Debra Harris: Allstate Insurance

My agent is great! Debra Harris is on my side and is super helpful. Allstate, though, has been causing me some issues lately covering a homeowner's claim after a massive hail storm that hit late this summer. We’ll see what happens next. After 30+ years with Allstate, this is the first issue I’ve had but an insurance company is only found to be good or bad when you actually have an issue!

Dealing with the Debra Harris Allstate Insurance office when you have questions or even when you have issues, has been extremely easy. The staff I have engaged with are true professionals and have done a good job addressing my needs.

Kay passed away 2 weeks ago. We still need the insurance on the house. So keep it going thanks Darlene

Customer service has been great so far. Fortunately, I have not had claim experience to deal with so the jury is still out on that. One suggestion is that when rates go up don't give a caned response about claims becoming more expensive. We all know that Allstate has billions in revenue and just want more of our money to invest!

I normally don't leave reviews, but I wanted to give a 5 star review because of the service I received from your agents in your office. I worked with Cammy and Carter and they were super kind and knowledgeable and both went out of their way plus the extra mile to help me with my policy and the questions I had. I appreciated it very much and it was a pleasure working with their team, sad we moved out of state and had to switch agents!

Allstate Insurance is an excellent insurance company! The Agent is always there to assist me with any questions I might have and with the lowest prices.

Had a smooth process from one of her staff members she helped me transition home and auto from a previous insurance broker to Debra’s. On a different occasion I met Debra which was very friendly and helpful she help me go through the coverage options on insuring my RV.

We have had Allstate Insurance for years, but our payment keeps going up. In these times and being a loyal customer a person would think fees would go down.

Debra and her staff are extremely responsive and quick to take care of my needs. I'm very happy with them.

Debra Harris is hands down the reason that I will be leaving Allstate after 20+ years and having home, auto and life insurance with them. She took over my policies after my agent left the company and has not one time answered my repeated calls, my emails nor has had one policy review with me in over a year. Save yourself some frustration and do not use her as agent. Allstate should be embarrassed to have her represent their company.

Debbie is the best! She Knows how to keep your cost down while giving you all the bells and whistles of your policy! She is always fast with things and gets you the best service! Allstate is by far the best and Debbie is the icing on the cake! I highly recommend her!

Covered all my claims in a timely matter, my car insurance was out the roof so I changed Debi Harris was amazing !

I have had an easy time getting to talk to a human and a very nice human at that. I just got off the phone after talking for 3 hours with a company that had me talking with robots to no avail. The problem I had was with my roof. Allstate had one of their inspectors check out the roof and determine that I did not have a problem and I would not have to come up with a lot of money to fix it, I had the roof sprayed with that new treatment we have been seeing on tv and it apparently works as some of my neighbors have had their roofs damaged. I appreciate the quick resolution to this otherwise difficult problem. Thank your Allstate.

Unresponsive. Doesn’t seem to care much. Have to follow up constantly to get simple answers. Staff not trained and gives bad info. I was “inherited” to this agent after my previous agent just dumped me in her lap.

Finally switched agents and he took care of our stuff in about 15 minutes.

After being with this useless agent for years, we are switching. Most days they don't even answer your call. They will call you back hours later if you are lucky. We literally called to cancel our overpriced Auto policy YESTERDAY and they cannot even bother to complete that task.
TOTAL LET DOWN. you are NOT in good hands, go get insurance somewhere else.

Every time I call to make a change, add or delete to my policy, they get it done immediately. They have been so great, that even though I moved 2 hours away, I will keep them as my agent!
