Contacted Top to Bottom on a Saturday morning and was initially pleased when Jimmy answered the call. He told me twice in a text that he would be by mid-morning the next day to look over the damage and ensure my insurance quote was accurate. I waited until noon to reach out after not hearing anything and he informs me, “today is Sunday” and he meant Monday and asked where I got the miscommunication. I screenshot our previous conversation and circled both times he said “tomorrow.” I stated that Monday was no good, my wife and I both had to work. After half an hour without acknowledging his mistake or even apologizing for wasting half my Sunday, I reach out and ask for an apology and if he intends to make his mistake right. He had the audacity to call me rude. Football is more important to Jimmy than a cash paying customer, besides, I question if he can read a calendar. Look elsewhere for your services, especially if you value your time and customer service. Oh, and if you don’t like being called rude.

A no nonsense, reliable, and all around great guy! A storm took off some of our roof and with one phone call, Jimmy and his crew were on it and did an awesome job. My roof looks so nice, just love it. Highly recommend him for any of your building needs. Thanks again Jimmy!

Very pleased with the remodel Jimmy and his crew did. My expectations were exceeded with the finished product, and the crew went above and beyond to ensure minimum noise/disruption to our daily living. Bathroom in recently purchased home needed updating. Turned a tub/shower into a roomy shower that needs no shower door or curtain. Repainted bathroom and installed new faucets, baseboard and vanity lights. It was a pleasure having Top To Bottom Builders do such a top notch job. Pictures available upon request.
