Used for air duct cleaning. Easy to schedule over the phone. Offered an estimate, but I heard such great reviews that I just decided to book on the spot. Friendly, professional, excellent service and price. Provide me with education on my ducts and air filter. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to use Total Maintenance's services.

Heath is quick to respond, helpful, and professional. Total Maintenance cleaned our carpets and also helped with water damage cleanup after an AC unit leaked into our wall. His work is thorough and thoughtful. Definitely recommend.

Called and set up a free estimate for Friday and set up to have the ducts and dryer vent cleaned on Monday. Nice guy, very professional, quick service turn around time, all around great experience, and now my brand new dryer is no longer taking over 3 hours to dry one load, I am averaging 50 minutes dry time which is amazing! Thank you!!
