Josh was my point of contact at Kreunen. He and his team did an outstanding job on my roof replacement. Josh laid out the plan with me, and his team executed it flawlessly. The temperatures were extremely hot, so it slowed them down a little. That was completely understandable. The team made sure that their work area was cleaned up every day before leaving, and the final cleanup was awesome as well.

Kreunen Construction has done several large projects for me over the years, and we have been very pleased. Projects included roof and gutter replacement, house painting and siding repair, complete kitchen/mudroom/laundry remodel, and floor installations. If/when there were any problems with individual contractors, Kreunen immediately heard and handled the concerns. We will continue to use them in the future due to their quality work and customer service.

I totally recommend this company. I was in the middle of having my house painted during the excessive 4 day rain storm & I observed a water stain appearing on my ceiling. The painter gave me the phone number for this company. I called Josh and he came out in about an hour and looked throughout my attic then went out & got on the roof in the rain! He found the problem, put a seal around a vent pipe to keep more water from coming and said if I wanted him to make the repair he would have the parts in four days. Four days later his crew came out and got to work! He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need.

From beginning to finish; Buck was on top of each step of the project. Roof looks fantastic. Just had 3" rain and there are no leaks. Crew was professional and respectful of house and property. We made a good choice snd recommend Kreunen Construction

Kreunen Construction installed a new roof for my mom’s home about 8 to 10 years ago. My husband and I are currently living with my mom at her house because she has Alzheimer’s. We recently saw a hole under the eave of her roof and realized that could be a place for animals to get into the attic! We had a wildlife professional come out to investigate and he told us whoever put the roof on this house did an excellent job! It was done right and done very well! We knew that but, it was great to hear from another professional. We do have unwanted animals in the attic but, they are not coming in thru the roof as they had done before!
I just wanted to give you and your company a giant thank you for a job well done! We appreciate you and the professionalism you and your company provide!

Never heard of these people so I'm wondering why I have their sign in my yard. I live in Arkansas. We did have a recent storm but I have not contacted them or given permission to have a sign put up. I am calling the Arkansas Better Business Bureau and our local code officer Robin Wise. I suspect they are in town trying to take advantage of people who got hail damage. I'll do my business with a local company thank you.

We had a small leak in our roof and we called them to come take a look. They were at the house in 15 mins and did a free estimate. They found the leak quickly and fixed it free of charge. We will definitely be using them for any future roofing needs!

We had HVAC tell us we had a leak in the roof vent. Someone came out in 20mins and fixed it in less than 20mins! And as a courtesy they did not charge us for the simple repair that actually should've been completed by our HVAC people! We are thoroughly impressed and will continue to use them for any future roofing needs! A++++++

They came out and inspected my roof and found wind damage. Within days, they had a very professional crew come out and they completed the roof within 2 days. They did an excellent job. They went above and beyond and even came out the day after to run a magnet through my yard to remove any leftover nails. These guys do more than just roofing and I will use them going forward for all of my repair/remodel needs.

Called about a quote to add a sunroom to my house. They came in and took measurements. I was promised an initial design and an estimate a week later. When I called back after not receiving anything. They told me the engineers need to take a look at it. And was told they will reach out to me a week later. The call never happened and after I tried to contact the agent a couple of times with no success. I figured , the whole thing is not worth my time. Just a heads up.

Edit one: Just to Reply to Mr. Kreunen, I did not even get the quote to decide to which way I was going. I asked your agent to provide me with both designs quotes so I can actually make that decision. I did not imply at anytime that O was not interested in either of the designs. if you guys decided that its complicated and you do not wanna do it. that's absolutely fine, but the least you can do is to call me and let me know that this is why my business was refused.

We use Kreunen for replacing the roof on our house 5-6 years ago and they were great. In the past few months though, I called to get an estimate on my mom's roof, explaining that she has a tin roof and an active water leak. A guy came out the same day to do a quote, but we never heard from him. I called within the past week and left a voicemail inquiring about the quote and still haven't had my call returned. This is really disappointing after doing such great work on my home.

Couldn't have been any easier than Whit Whitaker made it. I had my house and 2 separate shops that needed full replacement due to hail damage and it was the easiest insurance claim ever. Totally worry free and everything was exactly as I was told it would be. Highly recommend Whit and Kreunen Roofing 10 out of 10

We had hail damage to our roof and Kreunen came out and did the job. They did not just repair it they got us a new roof, they worked with our Insurance company and Lender and was able to negotiate for just what they needed. They were very kind and did suck a great job I would recommend them to anyone.

Josh Watson and his team were awesome! Professional and hard working. They had to redo /restore our sunroom roof from a previous construction company. Not only was Josh attentive and listened to my concerns, he made sure the repairs were completed on time, within the quote he provided, and most importantly, the repair was done correctly! I couldn't be more pleased. We have used Josh and his crew for another home repair, recommended him to others, and will be using them again for future projects.

Response to below: they made it much more clear that it was a "band aid" after the leaks. Hindsight is 20-20 and I have water in my living room after paying these guys over $800.

We had our metal roof "repaired" by this company. While our roof was near then end of its functionality, our expectation was that we would have the leaks patched for 1-3 years. That is not what occurred. We paid for a metal roof patching in early mid 2021. This was rather costly, but it was much cheaper than a new roof. That is what our budget allowed at the time. Our roof leaked mere weeks later. The guys came back out (free of charge) and put more sealant. This lasted a couple of months, where we thought the job was done correctly. Sadly, the roof leaked again (this time severely damaging the ceiling we had recently repaired). I replaced the entire roof using another company (Elite Roofing Solutions), who provided a quote that was $5,000 cheaper. I am upset with the quality of repair and the quote. I have no doubt the team is skilled, but we felt mislead and taken advantage of. No reimbursement was ever offered for the poor repairs. The team was nice and availability hence the 2 stars given but I would not recommend for repairs (or replacement due to high cost).

Phillip was the Kreunen rep that I was referred to by my insurance agent. Phillip was great as was the whole roof replacement that this company did for me. Phillip was very polite and professional and kept me informed all along the way. The crew started early and finished the job the same day! I would absolutely recommend them for any and all roof work.

I paid for kreunen Roofing to put a metal roof on my house the last week of January /21. The reason for the roof replacement, I had a leak that I had been dealing with for three years. Two weeks later we had the big snow in February. After the snow I had 7 leaks.I have insulation coming down the attic. They put the wrong end caps on. They cut corners every way they could. They put thin metal roofing on. Not what I paid for. I called them. They came out to check the roof and said they was going to replace the roof with the metal they was suppose to put on to start with. This is the 18 of May and they have not replaced my roof yet. I now have a total of 9 leaks. I would not recommend them to anyone. They try to cut corners so they can make more money. I am very un happy with the job. I paid a total of $14,000 and have more leaks now than I did before they replaced the roof.

I could not believe what a wonderful job all the men did. Every man knew his job. I would pick out one man and watch him for a while and it was amazing how each one did his job with perfection. For example, one man rolling out the black underlying rolls hit every original nail in the roof decking to be sure all were down in case some had worked up.

My wife and I just had a new roof installed by Kreunen and we could not be happier.
From the first call to the owner, Henry, it was apparent they had outstanding customer service. Within 30 minutes someone from the sales team contacted me, and the following day Hugh and Phillip Duncan were at my house looking over our roof. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything and answered all my questions, and they got a quote to us very quickly.
We immediately had a good feeling about Kreunen, but doing our due diligence, we got quotes from several local roofers. In the end, we went with Kreunen because they gave us the best quality for the money AND we got the best and longest warranty. No other roofing company offered anything close.
The work crew was incredible in every aspect of the job. We have an enormous roof, but they got the entire job done in two days including the tear-off and cleanup. We also had drip edge and ridge vents installed. They were very fast and efficient, and they had the utmost respect for our property. They used plywood and tarps to protect our landscaping and shrubbery, and they did not tear up our yard.
They did a beautiful job and we are very proud of our new roof. We will definitely use them in the future for other projects. We highly recommend Kreunen Construction!

I would recommend this company for anyone needing a new roof or repair. The representatives are friendly and professional. The evaluation of my roofing needs were spot on. The working crew was very professional and took all precautions to safe guard my bushes and around the house to prevent damage. They cleaned up afterwards and removed all debris. Very satisfied with the entire experience.

We chose wisely when Kreunen Construction & Restoration was selected to reroof our home. They did an outstanding job, on time and done precisely as promised. The price was very fair and the quality was excellent. Their representative Phillip Duncan was easy to work with and very patient explaining our options and guided us thru the process with professionalism. He delivered exactly what we discussed and had the job completed in a single day. Overall it is so refreshing these days to find a company like this with excellent customer service. Our home was hit by the March 2020 tornado. Some Kreunen representatives dropped by and were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when going over the damages. They showed up with the adjuster and walked through the house with us. We had lots of damage to the roof, the house both exterior and interior as well as our fence. Kreunen said they could and would do everything. So we decided to go with them.

2 days later, they had a crew at the house and gave us a whole new roof by the end of day. It was great. I asked when we could start getting to work on the rest of the house and they said as soon as insurance got back with us.

Few days later, I hear from insurance and contact Kreunen. No answer. I text both project leaders. No answer. I call them multiple times a day for the next few days, never an answer. I text them. No answer. Finally one texts me back "in a meeting, call you after". Of course, they never called.

Meanwhile our house is still damage, boarded up windows, missing siding. I keep calling. No answer. Finally get a text: "hey so we cant get back out to you for 2 weeks, if you wanna get another contractor we totally understand." Well I know what that means. I told them to contact me again in 2 weeks when they had time. Its been over 2 weeks and have not heard from them. I also still need them to submit a supplement to the insurance for the roof and can't get them to call me back.

So all in all, they did a great job on the roof, but completely ghosted and ditched us on the rest of the house that they promised to do. I highly DO NOT recommend this company simply for the unprofessional character they displayed during this process. They stopped responding and then told us they were too busy for us, when they had already promised to do the work and knew that we were going to use them. Frankly, its pathetic.

I have also heard from others in the area affected by the tornado that Kreunen did their roof and then completely ghosted them on the rest.

Henry Kreunen and his Pro Team have done a 5 star job on three different occasions. On the most recent occasion, Sebastian came out to inspect some storm damage I had on my new home. He was quick, honest, and did not try to push anything. We ultimately decided a small repair was all that was needed, and just like my previous home that got a whole new Kreunen Roof, this small job was done quick and professionally. From small to large, the job gets done right and at a great price. I’m very happy with this company and recommend them to any home owner.

I was absolutely amazed that they did my whole roof in one day and came back next day and did a personal walk around with me. This was a first. I would recommend them to anyone. My roof is beautiful.

Excellent contractor. Jesse and Sebastion were a tremendous help from the start. These guys were straight forward in our meetings and negotiated with our insurance company pointing out items that the claims adjuster missed. They were knowledgeable and informative about the products that were available and throughout the project. They were readily available for questions. They stayed ahead of the crew, making sure that all materials required were at the job site promptly. They checked on the install crew daily, sometimes multiple times.

The installation crew was prompt every day, extremely hard working and communicated with me regularly. They provided high quality workmanship and cleaned up afterwords beyond my expectations.

All in all, I have absolutely no regrets on this project.They were competitive, professional and provided quality products and workmanship. I would highly recommend Kreunen Construction for any roofing projects. I also intend to use them on additional projects from the storm damage this year.

Charles Johnson helped me get a new roof for my home even when the insurance adjuster was being very difficult to work with. He came out to my home several times and talked with me about the process. He kept in touch with me about what to expect and explained what type of materials would be used on my home. If you have questions about your home in general and not just about roofs, then Charles is the man you need to talk to. He is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I highly recommend Kreunen construction and Charles Johnson for anyone looking to have their job and home done right.

I called them after my home was damaged from a tornado, after a different company tried to take me and my insurance company to the cleaners. They didn’t stick their nose into my personal insurance coverage and gave me a price within minutes. All I needed to give them is the number of squares required to be replaced. Work was done within a week and a half. Their guys that handled to labor side of the project felt like family. Even came out on a Sunday to finish the work before another storm was headed my way. I am so impressed with these men and women I would send my children to them.

Charles helped me in getting a new roof. He was extremely considerate and thorough in explaining the procedures and options to me. He worked with my adjuster to finalize all paperwork. He sent out a crew who did excellent work. He was super to work with. He could not have been better professionally or personally. He and Kreunen deserve a 5 or higher.

From the very first contact, Chris was straight up with us about what they could help us with. He really helped by letting us know the shingles on our roof, which were only 6years old, were probably defective and who we needed to contact about this. His crew was very efficient in getting the job done in 1day. Chris showed integrity in his customer service to us which is lacking in a lot of businesses today. We would recommend them to our family and friends.

I would love to give them a 5 star review as I'm sure their work is probably top notch, but they never showed up to actually do the work.

Backstory, major storms crossed the area Jan 11th causing damage to many mid south homes. I developed a minor leak due to incorrectly sealed flashing. 14 Jan, I contact Kreunen for a quote and about an hour later, someone shows up and diagnoses the issue with a $500 quote. They set Thursday Jan 16th as the date for it to be fixed and I agree. Our next storm is due Saturday the 18th.

I take a half day off of work on Thursday and they're a no show. Im told I dont have to be there for the work to be done but no one is working on my house without someone being home. I get a text saying I'll receive a call after 6pm thursday night. No call.

Friday morning I contact them and they said they'll call back in 5 minutes. No call.

Saturday storms come and the leak has increased the damage inside my home.

It's now wednesday Jan 22nd and I have still have heard back from them.

I understand there are emergency calls that are a higher priority than my roof as my damage was minuscule compared to what happened to the region and $500 is apparently not worth your time with entire roofs needing replaced. I suggest the the following:
1. Dont take on work you cant accomplish.
2. Dont leave people hanging with a lack of communication.

I dont mind paying for quality work but I'm forced to go elsewhere with my business and have told 3 others that have had similar issues to go elsewhere as well, and we have. We have all had satisfactory work completed by other contractors .

I'm not going to post text message conversations or phone logs but I will if you try to refute anything stated above.

I'd give them 0 stars if possible. I had an appointment with my insurance inspector and Roy Smith,but he never showed up. He was informed of the appointment well in advance and I even called to confirm he would show. After several attempts to get ahold of him, he text that he was on his way, and to let the inspector "do his thing". I was somewhat embarrassed because the inspector kept asking how long he would be. Horrible situation. Roy gave me false, and misleading information. This type of unprofessionalism really hurts a company's reputation.

Charles Johnson went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied with our repairs. He is extremely kind and very professional. I always recommend him and Kreunen!

Sebastian came out and helped us with a small roof leak we had. He came out first thing in the morning, in the rain, to put a temporary fix on our roof before he could make a more permanent fix. He was very professional and timely. I'm going to recommend this company to anyone looking for any kind of roof work. 10/10 would recommend.
