Rugged Steel

As a former construction worker I understand the stigma especially connected with professionals and homeowners. Many times a homeowner that is trying to save themselves money and do it themselves ie, DIY can really create a big mess. I was determined not to be that person. At this time I am only a homeowner and I am trying to put this metal siding on my home. After many measurements I went in to rugged steel and sat down with Jeremy in the office and had a good conversation. With the information I had for him he designed A plan for the metal to go on my house on my project. His desire and the entire teams desire to please was very helpful but that is not why am writing this review. Normal customer service should include a kind attitude and helpfulness but this company particularly Jeremy went above and beyond Through many different phone calls and changes it was determined that there were some issues. As The construction crew began to get into putting the actual metal on we found that there was some issues with metal lengths, so I called the office to talk to Jeremy and discuss these matters. He asked if he could come out and see the project and look at issues that were plaguing us. He came out AFTER 5 o’clock and stayed till nearly 10 o’clock to get everything in place for our project. I know that this is probably not typical nor is it desired by any means of their company’s normal procedures but the willingness of this company to take care of their customers has been a very refreshing and helpful experience. I would recommend it to anyone. None of us are perfect and there is always possibility for error but I am very thankful for their help.
