the roof. While he could have tried to sell me on the idea of a new “high dollar” roof job, he did the honest thing...advised on a structural reinforcement to address my roofing concern. Total Quality Roof did an exceptional job of removing my old 3-tab shingle roof and replacing with a standing seam metal roof. They did everything I requested and some extras. Very pleased with the roof replacement performed by TQR. Timely and efficiently performed by the hardest working crew I've ever seen. Two story house roof was replaced in about 2 days in spite of some inclement weather. Another plus was the thorough yard cleanup each day. I used TQR because so many of my neighbors have too. So glad I did. Excellent work!
