Einsphar service advisor team did a good job getting my Escape in and out for oil change and other maintenance checks.
Also coached me on best time to get new tires on sale and apply accumulated Ford points.!

Service mechanics/techs do a great job as well.

Einspahr has been the greatest vehicle purchasing and servicing experience of my life. Peyton has helped my wife and I purchase our Chrysler Pacifica a couple of years back and most recently our brand new Ford F-150. Both times he made our purchase quick and easy and enjoyable. He knowledge of the systems makes him a phenomenal resource when learning the new features our vehicles came with. He made himself available long after we purchased our van to come in so he could show us how to troubleshoot issues with the video entertainment system and also offered to come to the house to sync the onboard garage opener. Guy is amazing!

The service team is incredible as well. No BS when it comes to repairs and lead times for parts. Always kind and helpful. I use the shuttle to get a lift home after dropping off a vehicle and they are never rude about it or make it seem like it’s a hassle despite having a full schedule all day every day. Thank you Einspahr!!

I was visiting brookings and accidentally put gas in my diesel truck had it towed to the dealership and they got me right in and got me on the road within a few hrs they where the most professional staff I have been around and Chris even gave me a follow up call to make sure my truck was still running good and I am a sales manager at a dodge store and I would take my vehicle there all the time if I was close to them thanks again

The service department in this place sucks, i brought my vehicle in for a misfire, and 5-6 months later i get my truck back, still has the same issues it came in with, and they charged me $2,000 and my warranty $4,000. Nate proceeded to tell me that my bull bar and my tires were causing the misfire. How does that even work, i drove the truck with that setup for forever and never had any issues. Wouldn’t hire these guys to change a light bulb, let alone fix my car.

Update:
Took it to another shop, they found a gap on one of the spark plugs, switched it out and everything runs fine. I do not understand how einspahr techs, and the 3 “engineers” they brought couldn’t figure out it was a spark plug causing the misfires. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Update 3/26/25 - I was contacted by the dealership and they have made this right. They apologized profusely and refunded the service charges. While the initial experience may have been poor, I won’t hesitate giving them a second chance. The follow up customer service is awesome.

Pretty amazed they got a 4.5 rating my first time ever dealing with these guys Nate forgets to send my warranty in for a week then he screwed that up so bad that they won’t cover anything but funny thing is brought to another shop and everything was covered. wouldn’t recommend these guys to work on a bicycle.

I live an hour away and didn’t buy my Mach E here - but I come here for ALL my service needs and will continue to do so, unless for some reason the car could not safely make the trip. Service crew listens to understand the problem, cares about solving it, and goes above and beyond to fix it. The only way I will ever consider EVER buying a Ford product in the future… is from Matt Einspahr and his excellent team.

Former employee. - I didn't care for the environment that was created by the sales managers. They expect the salesman to watch 80 hours worth of videos within 2 weeks to learn the vehicles. They respond like you're a complete idiot if you don't know every detail/feature about every car you come across, which started within the first month. They don't teach the system(s) that are used to process deals but expect you to confidently sell a car to a customer. They said to ask other salesman while they continued to roam the Internet or watch sports games. They criticize rather than teach. They badmouth everyone to each other and sometimes with other sales staff. They make smart comments and think it's funny to harass and make fun of others while thinking nobody can hear. This happened often and the manager would sometimes stand up to see if I was at my desk, look me in the eye, and sit back down, proceed to laugh and talk about how it's funny. He's made employees cry at work before and hasnt seemed to learn much from it. I had to pull that same manager outside for a chat because he's rude and disrespectful (Chris Bingham). He did apologize, but proceeded to do the same thing over and over without care. Not a good environment. Not a good Sales Manager.

I don't recommend this dealership.

Was in a few weeks ago for some rattling and was told I had a loose fastener that they replaced for $38. Rattling continued and had to wait 2 more weeks before I could get back in for a 2nd look. Waited over an hour at my 2nd appointment for them to tell me they couldn’t replicate the rattling. I then specifically told the tech that it only happens at speeds >45mph and he took it back out. Another 45 minutes later and they told me AGAIN they couldn’t replicate the rattling. I finally convinced someone to ride with me so I could show them exactly what I was hearing, and what do you know! The rattling was heard! I then got some excuse that the tech hadn’t taken it out at highway speeds when I was specifically shown the report that said he did. 10 minutes later the issue was fixed but was told I couldn’t get reimbursed for the $38 piece that wasn’t even the problem. Probably not going back here

I purchased a 2017 Ford Explorer Platinum. Kayla was very knowledgable, patient with all my questions. I definitely would buy another vehicle from her. The used car selection were all good quality. The vehicles were arranged in orderly fashion so i knew where to look for what i wanted.

Specific to Einspahr Ford, a special shout out to the amazing service from Jake Satterlee. Not just a stand up salesman, but a wonderful person to talk to in general. We ordered a Ranger Raptor at a good price - no markups and no mandatory dealer addition games - and had to change things around at the last minute due to some Ford QC Holds. These folks were great to work with and made things much easier than they could have ended up being.

If I could give a zero I would. I recently had a very disappointing experience with Einspahr Auto Plaza in Brookings, SD. I purchased what I believed to be a brand new vehicle, only to discover later that there was a plug put in one of the tires. This is something that should have been disclosed upfront, as it significantly affects the integrity and safety of the vehicle. When I contacted the dealership to address this issue, I was met with a complete lack of professionalism by the sales manager Chris B. The staff I spoke with were dismissive and unhelpful, showing no concern for the fact that I had been sold a compromised vehicle. Their customer service was the worst I have ever encountered, and they made no effort to rectify the situation. This experience has left me extremely frustrated and dissatisfied. Buying a new car is a significant investment, and I expected a much higher level of transparency and service. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle to not purchase from Einspahr Auto Plaza in Brookings, SD. Their lack of honesty and poor customer service are simply unacceptable.

Took my Ford F-150 October 3 for a recall on the transmission, since I’ve been having problems with the truck as well, took the truck at 2pm and I called at 5:30 to see if they could give me a update and told me that they were bringing the vehicle up front for me to pick it up, and they didn’t know, what was done to the truck besides the Oil change since everyone had left already, but that I would get a phone call to let me know what was the diagnosis of the vehicle. I called Wednesday the 9th to see if they could let me know what was the problem with my truck and all I was told, was that I would get a call back, no one called me obviously. Supper poor service, I don’t like to ever say someone is racist but, I feel that they don’t care because I’m Hispanic. 16 days have passed since I took the truck in, and nothing from the dealer. I had to schedule an appointment to a different dealer instead.

Would leave a zero if possible. We have a 2022 Ford Escape. Over the summer Ford Finance removed the feature to "check" your payoff. When you call Ford Finance, they direct you to your originating dealership. I have called in several times and been welcomed from your receptionist that we need to contact the lender.

At our bank, I had our bank, my wife, and myself on speaker phone with Ford Finance. Their customer service rep sent us to her manager, who explained, "Einspahr Leasing Manager will provide that number. We are not authorized to give that."

Your receptionist refused to transfer us until we asked for the fifth time to only get a voicemail.

This is one of the most amazing Service Departments I have ever had an opportunity to deal with. I was traveling for work and my '22 Ram lost a fuel injector. These guys "squeezed me in" right away when I took it there. I took the truck in at 8:00 and was back on the road by 1:00. I wish I had the gentlemen's name that helped me. I would love to have this dealer closer to me. I would buy all my Chrysler/Dodge/Ram products from them so I could work with the Service Department. Well done!!

I brought my vehicle in because of condensation building up in my headlight. Without even really taking a look at it, the technician went to the parts department, and came back with a price of $817 to replace the headlight. I went home, opened up the light, let it dry out, and have had no problems since. I felt like they thought they saw me coming and tried taking advantage of me.

Einspahr did a great job. They told me what they were gonna do and they did what they told me. Very easy dealership to work with very thorough. Communication was good. I picked up the vehicle. It was in tiptop shape and the time spent with me was adequate. I would have no reservations recommending this dealership to anybody. I worked with Kayla and Jake and they were very comfortable to work with.

Service Department is excellent!!
Called because I had lost something in my center console. Told me to bring it in and they would take a look. I was told from a different dealer it would be very labor intense and costly to retrieve my item.
Einspahr Service Dept .. looked at, popped the center console apart and retrieved my item in less than 20 minutes at no charge!!
Also very informative on other questions I had !!

My son is attending SDSU and was having a small issue with the air pressure in his tires. I made a call and spoke to the service department and ultimately sent him in to get the work done. They went above and beyond in taking care of him. My sons car was not purchased from them nor was it the brand that they sell but that didn't matter. They treated him like family. To say that I am impressed with the level of service provided would be an understatement. I will be a return customer for sure and recommend Einspahr to anyone looking for a great place to have your vehicle serviced. Thanks for being awesome!

Best dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Service department is top notch! Sales is probably the best experience I’ve ever had. Everything is up front, no hidden agenda, costs or pushiness to buy extras. Communication on custom vehicle orders is amazing. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better dealership anywhere.

I went there to get a seat memory sensor looked at and our tailgate looked at. Customer service was awful. Lady on the phone demanded we pay right now instead of checking to see what would be under warranty first. Felt like all they wanted was our money. Got the pickup home after they worked on it and they didn’t even fix anything. Will NEVER go to Einspahr again. I will happily drive across the state to Rapid City and give my business to Mckie Ford.

NO STARS! BAD! When you inquire about a vehicle they have and are willing to purchase it, they say its waiting for parts. You then tell them to keep you updated, they say will do! Then you check in a day later and they say that they sold it that day! Very frustrating, when I was ready to purchase it!

When my Ford needs service, it is taken to Einspahr's. I have not had any negative experiences. The Service Dept is extremely courteous and professional. Appointments can be booked on line, phone, or in person. Techs do the work that is requested, should they discover additional problems, they contact you before starting. Paying for service can be done in person or online. On line is convenient, especially, if there is a need for an after hours pickup. I trust Einspahr's with the service my vehicle needs.

Chris on the sales floor is as well awesome with customers and helpful with questions and or concerns about pretty much anything! Light on inventory right now but with covid I think pretty much every place is.

Was absolutely stunned at the cost of repairs. I have been a technician for more than 40 years and have never been charged a fee for waste and disposal and when questioned because after all it was just a calibration that I came in for was informed that it was for the use of equipment. Why does that cost extra? Of course you used equipment, how else would you calibrate something.! Then too, I was only there for a total of an hour and you also performed a recall update which was done at Ford's expense and the bill came to $160. Nice rates I would say. Well you can forget having me as a customer from here on out. Good to hear that they can afford to throwaway lifetime customers away.

Peyton and Chris B were, once again, amazing. They knew what I wanted and what my goals were and they came up with a solution I am very happy with.
