Drake and TOPP roofing replaced our roof for us. They did a top notch job. The roof turned out perfect, they worked hard and left the job with everything cleaned up and in great shape. We highly recommend them.

3/26/2025 Topp roofing(Drake an his crew) were very professional, Exceeded our expectations.
Was told it would take 3 days to complete, started on Wednesday 7:50 am completed Friday 10.30am.
Addressed our concerns about Pre-existing condition of roof, and exposure to weather.
Clean up was excellent, (tarps on the ground around house, tided up daily)
Roof looks great, has a warranty.
Was a wonderful experience.

There are just no words that do justice to how extraordinary Topp Roofing and Construction is. After looking for two years for a roofing company to take care of my mom's very large high pitched roof, I finally found Topp. From the first phone call, I was grateful for their communication, responsiveness, and professionalism. When they came out to do the job, the whole team was so incredibly respectful. They were also very detailed. One thing I noticed was that they not only put tarps out to keep the area around my mom's yard clean, but they also put tarps over the fence and covered her neighbor's plants and flowers! They cleaned up and checked the whole yard after the job was done, leaving no debris behind. Everything went so smoothly. I tend to set a very high bar, especially when it comes to big projects such as this, and I am just thrilled that Topp Roofing and Construction not only met the bar, but far exceeded my expectations in every regard. Because of them, my mother has ZERO leaks! :)

Drake and his crew did a metal roofing project for us in Palmer last Fall. There were times then the weather failed us but Drake did not. We were impressed with diligence and professionalism. I cannot say enough about my experience with TOPP roofing. The heavy and constant rain last summer got the best of my roof. After making numerous inquiries I finally found a company (TOPP) that was willing to come evaluate my roof without waiting weeks. The owner Drake ended up doing the estimate himself. Great communication, competitive pricing, and more important was the fact that TOPP was timely and efficient. My roof was metal but TOPP also ended up replacing the shingle roof for my neighbor. If I ever need any roof work in the future TOPP will be my first call.

I found his commitment to doing things right, his attention to detail, and his great personality to be attributes that I respected and appreciated. For my home, the job required working on steep pitches, and installing snow fences across a large expanse. He kept things safe and professional and took extra time to make certain everything was done correctly and in accordance with the specifications. I give him my highest recommendation.

These guys came in and knocked out this end of season full roof redo with efficiency and elegance! Per usual, we threw them some curve balls and they came up with adaptive solutions it got done before winter! That's everyone! Our house needed a new roof!

We have a very large roof for a single family home. We live in an area that has seen 100+ mph winds. Drake and his team were awesome! They took care to protect the plants around the house, they took extra care to ensure no stray nails were left in the yard. All materials were hauled away. The crew put up with my questions and were super polite and considerate of the others living here as well.

Topp Roofing worked with me to give me a beautiful roof at a great price. The owner kept me informed during every step of the process. They replaced rotted wood and completely replaced my skylights/mountings. I got way more than just new shingles. Great communication, quick and quality detailed work, and kind professional laborers.

Had a quick flashing replacement done today. Drake was efficient and able to promptly respond to take care of my issues from the heavy winter snow this season. Anticipate getting some skylights installed in the near future for better natural indoor lighting.

TOPP Roofing and Construction LLC installed a new shingle roof on my mother’s house. The home was built in the 1930’s and has had additions added onto it. Drake was honest in telling us what problems were present with the current underlayment and what would be the best way to proceed keeping in mind our budget. His work was quick and efficient. He was careful to follow all city requirements and made the appointments for the inspections as needed. We would definitely recommend this company for anyone with roofing needs.

I hired Drake Mayberry on several occasions and plan to hire him again if he is available. He has a great attitude and confidence in the work I witnessed him doing. He worked on installing snow brakes on our large metal roof. He is skilled in carpentry and finish work. I also hired him for a remodel job on a duplex.
