I have used Archcraft for a variety of roofing and siding needs and I have found them to be incredibly honest and reliable.

Ben Ackerman and his team did an amazing job with our roofing project. I was especially impressed with their attention to detail, quality, and speed of our roof shingles replacement. Our roof is fairly large and they got most of it done in one (long) day and then came back for a few hours the next day to do some touch-up and quality inspections.

Their workers are amazing and I'd recommend using this company for a comfortable and quality roofing experience. They were also very good in dealing with our insurance company. Our neighbor had their roof done by them as well and he was happy too.

Was our first summer in our new house and we noticed large pooling of water near the house with all the rain we got this past spring. Called Archer and their salesman Nick was on the scene the next day assessing the area and taking measurements. He was very informative as was everyone at Archer who helped us get our new downspout and rain diverter in a timely matter to make sure the rain water stays away from our house. Archcraft did an awesome job with our roof and siding - the crew was professional and thorough, but also efficient in getting the project done. Our one hundred-plus year old house, including roof, siding and window wraps, looks brand new! Archcraft, and especially Ben, kept us updated during the project, and they were flexible with tackling little issues that came up along the way.

Archer did an excellent job on my house. It only took them 1 1/2days to complete. The team worked 12 hrs the first day and the cleanup was very thorough.

Archer Exteriors did a great job on my roof. They made sure everything around the house was secure and they put up tarps to protect my property. They stayed until the job was done and did a thorough cleanup afterwards. The next day they came out to do another check of the grounds ti ensure all nails and shingle debris was picked up.

They left a short time ago poor guys 13 hours yesterday and 9 today. I can’t see much on the roof. I have to look at my contract, I think more has to be done. Looks like they used the same melting system I had up for ice buildup.

Very happy with my new roof! The crew started early, 7:30am, and worked diligently until 7pm that night, only stopping because it had begun to rain slightly. My house was surrounded with drop cloths to catch all of the debris during tear-off. Temporary barriers were raised to protect my windows and those of my neighbors - something that makes sense, but I have not seen with other companies. The roof was completely re-decked according to code; the company navigated this issue with my insurance provider to make sure the cost was covered. All of the debris went into the dumpster; a day later that was gone. The job is not quite over as some gutter and downspouts need replacing, but that is a separate crew. My roof, which took a day and a half, is now complete and looks great!

This was a bit of a drawn out process, in that, our winter here in Minnesota disrupted the company's work schedule, so instead of a November installation, it was April, and there could have been better communication around this issue. However, the representative I'd worked with in October was no longer with the company by April, so, maybe that contributed to the lack of timely communication. One suggestion might be an online status board so customers can login and see any schedule updates to their particular project.

That said, I'm still giving Archer Exteriors 5 stars. They're professional, thoughtful, and experienced. I'm very happy that they were able to take on my project, and I would use them again!

Project coordinator communicated accurately the start date and time. Crew with foreman showed up on time and completed the project the same day. Excellent cleanup and removal of debris. Highly recommend.

Let’s start off I’m in this profession as a living and this company went above and beyond. To the level of knowledge, customer care, and appreciation to detail. From a fighter to the end, Caleb, a fantastic sales member with the endless battles of insurance and being on top of it daily. Then Scott and Ben coordinating the design and project management. This A team will not disappoint how small or large your project is. I personally gave family and neighbors the chance with them and did a stellar job. I highly recommend Archer for the work they did on our home. Both roof and siding were done very well, they had great workmanship, did the little things that made a difference too, cleaned up better than any contractor I've worked with, and were professional and courteous.

If I could give a bonus star I would. Superb craftsmanship, communication, and integrity. TLDR: This company is awful to work with if anything ever goes wrong and their warranty is worth absolutely nothing. You will be better off using ANYONE else. (Unless you like being ghosted and gaslight for fun OR unless you like paying for a roof that can't takes rain)

They did an absolutely fantastic, professional job on my roof. Great communication and quick work! They did a great job working with my insurance company and kept the whole job simple and stress-free.

UPDATE:
I was so wrong. So very, very wrong. This company is a absolute nightmare. I have been traumatized by my roof. And it's 100% their fault.

Let me tell you my tale of woe because there's a lot.

2 years ago my roof had wind damage. Enough damage that it attracted wandering roof salesmen with just a glance. Traveler's Insurance agreed to cover the damage with a brand new roof (yay!) but highly suggested I use one of THEIR preferred roofers. Archer was their max premier super friend recommendation. I thought "That's totally okay, they're vouched for! Nothing can go wrong, right?"

Fast forward less than 2 years later, one very stormy day my kitchen decided it was time to reenact the sinking of the Titanic. It was a slow, slow disaster that progressed over long hours and there was a lot of water. And so, like any reasonable homeowner, I promptly freaked the hell out. Once I realized it was coming from above the stove, the conclusion was obvious. I have a one story house so I guessed it had something to do with the roof.

Cool, let's call Archer. This roof has a 10 year absolute guarantee.

Interesting note, no phone number on Archer's website actually works. If you use their online chat, you get ignored. If you finally call the phone number listed by Google you MAY have the pleasure of talking with a secretary that sounds like she wants to murder you.

Then, after sacrificing a sandwich to Gods of Frazzled Homeowners, you might get a call back that tells you that someone will be sent out to have a look. Without warning or notice in a day or two, random men will crawling on your roof. They will probably find and fix the issue and maybe say a few words to you before they leave if you're lucky. Then the misery begins. Technically, your roof IS under warranty and because this is a workmanship defect so you SHOULD be 100% covered. But wait! Now you get to be ghosted and gaslight on and off, over and over as they refuse to pay the water remediation people who you called to ACTUALLY dry your kitchen and keep making vague promises of "using their people" to restore your kitchen. (I don't trust these guys - trust level is -1000!)

Half my kitchen is fine, but half looks like a bomb went off. I haven't been able to cook at home in almost a month. These guys suck. Do not recommend, do not engage. Save yourself.

We are so grateful for the Archer Exteriors team. Our sales associate Nick was there every step of the way with the insurance adjuster working on our behalf and answering all our questions. He was knowledgeable and so professional. Dino helped us through the actual roof replacement with scheduling and communicating each phase taking place during the install. Isaac was on site constantly keeping an eye out on an amazing crew who did their job like a fine, running machine, taking care to protect our home from falling debris and constantly sweeping the grounds as well as our neighbors property for fallen nails. We cannot recommend Archer Exteriors enough....from start to finish they are EXCEPTIONAL!!!

Archer took care of our roof after hail damage, and they were professional from start to finish. The damage occurred in 2022, but with the amount of work to be done in the area, our roof could not be done until 2023. First, Archer worked with my insurance company (and adjusters) to accurately represent the damage and maximize my insurance benefits. They ensured all estimate submittals and paperwork were kept up to date, and they communicated well about the transition time between fall 2022 and spring 2023. The crew who actually replaced the roof were expedient and courteous, including minimizing the number of nails left on the property (which I appreciated, as I have kids) and doing a nice job cleaning up. Afterward I noticed that some debris had been knocked into my kitchen range hood exhaust vent (making the above-stove fan unusable) and within days the Service Manager came to my house and fixed the issues. I greatly appreciate Zach's (from Sales) constant communication about how the process works as well as Aaron's (Field Service) attention to fix the one minor issue that we had. I would recommend Archer to anybody.

We have worked with Chris Neubauer in the past on major roofing/siding projects and have always been pleased with his excellent customer service. When we recently needed help with a roof repair, our first thought was to call him. We were not disappointed - the job was completed in record time!

I was blown away by the efficiency of the Archer team when they did the first of four buildings in our HOA of Town Homes in Deer Park. The men worked so hard and got the job done in a day and cleaned up exceptionally well. Randy Archer did an amazing job of meeting with insurance inspectors and working with the patrons to get the results of new roofs in our community. I believe he went above and beyond anyones expectations for a job very well done I would highly recommend working with him and his company.

This business Hass to be one of the best in South Saint Paul let alone in Minnesota they do outstanding roofing and they take care of the customer even months after if you have a problem, they come back and help you out and it’s usually for free. Thank you very much Archer.

Aaron with Archer was professional, pleasant, ethical, and provided me with the information that I needed to know on how to get my roof fixed. Aaron was here from the start of the project and oversaw the whole project from start to finish and he is also the one fixing the roof. He is not here to sell what you dont need. I will continue to use their service because they will be there with you every step of the way.

These guys were great. They were responsive, receptive, respectful, honest. I would recommend them. And they will be a repeat for me.

Ryan was great to work with. He responded to my requests in a quick manner and was very professional. The crew did a great job putting the roof up and the clean up was very meticulous.

Full disclosure—I went with another company. BUT these folks are super professional and look outstanding. They came out to my house and I met them. I would have hired them but I already had something else lined up—it was just a miscommunication via my insurance company. But you should absolutely hire these guys. I know I will in the future. It’s nice to have options!
