Quality Inn Duncan HWY 81

The room was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable. Water heater was amazing, water got hot very fast. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Our only complaints are the pool and pool area was not heated. Could easily be fixed with an added heater in the pool room, which would make the water warmer. Limited channels on TV. But wasn't the end of the world. And the bathroom didn't have a fan for venting. Overall was a good stay.

This hotel is definitely under-rated on Google due to former conditions. My husband & I stayed here on our way home. Room was very clean. Service was excellent. Many of the rooms have outside entrances and if you have inside entrances. Property was fairly quiet. Bed was super comfortable and all amenities we needed were supplied. Both check in and check out were smooth and the staff was great. Krisa even offered us fresh hot coffee and muffin even though we missed breakfast. That is what customer service looks like! Thank you!

The rooms were fine, the breakfast was fine. I would suggest getting an odd numbered room to be away from the road noise. They had a nice-looking pool. my only problem was getting into the hotel, in fact the whole main street was a left turn nightmare. I f heading south no problem, but if heading north, you go past and u-turn and things are goofy when trying to leave the hotel also.

Not the best place, bed was comfortable but that's about all. Low water pressure, tub didn't drain. The continental breakfast was very skimpy, overheard a staff member say that some breakfast items not available due to the cost. Breakfast items were only replenished upon request and then only enough prepared for a minimal serving.

All of the people working are so nice! Check in was a breeze, the beds are a bit hard but other than that great experience, we will stay here again!

Long story short...don't stay here.

Check-in was great. The guy at the counter was super helpful and courteous. The lady who takes care of the breakfast was also very nice and very helpful. Unfortunately, those are the only good things about this hotel.

The room looked good at first glance. I even posted half a dozen pictures showing how nice it was. That was before I realized just how bad it truly was a day later when I stepped on a bug after exiting the restroom and saw another one on the wall. Then I investigated a bit more and found a whole bunch of bugs, some dead and some still alive. I've included photos and videos for anyone who cares to see.

If it weren't for that it would've gotten a much better rating from me.

Terrible!!! I chose this hotel because the website showed a weight room and a bar and grill on premises. Both of those have been shut down for a while. Price is too high fir the place. I will never Stat here ir at a quality inn again. That's false advertising online.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. There is a large indoor pool that is clean and well maintained. The kids really enjoyed the pool.

It was a great motel and very clean I would recommend anyone to stay there very friendly staff and close to all the restaurants and stores

The bed was very comfortable. The staff was accommodating. This has been the place we have come to for 45 years through many different hotel names and they are always very nice.

The guy at the desk was awesome when I checked in . Was very friendly and helpful. The one that there in the morning was also very friendly and polite. But that’s was the only good thing I can say about our stay there . We’ve have stayed there three times now and three different rooms . All beds , were hard , pillows were flat , towels were hard and dingy, and floor / carpet had sticky feeling to it . The ice machine when I found it was broke . Rooms were not as clean as should of been . Like I sad we have gave it more then one try . We will not stay again .

I had a good experience although there’s a lot of bugs outside! Housekeeping needs to do better at cleaning also.

We generally stay at Quality Inn when we travel. This particular Quality Inn is very outdated. Although they have a luggage carrier, there is no elevator. When we made the reservations and checked in at the front desk, we stated clearly we had three small children with us. We were placed in a second story room, and had to walk with toddlers up and down the stairs, while carrying an infant. The stairs need to be recovered. The hallway to the rooms on the ground floor and around the pool area carpet was dirty.
When requested a ground floor room was told there were none available. The parking lot was almost totally empty. Spoke with a front desk person the next morning. We could not move as the manager had to have a certain number of rooms available for contracted companies. The contracted companies' rooms were on the ground floor.

Our only complaint it's that the indoor "heated" pool was cold so we couldn't swim which was the only reason we got a hotel was to swim. Other than that it was good

The beautiful lady at the front desk was amazingly helpful! When visiting Duncan Oklahoma, I will always stay at the Quality Inn.

Disappointed in several areas. Room appeared clean however we stayed 4 nights and saw that the base had a quarter inch dust where it hadn't been crevice vacuumed. I dropped something it rolled next to the bed on the floor base and there was a dried up jelled over condum that had been there long enough to decompose. They came in every day and made the bed but never changed the linens, Clean towels and straighten the room. It never got vacuumed as there was a cracker in the walking path in plain view that had been dropped and crushed into the carpet. Only way to get it up is to vacuum up. Never vacuumed. There was a quarter to down to half inch crack at door closure letting in the cold 9 degree -11 degree wind-chill weather. No real quick fix here on Christmas weekend. I purchased duct tape and taped to keep the excellent heat in.
To top it off the check out guy on the morning of Dec 26 was so rude and brash. I could bypass some things but HE topped the cake. I want be back unless it's my very last resort. Was not worth my $128 a night

For a budget hotel this one is very good. Everything seems clean and well maintained. It's an old hotel yet in good shape. The personnel is friendly and accommodating.

I enjoyed my stay here for the first time while returning back to check my properties in Duncan. I always stayed at the Hampton Inn here while remodeling. I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel was clean and the pool indoor area is so nice. I have a water leak so with two homes and a RV....we had storms coming in ....so staying here was a last minute decision. Crystal, Christina & Alex are top notch staff members at the front desk. Exceptional in fact! It takes a special person to have the gift of making a customer feel like they are HOME and treated like family in a cherished kind of way. All three of these front desk staff members were world class service examples of what it means to serve your customers in a professional manner and with a smile! Hats off to my new place to stay while checking on properties from time to time. My queen bed was comfy with an excellent mattress, soft linens and towels. My room was immaculate! I used to own a cleaning business so I check the nooks and crannies! It was a restful and peaceful night there. Exceptional in every detail to the breakfast sandwich and options. Juice tasted fresh and light and yogurt/muffin was tasty. The lady serving breakfast was en route to a vacation to Destin, Florida. She was exceptional too! I do not have my notes for her name. She had a beautiful smile and was so perfect in greeting another guest and myself and serving us. Great service all around! Wow!! Then lastly my guest services/housekeeper lady was a shining example too!! I explained I had requested a late checkout so I could take a quick swim after arriving in from a 3 -day , 18 hour drive with 3 dogs journey! This lady whose name is written on my planner and not in my office at this writing...Joanne maybe??...sorry I took notes and my planner is at another office! She had a great smile and gave me info on some local things to check out. Knowledgeable and just so friendly- the icing on the cake! From checkin to checkout: the staff here are fast but friendly, extremely professional but make you feel like an honored guest and treat you as if you are their precious family members!! I rate this hotel a 10!! It was a fantastic stay!! Hats off to management for selecting an outstounding team of professionals who SHINE in every way to make your stay memorable and enjoyable!

The lady at the front desk was really friendly and attentive. She was talking to a young man but stopped when I came in. She even greeted another person when they came in. The room was nice. Had a mini fridge. The ac unit leaked a little. The toilet are a little low.

Place is okay, but they need to do some improvements like check the light bulbs on lamps, add more outlets because the outlets on the lamps do not work and they have like 6 different items plug into a wall outlet with a wall adaptor behind the tv and the towels are not white anymore..
