Purchased a 71 Monte Carlo and probably gave the B&B team a rough customer experience, but they held through as patient as ever and as friendly as can be. My only advice, don’t hassle with outside transport like I did. These guys took that headache off my hands and knocked it out in no time flat. Was very skeptical at the beginning as this was my first online purchase but the people at B&B made it easy and comfortable without pressure and answering every question. I have to thank Dirk personally for his patience and constant communication through the process that I made longer with my transport issues by going through an outside company. You gotta love all the pictures and videos these guys are willing to send of the vehicle before you buy!

The car we bought had a noise it ended up being a wheel bearing and they fixed it right away at no extra charge not many places given a warranty on used cars these days. So I would say we were very happy and we even drove 400 miles from home to get the car And they kept it until we could make arrangements to go look at it it’s kind of scary to drive 400 miles just kick tires on a car but it was everything they said it was and it drove just fine on the way home

I recently purchased a 1972 Chevy Blazer from B&B. I actually drove all the way from my home in Illinois to see the car. I had a fantastic experience. Dirk and the team were super responsive to my many questions by phone and email. While at there site with the vehicle, my dad and I noticed just how nice they were. They even gave us a tour of their other cars. It was like a mini car museum. I am very glad to have purchased from them and would recommend them to my friends.

The Blazer arrived when they said it would to my home and I finally have my bucket list Blazer. Dirk and Darren even sent me a custom video to help me feel at ease .

Bought our car back in late September 2021. We knew it needed work as when we test drove it the rear bearing was loud. We tried to negotiate the price down since it needed work. They said they inspected it and it was fine. It was a chance we where willing to take since they said it came with a 3 month warranty and reviews where good. White location had to do suspension work in early nov and rear bearing. In early dec the car started making a knocking popping sound on left front. The sway bar was bad. In my opinion, That was part of the suspension that should of been taken care off. I took it to another mechanic. They said the tie rod nut was very loose. I worry about the "mechanics" working here. I won't be back. Nor do I recommend them.

So I bought an antique Ford from this dealership, found Dirk very easy to work with, answered every question and text, phone call. I liked the pictures and videos, pointed to a lot of areas that weren't perfect, and was able to make a deal bearing that in mind. I was a little apprehensive about purchasing a vehicle from 1650 miles away, but I knew I was getting a good base to start a restoration process. I love the car, its a rare convertible and I'm absolutely psyched to have it in my driveway! The price was right, the reviews took away my anxiety, and have had many positive comments about my car even though I've only had it for a few hours!! I can only imagine what the future holds!! Bought a nice 1973 f100 classic truck from Dirk. He fixed anything wrong with it. Was very easy to deal with and upfront and honest. Would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

While searching the internet I came across a vehicle I was very interested in. It was located in Brookings, SD at B & B Auto Sales. One phone call later I was in touch with Dirk the owner and he provided me some additional information as well as a 360 degree video. Next morning I called and talked to Dirk to finalize the purchase. Buying a vehicle sight on seen takes some faith but Dirk reassured me that if we didn't like it he would provide a full refund. I couldn't ask for anything better than that. We absolutely love the car. Please do not buy from B & B Auto Sales. We purchased our van last July and at the time of writing this I have spent over $2000 on it just to keep it on the road. And will most likely be spending another $1500-$2000 to fix additional problems. Problems that should have been noticed when the vehicle was inspected by them. I appreciate that they were able to find us a van but it is has been nothing but a complete nightmare to own since the day we bought it. Will not be doing business with them again.

I rented a car to go to Canada and the price was more than fair, they were always very friendly, clean rental cars, almost new and beautiful

I rented a car months later and the service was just as good, good cars and insurance, it is always the best option

Not very helpful, friendly or knowledgeable about the car they were selling ... called and was passed between 3 different people , the last person , I assume the owner , could not be asked , or bothered, to talk to me , midd conversation just told me the car is now sold and hung up.
As a business owner myself , I expect a company to deal with me with some kind of curtesy.

B&B, simply put, is the only place to find a great used vehicle. They have a large ever changing selection. The people that work there actually care how you are doing. You simply do not get the kind of personal care anywhere else. Im going to buy from them again!

Sold us a vehicle that had a hole in a hose but paperwork said “all hoses were inspected and completed”. This is something they should’ve known about and told us about prior to selling or replaced it. Power steering fluid was gone in 2 days so clearly it had been leaking for awhile. Were not informed when we took it back that we would be responsible for part of the repair.

Its been 6 months or so and very pleased with the Durango we purchased. We drove 6 hrs from Kansas and we are not disappointed with our purchase.

Very good to work with. Someone forgot we were driving from out of town to see / purchase a Jeep. When we arrived we were informed it was taken apart because of a leak in the roof. They came in to put it back together.

Do not use their in house Westlake Financial for financing. We make the mistake of quickly using them for financing. Westlake is very invasive, very hard to get any information out of, and give out higher interest rates.

I just purchased a 2009 Nissan Cube at a very fair price. Dirk and I were able to come to a mutually beneficial agreement and Ryan was extremely helpful in getting the purchase done within 30 minutes. They offer a 3 month/3000 mile guarantee plus 1yr free roadside assistance. So far so good and I look forward to doing business with them again when I'm ready to upgrade.

Bought 5 different vehicles from them in last 10 years. I trade often out of bordem. Great experience always! Service after the sale speaks volumes here! You can buy from others and be forgotten about, or buy B&B and make it personal. Give them a chance, and you decide.

I bought a car from B&B. They said the tire sensors were bad and were causing the car to show they were low pressure. Not even a month later I had to change all the tires because some issue. One year later they are doing the same thing. Two years. $800 of tires purchased. Do not go through B&B.
