So I paid $8400 7 years ago for a brand new roof. Today water is running in my bedroom so I drive to Topridge roofing which I thought was a business but seems to be this guts house. He was very nonchalant with me and stated that the work is out of warranty after two years. I stated that the rep told me it's a life time warranty he then stated only on the shingles and it will be a $250 charge to come out and look. I feel cheated because he was paid in full but I still got roof problems. He mentioned something about a contract but never offered to produce one. I'm about to go to small court claims. I feel the fair thing for you to say is we can come look at and if it's anything other than a roof leak then we will have to charge you. But to charge a customer who have already paid $8400 is unfair.
I’ve been lucky to find the @UniqueYard guys to install my Christmas lights. They couldn’t make it easier. Their work was first rate. Their communication and follow up was what we all hope for. Knowing all the services that TopRidge offers I know who I will call when the need arises.
