These guys helped me get a battery I couldn't find anywhere in town. They installed my roof rack and did a fantastic job. They were professional, kind, and helpful.

Definitely will return for more work when needed.

Eric and the fellas here were able to fix a tracking device in a company car that no one else would even look at. Don't hesitate to give them a call and make an appointment. Very friendly, quick to get into and quality work.

Installed PPF to a 70th anniversary 2023 Corvette,literally the worst PPF job I have ever seen!!! Will be sure to let everyone I know how unexperienced these guys really are. Secondly Xpel was contacted and expressed that it was the worst install of there product they had ever seen,Xpel set an appointment free of charge in Oklahoma city to remove and properly reinstall PPF correctly

Do Not take your cars to this business! They may know trucks, tires, lift kits etc. but they DONT know how to install XPEL PPF (Paint Protection Film) or the proper procedures to install correctly after speaking to XPEL i printed email for prep and procedure/steps to do before installation, took these instructions with me when I went back to have them try to fix it. Eric was clueless about these steps said he would talk to his XPEL salesman & get back to me next week. I tried to just make appointment to remove the shawty job they have done to corvette but he just tells me to wait until next week after he speaks to XPEL. They do not care if they scuff your paint and will not care about you as their customer to make it right. Erics exact words to me was all these trucks in parking lot are $100k vehicles… I know that I have a truck.. I mean really if he doesn't care about a vehicle that cost this much and can clearly see it is messed up why would they care about a vehicle That cost more or less. I spent thousands Here & they have not made it right. At this point I just want my vehicle like it was when i dropped it off but they can’t even do that for me & at my cost i offered to pay them more just to take off what I paid them to do. I have had several other people look at vehicle and all say very unprofessional. People with cars especially $100k vehicles or less beware. I will be taking my vehicle now to Edmond to undo what tops and stripes inc done and hopefully they didn’t get to my clear coat, also plastic hanging off of mirrors I mean if I could attach pics I would. Very unprofessional customer service for XPEL PPF. They also do not communicate well or stand by their word. I’m in complete shock. I thought this was a reputable XPEL installer but obviously not for XPEL. Now I did get my windows tinted by tops back in 2016 on a different vehicle and it was great but just realized it’s under new ownership since then and now after nightmare began was told they are not at all like they use to be several I have talked to do not go to tops and stripes since this new owner Nathan took it over.

XPEL representatives actually reached out to me and they are having a more reputable shop in Edmond uninstall what I paid tops and stripes Inc in Enid several thousands of dollars to do this work that Eric Shire And owner, Nathan, are going to stand by. this job is so horrible that the PPF manufacturer Xpel, literally contacted me over this nightmare job apologized for them! They can’t even do that for their customers., no contact or communication of any sorts to try to remedy this issue about the shawty work that they, Tops & Stripes did. If you haven’t noticed Nathan has replied to all other reviews but not to mine because he knows they did me wrong and nothing to fix it. Unbelievable! Do not deal with Eric Shire he will absolutely lie to you from one time to the next about your vehicle and what will be done to it. Do not be assured everything is ok make him walk through their shop to look for cleanliness and ask each step they are doing how many of those jobs have they done if they even know that a mid engine can’t be power washed!! ‍♀️ before even considering this company. It is unbelievable they are literally the most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with now. What happened to Tops and Stripes I use to know years ago?! They are a nightmare to say the least.

Came here to get my windows tinted several years ago. When I needed a tint done on a new car, I knew where to come. Several years later the window tint has held up nicely. These guys are polite & professional and always do great work at fair prices. Best in town without a doubt.

These guys are it!!! Had pinstripes put on my Pathfinder..I wasn't sure if I liked the placement, so they personally came and picked my vehicle up from my place of employment, took it to their shop, made some adjustments and sent me pics to compare! Was seriously disappointed with the service and the lack of knowledge while trying to purchase a weight distribution hitch for my yukon. Had called in 2 days before appointment and thoroughly explained to the rep on the phone what exactly I needed . He said he understood and ordered parts . Got there on Friday am. Was told to leave the keys inside my 85k truck in the parking lot unattended until they got to it. So I did and left. Only to get a call 2.5 hours later telling me the hitch system they ordered was not going to work due to having a V nosed trailer. I did some research before returning to the shop and informed the rep at the we needed the short bar version of this hitch system even provided him with curt part number only to be argued with and told this wouldn't work . Frustrated I got my keys back and left the store only to be called by the rep 3 minutes later telling me I was wrong. Call curt they will agree. I have since found someone to install the proper hitch for my truck and trailer so beware of this place and it's lack of product knowledge. The person I interacted with was unprofessional and very arguementive I don't reccomend this place at all for anything.

Great staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They squeezed me in their busy schedule and did an amazing quality job at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be more happier with the outcome

I recently left a 1 star review for the customer service issues we had experienced at Tops & Stripes.

I now need to leave a 5 star review! The owner, Nathan, reached out to my husband the same day I left the review & was so apologetic over the entire situation. He truly went above & beyond our expectations! We got a quote the same day! We got everything ordered late last week. Everything showed up much quicker than we expected & I’m so happy to say that today we picked up our truck with our brand new 4” lift & beautiful new rims & tires! We couldn’t be happier!

We just want to thank Nathan & everyone at Tops & Stripes for taking care of the situation & for helping us out. But most of all for making our truck BADASS!

Wasted about an hour of my time, however they were extremely nice and polite. Most likely it was caused by a disconnect between my understanding and an employee’s. They did give me an idea for an alternative fix for my issue.

Did an excellent strip and re-tint on my lady's car. A bit on the expensive side, however, after seeing the work they did it is % worth it! From one old-school window tinter to another "GREAT JOB GUYS!"

Excellent work! They were great back in 2011 when they put the tint on originally. I'd have them do it all again today and their prices are very reasonable.

Anyways, they are still great today in 2021 honoring the manufacturer's lifetime limited warranty against peeling/delamination.

My husband and I went in to get remote start put in both our vehicles. This is not our first time using Tops & Stripes. We have used the for tint on my windows before. Eric was very professional and was also very helpful. I had question about something to do with my husband's truck. Due to the fact he uses it for business and I noticed some wear and tear on certain areas . He showed me some of their products that would help protect his truck, and still keep it looking professional. I love doing business with them and they will be who we do business with for all our after market improvement.

Did a good job putting on seat covers in a timely manner. They have many options to accessorize your truck car boat a d so forth.

I have had numerous vehicles pin striped and windows tinted..and had one vehicle changed to leather interior..have ALWAYA been very pleased

Needed to get just a tailgate rubber coated. Made an appointment. Brought it in. It was done before the two hours he said it would take. Didn't cost as much as we were afraid of. Very friendly service too.
