I would recommend Top Shelf Exteriors in a heartbeat!! We primarily worked with Jason, (though the interactions with Joe were also top notch!) and he was thorough, patient, incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Jason advocated for us with our insurance company for over a year to ensure everything was properly documented and accounted for, which allowed us to completely re-roof our home and garage after a 2023 hail storm. The process to schedule and pick out shingles was smooth and simple - laying out all the options. And the day of installation was so quick and clean! The team of roofers were great and Jason was there the majority of the day as a liaison to ensure we were kept updated as the day progressed. Truly couldn't have asked for more! So pleased with our new red roof.

We had an amazing experience with top shelf exteriors. Jason went above and beyond in every way, from helping us navigate a frustrating insurance approval process (that previous roofing companies were not successful in doing) to coming out after the roof was installed to do a personal walk through to make sure all nails and staples were picked up in our yard. Jason’s history as an insurance adjuster is such an asset and the roof looks beautiful! The roof was also done quickly and no damage was done to the property or landscaping, which was very much appreciated.

Jason and Joe were so easy to work with, and the roof looks great. We chose their bid because they were the first of many estimators to suggest repair for certain issues/areas instead of upselling us on a complete replacement with new material. They were honest and fair, and the job was done well.

Jason, Joe and team are top notch! Got our full roof and shed roof replaced within a day after working very hard with our insurance to ensure they covered all damage done by a storm. The product is durable and their warranty is amazing! Great people to work with and they know the insurance industry inside and out so you won't get pushed around by adjusters. Top Shelf Exteriors are great to work with! We had three other quotes to side our home, none of them were as detailed as the quote Joe provided us with. Unlike the other quotes, we knew in detail exactly what was going to be done and the cost to do it! There were absolutely no surprises when the project was completed. From our first contact with Jason we were impressed by his professionalism. He is not the high pressure salesman type we encountered from other vendors, but a friendly, honest, straight shooter. Both Jason and Joe met with us before the roofing began to help us choose the just-right shingle color. Their team of roofers worked hard and were careful to protect shrubs and surrounding areas. The job was completed quickly and all areas were cleaned up and scanned for nails, etc. We were extremely pleased from the beginning of the process to completion. Top Shelf Exteriors was great! My neighbor did not have a similar experience stating that when he complained to the sales rep about a poor cleanup, he referred him to the project manager, and when he called the PM, he said that since the work is done now, the sales rep is now the point of contact again.
