Absolutely FANTASTIC contractors. From quote to installation, the Dickman's were friendly and so easy to work with. Despite the high winds, cold temps and threatening snow, they were able to install a new roof and it is beautiful!

When quality matters and you want it done right the first time, when you want someone that will respect you like you're royalty but treat you with the love amd care of family you always go to the Top Tier! Absolutely top-flight operation. Very timely. 100% responsive to all questions, phone calls, and texts. Kept me in the loop as weather changed the project. End result was beyond fantastic. Wonderful finished product at the price they told me. They were so self-conscious about their end product that they fixed items not on the list to make it spectacular. I finally called (last week) to get rid of the drifts in my driveway that barely allowed me to get in, they were flexible with my schedule and made it out same day. I can turn around in the driveway again instead of the street. They really fit all the bullets in the "what did you like" section but the same day and flexibility made responsive my top choice, happy customer.

These being the days and times of poor customer service and and poor work ethic, I am happy to say Top Tier is a breath of fresh air!!!
