Nice people even showed up early (about 10 minutes) which is welcome when some show up late . Everybody was polite an told me what was going on as every stage was completed and was started.

We recently had COZY perform a comprehensive attic renovation at our 109 year old home. Their team removed all of the old insulation, thoroughly cleaned the space, sealed all cracks and openings, installed new ductwork, and blew in 20 inches of high-quality insulation. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. COZY was professional throughout the entire process, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of attic services.

Definitely a five star rate. Response was immediate and the crew was friendly and helped us follow the project. We had some issues in our attic from 65 years of wiring (phones, cable lines, and lots of wire from past upgrades) that was my concern to not coverup with insulation before addressing electrical issues. They addressed this and repaired or replaced junction boxes. Safety is a priority with this company. I appreciate all they did. It was well worth it. OH’ and the house is cooler than it’s ever been, less dust and feels more comfortable. Highly suggest air seal attic and Areo-seal duct work. Call COZY, you won’t regret it!

This insulation made a big difference with the AC's ability to maintain a consistent temperature throughout the house and runs considerably less to maintain the inside temperature.

With the summer coming up, I figured it was time to investigate why we haven't been able to keep a consistent temperature in our house since we moved in (A/C constantly turning on and off). Alden from Cozy came out and was able to quickly identity the issues up in the attic, and provided 3 solutions that would help my A/C last longer and make for a more comfortable summer. Although I'm a little upset that the home inspector missed these items when we bought the house, I am really glad I set up the appointment and can't wait to see the difference it makes. 10/10 recommend

Hesitate to describe as it's simply the best company I have ever hired. Fear people won't believe or I am in on the take. FALSE! Work is impeccable, detailed, best materials. Got rid of hot spots, increased air flow such that we raised our thermostat settings, no dusty counters, and they left our home cleaner than when they came. The frosting on the cake is attic problems that needed fixing to insure you got a perfect attic were corrected. Last, Pearl Certification was approved for new owners. Worth every penny! Had my insulation blown into the attic. Leaks sealed for the unit and ducts up there and Aero seal done for the first floor. From the representative that I had first contact with to the team that did the attic work to the team that did the Aero seal all the way through very informative, respectful and professional. Was kept up to date all the way thru the process. Was shown before and after photos of how the area was and how the area was after they finished so I was confident that an excellent job was done. When the Aero seal team came they connected their system and showed me how much air I was losing due to leaks on their computer and I was able to see the progress get better and better as the machine was doing its job. I just got this done so time will tell how much of a difference this made but Cozzy gets and A+ in my book for customer service and the work they did which include all the follow ups to ensure my satisfaction.

Revising my original review. DO NOT work with this company. I had an attic insulation install done around a month ago and thought all was good. They quoted me a price and said that after rebates it would be cheaper. After all was said and done I never got my rebate forms. I reached to my original salesman, who had now ghosted me. I’ve tried reaching out to the company multiple times and left voicemails and not gotten any response. I could not recommend this company any less. You would think that they would treat a client who entrusted them with their home and spent nearly $4,000 better. Extremely disappointing here.

Cozy Home Performance Solutions most definitely get a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating on my home a/c and insulation project, which by the way they had to start from scratch!!! Jason with Sun Tech Air Conditioning and his A/C team, Sam & Brenda, were Awesome, fantastic workmanship! Ruben and his Son, All Valley Insulation also did a Fantastic job. And of course the coordinator of this project was Wrex Lindsay with Cozy! Everyone of these people are very experienced and very polite!

Cozy Home has made my home just that. Cozy. They have made it feel like home. I was dreading the summer months because of my experience last summer with the heat and my AC systems going out. Not to mention the cost I was terrified of! I was desperate for a solution, so I called Cozy Home. Wrex was professional and transparent. He set up an appointment, was on time and spent hours with us making sure we understood what we would be receiving and what we would be paying. He worked some numbers and we were able to get our roof redone, 2 brand new AC system, duct rework, and insulation for an amazing price! Every single contractor was on time, professional, and knowledgeable of their trade. All of my questions were answered, their project manager was dependable and always was reachable. At the end of the day, I am beyond happy with my experience and the way they had so many moving parts and somehow managed to move as one. I will gladly recommend Cozy Home Pros time and time again.

Had a complete insulation project done (removal of old insulation, sealing of air leaks, new insulation blown in) in our 46 year old home. They replaced a flexible duct in an area notably colder than the rest of the space. The crew was prompt, professional and thorough, explaining the process and sharing photos. We felt it was worth the investment.

Seems like once the repairs are done it nearly impossible to have issues checked out by Odin. I have called twice and emailed twice with no response. We believe the aerosol that was so highly talked about failed. still don’t know if they will come repair or not since they are not responding, but we feel like we have paid for a product that was installed incorrectly or has failed.

I'd give a zero rating but that was not a choice. Way overpriced could have had it done for half the cost. Beware of anything "free" I received a free scrubber. The bulbs must get changed every 2 years at $100 each. Also, the scrubber gets installed into your air conditioning/heating unit. My air conditioner/heater unit was 1 year old with a 10 year warranty. I was Not told the scrubber would be installed in my air/heat unit. Due to Odin Energy installing the scrubber and doing the work, my warranty for my Air/Heat unit is now VOID.

Work was not completed correctly first trip or second trip. I had to have my son put back on the lid to the attic.

This has been one of the most dissapointing experiences. The project was expensive which is to be expected, but I was promised a radiant barrier and was told at the time of installation that it was no longer offered, this was a huge selling point for me in deciding to go with a more expensive company. During the installation my ac was damaged and the construction manager Koal avoided me at all costs. Including hiding down the street from my house in his truck and making his crew talk to me. A repair tech was sent out and he did repair the coolant line that was punctured due to the crew negligence and moving to fast, but my system is older and they used a new coolant. The system worked for 1 month and then gave out. I alerted Odin and waited several days to hear if they were going to do anything. The construction manager only cares about completion and does not value customer service at all. At this point I am already replacing the system that they broke. I do not recommend this company to do any work on anyone's house.

Holden was our contact person. He explained everything to us. How everything would be done. He worked his magic and got us a great deal. The next steps were easy. They called to set up apt. They crew came in and did everything in about 6 hours. They cleaned up very well. I do feel a difference in our home, and it not as dusty as it used to be. Praying in the summer it will keep the cool in.

Odin Energy came to my home yesterday to install better attic insulation. They did a great job! (My house has been very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer even with heat or air conditioning.) They were on time for the appointment and worked hard all day to remove the thin layer of insulation in the attic and replace it with about 3 times as thick a one. They were very professional and knowledgeable and were non-intrusive for spending the day in the attic. I would recommend them to anyone interested in better insulation. Thank you

Our service wasn’t listed but they came in removed our insulation that was beyond sub par from our builder and sealed everything. They then blew in their insulation. Made a huge difference!

I usually do not write any reviews but I had enough with this company!!! PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! We bought our house and we have not even unpacked yet that they knocked on our door to sell. They were so persistent and misinformed us that we will get 11k back in taxes and as long as we pay it to loan, our monthly payments won't go up. well, that is not true, we did not get 11k in taxes and our monthly payment went up obviously!!! I let it be and didn't complain until I got a high APS bill!!!! I called APS and they said my solar has not been working for the past two months. I reached out to Odin, and they said they will have someone reach out (which they have not), and they are NOT going to compensate anything for those two months according to their contract!!! If it was not for APS and me calling, they wouldn't have noticed and I had to double pay on solar and then electricity for God knows how long which I already did for two months!!!! My solar is not working as I type this!!!!! I would never go with this company if I were you!!! stay away from them. I'm sure there are many more solar companies in Arizona that you can find that are fair and honest, but not Odin according to my experience!

Everything started well with Odin. They were responsive and kept us updated throughout the installation process. After having the panels on our roof for a few months and noticing no difference in our APS bill, they came out and had to restart the system as it was not functioning and we started seeing a difference in our bill. About six months ago, there was a bad storm that took out power lines in our neighborhood. Our neighbor with Odin had to have them come out and restart their system as it wasn’t working. For the past six months, we have been calling and texting as our system is not functioning correctly. Our December APS bill is over $200 and we don’t even use the heater (per Odin, we should not have a bill and be building credit for summer). They finally got back to us and said the cloud coverage lately is causing less Solar to be received. That’s just not true. Our system is not working and they refuse to come out and check it or fix it. Terrible customer service once the panels are up. Highly suggest looking for a different vendor.

They were on time explained everything they were doing. They were respectful of my dogs and family members. I am an asthmatic and they took extra care to make sure nothing bothered me.

Quote was 30% less than what they said the actual cost would be. Tried to still do the work in attic but wouldn't break down what work would be done. Claimed they could use most everything I had but it would cost $14,000. Wouldn't explain what the $14,000 would get me. Just poor service all the way around.

Team was very professional and did an excellent job in a timely manner. Team very friendly and cleaned up after their job was completed insulation removal and new insulation!

Had Odin Energy Aeroseal my ducts, remove and reinstall new insulation and install an air scrubber. All of the team during both days of the process were very professional. They did excellent cleanup when they left the premises. Jeremy and his team communicated very well. There was some damage to one of my can lights in the ceiling that they will have to come back to repair, will follow up after that is completed. While the process might be a little pricey, I look at it as an investment towards the value of my home rather than a large purchase.

I have nothing but positive things to say. The gentleman Owen and Daniel are the most professional and manageable people I’ve ever dealt with. These techs are the A-Team by far. They were short bags of insulation. That aspect was not Odin’s fault. Their supervisor Jeremy immediately brought out the correct amount from the opposite side of town. They’re cordial and nice. If you are having any services done that they perform use them by any means possible.

BUYER BEWARE: I had this company install solar and other energy efficiency improvements. The system went live October 2021, I have not had the solar system a year and the inverter broke and I made them aware since August 2022. Since then, stated product is on shortage and backordered. Which I understand, but what I don't understand is the concept of paying a solar loan and now paying APS electric bill for past two months (way more if I would've just stayed without solar). Lost all the credits I had built and the company that coordinated all items (Odin) is now saying call the service department directly plus asking me to deal with the manufacture to see if any reimbursements. Horrible customer service. The system isn't producing solar and in my eyes feel they should coordinate efforts. Now worried about roof guarantee they provided; it seems that approach will be taken. I highly would not recommend the company based on this approach. In my current personal business we make items seamless for our customers and even though not liable for product issues we do the leg work for our customers on product claims, defects etc. Not this company,, but during the sale state you call us and we take care of everything.

Cody was a very knowledgeable salesperson and worked with me to be able to give me a doable price for my budget. When he called to get me on the schedule they were able to get me right in. Jeremy was the foreman and was great to work with. Answered all my questions, no matter how silly they might have been. Shout out to calebs' removal team; mitchs' insutlation team and que for installing the air scrubber. Would highly recommend this company.

They came and gave me wrong information, wouldn’t share their reports, and tried to sell me something not needed. Claimed my insulation was low despite just adding insulation a year ago. If you move insulation to create a low spot you can definitely take a picture and claim it’s low but it’s wrong and dishonest. To double check in had my hvac company come out and look and there was no leaking ducts and insulation was well above standard despite Odin claiming the opposites of both.

Hello it's been over 90 days since Odin Energy came to my home and installed my installation they removed all of the old installation and put in new insulation they sealed everything inside my attic and it has been a wonderful journey it was the best thing I ever done to my home so for those who are skeptical I can understand I was the same way but my salesman Trevor who was very honest and asked to just trust him and I did and Odin came through they have been stellar I see the improvement in my home bills are 15% lower even in the summer the cool air stays in they resealed my air ducks and put a air filtration system on my AC unit so that my air is clean that comes in my house and also the air pushes out much harder so the house stays much colder don't have to run the AC as much it was the best thing I've done thank you to the crew who came and installed everything and especially to Trevor who's been a phenomenal salesman

Recently move to AZ from IL and Winters in IL always made me wish I insulated our IL house more when we bought it. Not making the same mistake in AZ. Called Odin Energy and they sent a sales rep Trevor to our house. Trevor was pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. Trevor explained the entire process and reasons for removing of old insulation, covering of all leaks, etc. prior to applying new Insulation. Showed pictures of the attic and thermal pictures. We are planning for this to be our forever home so getting things done early. Next step planning install date

Absolutely horrible experience. Poor resource planning, hoped I wouldn’t notice that they left a significant amount of our old insulation after supposedly removing it all, added another day to the project to remove it properly. Had what I thought was an unprofessional staff member who told me I got “sold” and now I think he was probably right. Damaged the house and sent a terrible drywall company out to “fix it”. The drywaller left two cracks unfinished, left sloppy mud work and painting, left paint splatter all over my counters and cooktop and ran out without doing a walkthrough. I don’t recommend them for anything.

Odin Energy was professional from the very beginning. The teams both days were respectful and courteous, quick to answer questions and keep me updated on the entire process. I would highly recommend them for any service they offer! They did great work and I definitely will call on them if I ever need their help again!

I had Odin energy come over for a evaluation of my attic. I was surprised when the owner came to do the evaluation and he said it could use some more insulation and I would benefit with Aerosol. So we scheduled the job to be done. When they came to do the job there were new people working And they were training on my house. When you pay over $5000 for a job you don't expect newbies doing it, you expect professionals. I own a brand new house And I expect my house to be as clean as it was before they came. I'm a disabled man and I had to watch my wife clean the house after she got home from work due to how dirty they left the house. There was insulation left over from all the AC vents. There were fingerprints all over my attic entrances. Contacted the owner, he said he would take care of it, he hasn't responded in over a week

Odin energy was awesome ! The salesmen Alex That came to my house was very professional respectful and polite and explained all the details of the job to me. The install crew was Mitch and Owen and these guys were awesome as well . They were on time and completed the work in a timely manner. They took the time to explain every question I had they cleaned up after themselves it was a pleasure to have them work in my home. Very pleasant and responsive company to work with. We used them for new insulation. In our attic of our 1 story home. Alex was a ton of help and had loads of info. The price was more competitive and better than other companies in the valley.
We were very interested in having an energy efficiency certification which they provide through PEARL.
They were very helpful in making sure a couple problem areas we had we taken care of with extra insulation while they were up there. I stuck my head up in the attic and was very happy with the quality of the insulation used. The only thing left to be desired is there was quite a bit of insulation cleanup I need to do once I got home. All over in the garage and our attic access in our closet.
But I would recommend this company to anybody I talk to!

I spent my working years in the construction industry in Phoenix. Lyons Roofing was a residential re-roofing contractor when we began.

In my working life I have never witnessed first hand, (I hired these guys) any company as good as these pros. thoroughly professional from start to finish.

If you even think, you are under insulated, or have leaks in your attic duct work, do yourself a favor and listen to these guys. Totally Impressed!

Contracted with Odin energy to do a areoseal and shot in more insulation for my 30 + year old house. Alex was my point of contact and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. No big sales push, he just explained the process and answered my questions. I told him I needed a few days to check some things out and that was no problem. I called him back and had him set things in motion. The contract was done on the computer thru Docusign which as straight forward and easy. Alex scheduled the areoseal process and the insulation shooting and messaged me with date and time. The office later confirmed date and time. Today, Levari called to let me know he was going to be 5 minutes late, which I always appreciate. He was in and out in less than 3 hours, They do a pre test on the duct system and it showed a total of 16 inch leaks. All rooms were cleaned and everything back to normal. Levari is also friendly, professional, and efficient. Boh Alex and Levari are a credit to Odin Energy. The insulation will be done in around 10 days from now.

Today, as scheduled Odin Energy employees Matthew and Hernando shot insulation into my attic. They were on time, neat, polite, and well organized and got the job done quickly. Im looking forward to seeing how this cools my house !

Just want to share results ! As of July 2022, my electric bill has decreased significantly, my house is NOTCEABLY COOLER, and the hot master bedroom is now comfortably cold !
